I am experiencing issues while playing Pogo Spades. Everything was running smoothly until a few days ago when the game began freezing after playing a couple of cards. No other game sites on my computer are having this problem. The constant freezing has made the game quite slow and frustrating. I would be grateful for any assistance in resolving this issue.

The Monopoly Sudoku game has been inaccessible for over three months despite being advertised as available within various promotions. I have contacted EA Support multiple times without any resolution to this ongoing issue. The support team seems to provide generic solutions assuming the user is at fault for not understanding computer operations. Despite ensuring that my computer's caches and browsers are clear, and my internet speed and RAM are optimal, the problem persists. It's frustrating that these games are not being maintained, leading me to question the purpose of keeping Pogo active. After a decade of membership, I had to cancel it due to the persistent game malfunctions. An example is Jigsaw Treasure Hunter, which has had non-moving pieces for over two years. The next game on the verge of removal due to issues is Pogo Daily Sudoku.

I suspect my account has been compromised. From September onwards, I have noticed unauthorized charges of $4.99 occurring 2 to 3 times a week, with an additional charge of $6.99 on 11/5. The total deductions so far amount to $36.93. I am unable to ascertain the full extent of these charges as I could only access 2 bank statements. When attempting to delete my account, I encountered a prompt to sign in, although I couldn't recall my password. The message displayed using the incorrect EA ID "Hi feargrainbw" further convinced me that my account has been misused for these transactions. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these activities and a refund for the unauthorized charges. While I prefer to retain my account, continued unauthorized deductions will force me to reconsider. My EA ID is sguna21073. I have been playing POGO's Sanctuary Mahjong for three years now, and this is the third time I have been banned from advancing to the next level. The issue arises with the additional levels beyond 1-7, where I need to win a game to progress. Currently stuck at Level [redacted] after investing significant hours playing. Despite numerous attempts, I keep getting sent back to the Sanctuary with "better luck next time." I even had to create a new account due to blocks but they still seem to recognize me and prevent advancement. I am a loyal POGO player for years and Mahjong is the only game where I face this restriction. Wondering if it's an issue on my end or with other players. As a paying member with expertise in Mahjong, this is frustrating and seems unfair. I have reached out to EA before for similar issues but now seek assistance here to enjoy the game without such hindrances.

Due to a health issue I experienced two years ago, my memory hasn't been the same, and I cannot recall my password. I previously thought it was Sheba197704, but it does not seem to work. I encountered issues logging into Pogo last night as it mentioned incorrect credentials. Resetting the password resolved the problem. Now, trying to access my husband's account faced the same issue, but resetting his password poses a challenge. The account belonged to our Son, and we now use it with our credit card, but the associated email is outdated from the transition of Adelphia to Time Warner to Spectrum. I had a Club Pogo subscription for a year, but when it came time to renew, I was logged out. Now I can't access my account, and all my gems and trophies are gone. I've tried to get help, but they want me to pay for assistance, which I don't want to do. I'm requesting a refund for the $39.99 taken from my account. Hello, my username is donegal1991. I have been a member of Pogo since December [redacted].
In past years, I used to receive an email around January about my upcoming annual fee being charged to my Discover account. However, I did not receive any such notice in [redacted], so my fee was not charged.
Around March [redacted], I was asked to pay an additional amount to continue playing my Pogo games. Initially, I thought the service fees had increased, not realizing my fee hadn't been paid.
I recently discovered the issue and now wish to reinstate my Club Pogo account. I will provide new credit card details as I have a new Discover card.
Today, when I tried to log into my old account, I was prompted to reset my password. The reset email was addressed to "decisive [redacted]" instead of "donegal1991," creating confusion.
I have two main concerns: 1) Please reinstate my account (I will update payment information as required) and 2) remove any reference to "decisive [redacted]" from my records.

I subscribed to Pogo Games to join Club Pogo in early August [redacted] for commercial-free games. I paid for what seemed to be an introductory offer. However, I did not receive any notification before the introductory offer expired. I never played any commercial-free games on the site and was interrupted by commercials during gameplay. I was preoccupied due to illness and an accident, which left me paralyzed and wheelchair-bound, making it impossible to cancel the subscription before it renewed. I am frustrated with the Canasta game as it consistently gives my opponents an advantage with more wild cards than me, making it feel unfair and not enjoyable to play. This has been happening repeatedly, affecting my overall experience and making me consider cancelling my subscription. Canasta holds sentimental value as it was a beloved game my late mother and I used to play together, and I wish for the issue to be resolved to make the game more balanced and enjoyable for all players.

I am reaching out on behalf of a 94-year-old lady who got locked out of her Scrabble account despite paying for a year. Originally, a friend had helped her pay for one month by mistake, and things have gone downhill since then. I have made unsuccessful attempts to change her password as the reset link does not come through, and it's not in her spam folder. Her account is under [redacted], and although I managed to change her password yesterday, it still doesn't work today.
At one point, her screen name appeared as leeleeg1945 (still the att email), but she's unable to sign in, and neither can I anymore. Scrabble means the world to her, and I am determined to assist in getting her access back, but I am facing obstacles. I kindly ask for help in restoring this 94-year-old lady's enjoyment of the game.

I have an existing Pogo account from my previous device that broke. Now that I have a new working device, I want to log back into my account. When I tried to log in, I couldn't find the option. I have been a Pogo Club member for at least 10 years, maybe even longer. Recently, I was hospitalized for nearly two months. Upon returning home, I found I could no longer access my Pogo account. Despite attempting to reset my password, I keep receiving a message stating that my email is associated with another account - my original one. I've been a Pogo subscriber since [redacted], and while it used to be the best site, it no longer holds up for a few reasons. Firstly, playing new levels has become nearly impossible due to their high difficulty, forcing players to wait for reshuffles or buy moves with gems. For instance, in Garden Blast, I'm stuck on Random level [redacted], making further progress impossible. Additionally, the site is currently facing issues with purchasing gems, hindering the gaming experience. Despite reporting these problems to customer support, my case was closed without a resolution. Unfortunately, contacting Pogo UK customer service is also proving to be a challenge. With the upcoming membership renewal, I am considering not renewing as the limited gameplay options are becoming monotonous. Many other players share this sentiment. It's disappointing to see the current direction of Pogo, as it seems the focus has shifted from player experience to profitability.

For the past month, I've been experiencing issues playing games on Pogo. When I visit the site and try to start a game, I am only met with a black screen. I haven't received any notifications regarding my subscription status, but I am willing to renew it if needed. Please clarify whether my inability to access games is due to an expired subscription. Today, I encountered an issue with my Pogo account. I usually get signed in automatically, but today I had to sign in manually. When I tried to sign in, my password was not accepted. I requested a password reset, but the email was not sent to my usual email address, [redacted] It seems to have gone to a different email address. When I visited the site, it stated that I did not have an account, so I proceeded to create an EA account. However, I am still unable to access Club Pogo using my screen name rzuurhoud_. I was charged for 3 sets of Power Up 25 gems each on the same day, 12/16/22, around the same time. I did not make those purchases. While I did play on that day, I only used the power-ups I already had and didn't play for very long. When I tried to use my gems on 12/18, I noticed I was far short of what should have been there. Upon checking, I found those charges I didn't make. I never accessed the purchase page or window. Please issue a 75 gem refund to my account or I will refrain from purchasing them again. Thank you.
