A few months ago, I was banned after a previous ban, and I understood the reason for the first ban. Despite that, being banned again, knowing I had one more chance, I was careful not to violate any rules. It seemed like I might have been wrongly reported because I cannot pinpoint any specific incident that could have led to the ban. This happened while I was playing Rust and said something. For the past 3 days, I have been attempting to contact Playstation Support without success. Each time I engage with the Support Bot (Chat), it consistently informs me that no agents are available or provides their operating hours, leaving me unable to get the assistance I need. My young son inadvertently spent almost $[redacted] from my debit card, registered with Fortnite, on in-game purchases at 3 o'clock in the morning. Although he doesn't comprehend the consequences of his actions, I urgently require a refund to afford necessities for my family until my next paycheck arrives in a week and a half. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

I submitted a controller for repair over 2 months ago and have not received any updates since. I have attempted to contact them through chat and phone calls but have been unsuccessful. It is disappointing to be left without any communication regarding my previous issue. I searched their website for contact information but could not find any way to reach their service department. It feels like they have my controller and are ignoring me completely. According to the tracking information, the controller was received on 1/30/[redacted] at 10:56 AM by LOPEZ via UPS Ground. Here is the tracking number: 1Z6A1Y[redacted]74. It appears that Sony is facing challenges with their service department's repair processes. Apart from not returning my controller, the lack of communication is highly frustrating. This situation seems unethical and reflects poorly on their business practices.

I was away when I started receiving emails confirming purchases for new games on my PlayStation account. However, I didn't make these purchases as my console was back home and no one else could have accessed it. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel the credit card linked to my account. When I reached out to Sony, they informed me that the activity was not associated with the Middle East. Even after contacting the US, they said it wasn't connected to North or South regions. It appears that my account was hacked, and the hacker linked my PS ID to a different email while creating a new account with my email address. I am in need of assistance to rectify this situation.

Recently, my email was compromised, leading to my PSN account being accessed by an unauthorized party. After regaining control of my email within an hour, the hacker managed to compromise my PSN account once more. Despite now securing my email, I am facing challenges with PlayStation's live chat support. They are unable to verify my information to assist with recovering my account and consistently end the chat. This issue is further complicated by the fact that in Mexico, Sony exclusively offers live chat support, and there is no option for phone verification.

Hello, my account has been permanently blocked, and I am unsure of the reason. While I have used inappropriate language in the past, I have since been more cautious. Today, I received a ban without sending any offensive messages. I called someone a "clown," which I don't believe is extremely offensive. I find this situation unfair and a violation of my rights. I forgot my passcode for my account. I can access it through my PS4 and the associated email. The issue arises when I try to switch over to my PS5. I end up locking my account as I try to recall the correct password. When I use the "forgot my password" prompt, I am asked to verify my date of birth, but I seem to have entered a random date when setting up the account. I called customer service for the same problem, and they quickly resolved it by sending an email to reset the password without needing to pass the date of birth security check.

Although I managed to recover it the next morning, it was compromised once again a few hours later. After waiting until today, I finally regained access with the help of Diego. While playing with my friends on the platform, I received 11 inappropriate messages from a user called RoaDied. It seems the hacker used my account to send these messages, resulting in a 60-day suspension. Despite reaching out to different support agents, I have been informed that I can't appeal this suspension. I believe this is unjust as I didn't send those messages, and it was done by the person who hacked my account as an act of revenge.

Yesterday, I received an email thanking me for renewing my PS4 Plus subscription for another year. I thought I had only upgraded for six months and didn't want to continue. I've been attempting to contact customer service for the past two days without success. Playstation offers partial refunds based on the time elapsed since the purchase, but I haven't been able to reach anyone for help with cancelling. I need to request a refund within 14 days, but the longer it takes to get assistance, the less money I'll be refunded. When I try to call, I'm directed to the website for support, but then it says it will transfer me to an online agent who is never available. It's a frustrating situation, and I'm not sure what else to do.

I have a PS4 Pro that I purchased new around 3-4 years ago. Recently, I've noticed it's been slowing down, with the fan getting louder. I've been cleaning the fan monthly, which helped for a while. However, when I try to play Horizon Forbidden West from PS Plus Premium, I keep getting a message saying the game data is corrupted and prompts me to delete and re-install the game. I've done this multiple times, but the issue persists, allowing only short gaming sessions before the game becomes corrupted again. Lately, my PS4 is slower overall, and now Destiny 2 is also showing as corrupted despite being installed for over 2 years without any problems. I am really enjoying Forbidden West and would appreciate any advice on how to fix these issues.

I bought GTA V Premium on my PlayStation 4 four hours ago. After downloading the game, I tried to play it, but it said the file was corrupted. It prompted me to delete and re-download it.
