Hello, I am Baleigh. I'm struggling to download my specific expansion packs for Sims 3 through my Origin account, even though I have all the codes for them. The expansion packs I'm trying to download are The Sims Pets, Generations, Hidden Springs, Monte Vista (different codes but came in the same box), Dragon Valley, and The Master Suite Stuff. The codes seem to be showing up as either used or invalid. I recently started playing again on a different computer and suspect that the games might be linked to a different Origin account. If that is the case, is there any way to access that account or transfer the games to my new one? I'm disappointed that I can't play these games I have collected and bought. I am willing to provide all the codes or pictures for verification if needed. I just don't want to abandon the games I invested in. Thank you for your assistance and for taking the time to read this. I was disconnected on July 3rd and can't log back in or reset my password. The system won't send me an email despite numerous attempts. After speaking to a representative who mentioned my account was hacked, I'm worried about my credit card information. He also mentioned the account was disabled due to this issue. I am a Club Pogo member paid up until January [redacted]. The number provided, [redacted], does not respond. The representative assured me the matter would be resolved and that I would receive an email on Saturday, but I haven't received anything. I'm unsure if you have a different email on file, but I will provide it at the end of this message. I normally receive two emails a day from you for drawings. Please assist as I'm feeling frustrated and upset by this. Playing games on Pogo is important to me, and the security of my credit card information is a significant concern. Thank you. - J. P.

My wife and I initially registered on Pogo using one email address. I am no longer using Pogo, but she can't log in due to new rules stating the address is already taken. I need assistance in removing my name and email address from Pogo and adding her name instead. The email address and credit card information will remain the same. Alternatively, please cancel her subscription. Despite reaching out multiple times for help without a response, we are experiencing frustration. Please resolve this matter promptly or deactivate Pogo for us entirely. Kindly email us with a solution. Thank you.

I recently received a message from Pogo Games stating my account would be canceled due to multiple email addresses. The message instructed me to call a specific phone number to resolve the issue. When I contacted them, the individual had my game account details and requested access to my computer. I declined, which seemed to upset them. I refused to risk my security over a game and mentioned canceling my account. Shockingly, they mentioned a $[redacted] fee to cancel and abruptly ended the call. Upon checking, my account was indeed canceled. I am now worried about potential compromise of not just my computer but also my AE Games account. I am eager to have my account reinstated after this troubling experience.

I have been a subscriber to Pogo for years with my mother. When Pogo switched to the EA Games platform and moved away from "Java" to "Adobe Flash," we initially experienced normal gameplay. However, as time passed, we encountered issues with "Adobe Flash" not being compatible with Windows 10, leading to games not loading properly. Some "Adobe Flash" games worked while others did not, causing frustration. I am unsure why this discrepancy is happening. I hope Pogo completes the transition to "Adobe Flash" soon so we can play all games without any further complications. If the situation doesn't improve, we may have to cancel our subscription and seek alternative gaming platforms.

I have contacted Pogo Customer Service about an issue with my account email. The correct email associated with awsomhenri should be [redacted], but it was mistakenly entered as [redacted] I need this error fixed, as only awsomhenri should be linked to this email since I recently paid a subscription for it on 6-28-19. Kindly merge or delete any other accounts like awsomehenri, henri30, or henri39 that are linked to [redacted] This mix-up is causing confusion and I would appreciate your help in sorting it out. I am experiencing frequent website crashes on my iPad when playing certain games. Specifically, games like Word Search and World Class Solitaire work fine, but Cookie Connect crashes and does not load correctly. On my desktop PC, there are no issues. I have tried downloading Java for the PC, but the Pogo scan is not enabled. Jewel Academy is another game that crashes. I am unable to participate in the Hunt Challenge. Additionally, I am unable to win in Pop Pit Bingo. I would appreciate it if you could award me the win so I can complete the hunt. Please advise on how I can resolve these iPad issues.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of $39.99 from my bank account for my Pogo subscription renewal on August 1st. I did not opt for auto-renewal and do not want to continue my membership at this price, especially since the games I enjoyed are no longer available on Pogo. I kindly request a refund of the $39.99 charged and the return of the [redacted] gems. Please close my Pogo account promptly.

My Pogo account got suspended due to a server hack. After contacting EA, they informed me that someone from another state had accessed my account, resulting in its block. To resolve the issue, EA is asking for around $[redacted], which I cannot afford on my fixed income as a retired 70-year-old. I explained this to them, but they insist that payment is the only solution. It has been two weeks without access to Pogo, and I'm seeking assistance. Last time this occurred, my account was reinstated within an hour when I couldn't pay. The EA representative was confrontational, and I need help resolving this as they claim it was my server's fault.

I just sent an email a few minutes ago without proofreading it and noticed a significant error. My club pass actually expired today, and upon double-checking the time/date stamps of the emails from EA regarding this account, I realized that the club access was cut off 8 hours short of the full 5 days. I also saw a notice on the page after sending the message, mentioning that I didn't indicate how EA could resolve the issue. I suggest paying attention to the time accurately and ensuring customers get the full value of what they pay for, rather than shortchanging them. A 5-day period equals [redacted] hours, not [redacted]+/- hours. If there is a specific time zone that your system follows, I would like to know where it is located. Thank you, M. O. Sweet

In October [redacted], I had trouble accessing my Pogo account. After several weeks, I figured I should resubscribe, so I did. $39.99 was charged to my Bank of America Visa on 10/29/[redacted] with a new card number. I am willing to provide the updated card number if needed. Please credit the payment from October [redacted] to my subscription and adjust my bill for Feb 4, [redacted]. I received a notification from Pogo today to join, and I was surprised to learn that my subscription was due. I visited Pogo earlier this morning, and everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, I don't have any funds in my account until my SSDI payment arrives on the second Wednesday of each month. I will be able to pay on November 13th. I am disappointed because there was no indication on the main page that my annual membership was up for renewal. I have been a loyal member since Pogo's inception before they started charging fees. As a [redacted]% disabled individual, Pogo is essential for passing my time. I also did not receive the usual reminder about my subscription expiration as I have in the past. I rely on Pogo for enjoyment and completing challenges that often require purchasing gems.

I am having difficulties with Pogo and EA, specifically with Origin, the website EA directed me to. My problem started when I wanted to cancel my Pogo subscription which I have had for the past 3-4 years. Initially, I didn't mind paying the $7.99 monthly fee, but after EA took over, the transition to their platform has been anything but simple. I have encountered numerous issues trying to log in, and when seeking help, I was informed that I needed to install the Origin site. As a 62-year-old cancer survivor, I am not interested in the war games on Origin. I have been struggling for over a year to cancel Pogo, which now redirects to EA, and I have not been able to play any games since. Despite paying $[redacted].86 over the past 13-14 months, I just want to stop the monthly charges and sever ties with Pogo, EA, and Origin. I have been a Pogo member for about 13 years. I also registered with EA on October 14, [redacted]. This past Saturday, when I tried to log in to Pogo as usual, I was asked to pay my monthly fee. However, when I tried to use my Credit Card with sufficient funds, it was not accepted. After encountering errors, I could no longer access my account page. Upon returning, I discovered my account was empty with all my 38 million points gone. I am reluctant to create a new account. I have attempted to use the provided phone numbers without success. I believe this treatment of a long-standing customer is unfair. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue and have my points reinstated. My name and screen name are Sandi Brunell. I have not used Pogo for approximately a year and did not wish to renew my account due to health issues. Unfortunately, my bank charged me $29 for an overdraft because of this renewal, leaving me $54.57 overdrawn. I am currently unable to work or generate income due to dealing with lung cancer and a recent back injury. I kindly request that my account be canceled, and I would appreciate a refund to my checking account. I have fond memories of Pogo and hope to return in the future when my circumstances improve. Dear Team, I have reached out to you previously without any response. I was automatically renewed for another year without my consent, even though I have not used Pogo in a year. Your records would confirm this. Due to health issues, including lung cancer and a compression fracture of my L2, I am facing financial difficulties. I have been charged an overdraft fee of $29 on top of the subscription cost. I kindly request a refund for the charges and the cancellation of my subscription. Since EA took over Pogo games, I have been experiencing various issues with the Canasta game. I have encountered problems with the game freezing during play and inaccuracies with my winning points. I have been a loyal player of Pogo games for many years, and these problems only started after EA's acquisition of the platform. I purchased a year subscription to Pogo but only used it a few times. As the renewal approached, I decided to cancel to avoid further charges. I didn't know when it was renewing until I encountered payment issues in-store, prompting me to contact customer service. They assured me the refund would reflect within 24 hours, but when it didn't, I followed up. On the second call, I was informed it might take 5-10 days. It has been 5 days, yet the refund hasn't shown up. I am considering reaching out to get a more specific timeline. It's frustrating that refunds seem to take longer than expected.

I am a 62-year-old widow on Social Security disability. My son recently noticed a recurring charge of $7.48 on my bank statement for Pogo. I had a Pogo account last year but couldn't use it on my phone like on my old computer. I cancelled it since I couldn't access it.
