Last year, my Pogo account was hacked, and then our email addresses were switched on our accounts. I now have to sign in with my husband's email, and he has to sign in with mine. With the change to EA, the hacked account is registered with my email, causing my husband to be locked out of his account. We pay annually for these games, and it's frustrating not being able to resolve this issue by contacting someone. I've tried solutions from your help page to no avail. I attempted to renew my subscription by filling out all the sections on the form and selecting the yearly plan for $39.99. After adding my card number, nothing happened. I repeated the steps three times, but I'm concerned that I may be charged three times. The website is now asking for another card number, even though there is no issue with my current card. On December 7, [redacted], I reached out to POGO customer support regarding two games I enjoy playing but can no longer access. I was billed $10.78 for this assistance, but unfortunately, the problem persists. Checking my bank account today, December 11, [redacted], I noticed another charge of $10.78. This totals almost $22 for unresolved issues. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I demand an immediate refund of my money. As a result of this experience, I will be discontinuing my association with POGO.

Every day, I come in here to play my games, and they keep telling me wrong credentials. Change your password. Well, I have done that, and you still give me problems. If you don't want me as a member, just say so and give me back my refund. Believe me, you are not worth the hassle. I'm sick of it. I've been on here since [redacted] and never ran into this issue. If you don't know what you are doing, you're not worth my time. I have to go through this every day. Can you fix it or not?

I am a member of E.A as they changed it from Pogo. I was signed in, and they keep telling me that information is wrong. They had me change it again, and I don't understand what they are doing. I have been a member since [redacted] and never had a problem. Now, all I have with this group is problems. I just want to get in and play the games, and I can't. On December 30th, there is a pending charge from EA *POGO HELP.EA.COM CAUS for $14.99 on my account. I did not make this transaction at approximately 8:00 a.m. and I have not played POGO games for years. I cannot access the site to investigate further. Could you please remove my account details from your site and send me an email with the charge information before finalizing any transactions with my bank? Thank you.

I unknowingly had Pogo Games set up for auto-billing. I didn't intend to renew the subscription as many games were no longer available. Due to insufficient funds, the $39.99 charge led to an overdraft and a $35 fee. I contacted customer service, explaining my situation and my intention to cancel. The representative assured me of a refund, stating it would take up to 7 business days. It has been about a month now, and the refund has not been credited back to my bank account.

I am having trouble accessing my Pogo account, which my daughter set up for me back in [redacted]. We are both frustrated as we have been on the phone with different people. The numbers I have called seem to connect me with individuals in India. After investing a lot of time, they suggest I pay $99.00 and then $[redacted].00. I am concerned that this may be a scam. I firmly believe I should not have to pay anything at all. I have not violated any rules to be banned. The individual from India claims it is an issue with my software, but this contradicts the fact that my daughter can access her account on the same computer without any problems.

I've had an account with Pogo for years, but after my Amex and bank account were hacked, I had to change my sign-in details. My old Amex account ended in [redacted], and my screen name is Mairerose. I need assistance with my Pogo account. I have been unable to log in for three days. When I attempt to sign in with my EA credentials, I am directed to create a new screen name, even though I have an existing account. Trying to sign in with my existing screen name sends me back to the EA sign-in page. After going through the process of upgrading my sign-in experience, I am asked to complete my EA account with an email address; however, the system is unable to retrieve my email address, stating it is already registered. This leads me to a loop of sign-in attempts without access to my account. I am hesitant to create a new screen name for fear of losing my purchased games. I won my last game of canasta, but it was marked as a loss, causing me to lose a lot of points in a rated game. I'm really not happy about this! I've been trying to improve my rating, but it seems like I'm being unfairly penalized due to issues on your end. I have perfect internet connection that was recently installed and is wired, so that shouldn't be the problem. Sometimes the game kicks me out and I have to rejoin. I've noticed discrepancies like the other player going out with 1 card left, which doesn't make sense, and games showing as losses when I've actually won. These problems all occurred while playing Canasta. I see I'm not the only one facing these issues, and I'm not sure if anyone has reported them to you. My tag is Jamaken08, and my name is Amanda. I have been unable to access my Pogo account for a full week now. Despite reaching out twice before, I still need help resolving this issue. The first attempt to contact support was on Thursday, 9/23/21. When attempting to log in, I receive a message stating my credentials have expired, which is confusing since my login details have remained the same for the decade-plus I've been a Pogo Club member. Even though my login information is saved on my computer, I can't get past this error message. Clicking on the password reset option doesn't result in receiving any emails, leaving me unable to play my favorite games or even log in. Please assist me in regaining access to my account as I play regularly and miss being able to enjoy the games. I am eager to hear back from you soon.

I'm experiencing significant issues with MONOPOLY SUDOKU after surpassing the 2 billion points mark. Every time I play, I encounter an error message saying, "An unknown error has occurred, please try again." While I can play and earn some points, I'm unable to collect points for various features like breaking the money bags and the Treasure Chest. After leaving the game and returning later, the points I earned reset to 2,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. I've been a member since [redacted] and use POGO to relax and stay mentally sharp. Many of my fellow players quit after EA took over. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you. P.S. Last Monday, on 10/25/[redacted], I encountered an issue when trying to log into Pogo. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps recommended by EA, including clearing my cache, changing my password multiple times, and attempting to log in from a different browser and device, I continue to receive an error message stating, "We are sorry, but we are having some technical difficulties right now. Please try again later." Even after initiating multiple cases with EA and receiving instructions to report the issue as a bug, I am unable to log in to do so. The supervisor I spoke with seemed to evade the problem, instructing me to call back with the outcome of additional steps, and despite being assigned case numbers, I never received a callback as promised. Each subsequent attempt to reach out to EA has been met with the same unhelpful response. I am in need of assistance, and I am at a loss on how to proceed.

I have a suggestion regarding Battlefield [redacted]. I propose adding a campaign mode where North Korea, armed with nuclear weapons, starts a war involving various factions. Players could access advanced gear and weapons, including a gunsmith feature for customization. The game could emphasize stealth with drones for recon and combat. In addition, new air support units like the UCAV could be introduced. The game environment could include diverse terrains to enhance the player's experience. I also suggest including martial arts techniques for close combat and the ability to restrain enemies for extraction. These additions would add depth and realism to the gameplay.
