My PSN account got suspended due to a chargeback issue. I didn't ask for any refunds or receive any unpaid content. I preordered Hogwarts Legacy, set to release on May 5, [redacted], after being delayed from April. I requested a refund if the release was delayed again, leading to my suspension. I recently bought a year of PlayStation Plus Premium and now cannot access my account. It's frustrating, and I need my account reinstated.

Hello, I would like to raise a concern about my PlayStation account, IlHezi-, which has been permanently suspended without any explanation provided. While playing one day, I suddenly got signed out, and upon reentering my payment information, I discovered that my account was suspended. I have yet to receive an email detailing the reasons for this action or allowing me to appeal the decision. I tried reaching out to PlayStation support through live chat and phone calls, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. When attempting to submit an appeal, I was informed that I was ineligible to do so. I suspect that this suspension may be related to some friends who had previously visited my house and may have been involved in misconduct that I'd rather not discuss. They recently requested access to my PlayStation account, which I declined, and shortly after, my account was suspended. If there was any accidental attempt to sell items through my account, I deeply apologize. I have been a loyal PlayStation user since [redacted] and have invested a significant amount of money into the platform. I sincerely hope we can resolve this issue and restore access to my account. Last night there was a heavy rainstorm, and I am concerned about the impact on my PlayStation. The power outage occurred while my PlayStation was in rest mode, and I believe it may have caused damage to the database. I am unable to exit rest mode, download the 10.50 update, or access safe mode properly. I am stuck at the system storage download phase and cannot proceed to the blue menu screen or finish the update. I have invested a significant amount in games for my PlayStation and cannot risk losing my console or account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

While playing a game on my PS4, the screen froze, and despite waiting for it to cool off, upon restarting, the console only displays the logo before going blank. Attempts to enter safe mode, restart, update system software, and rebuild the database have not resolved the issue. What should I do next to address this problem?

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Minecraft account on Sunday, April 30, [redacted]. Upon logging in, I received a message stating that my subscription had expired. I proceeded to renew it, only to discover that there were two subscriptions associated with my account. Upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed that two charges of $7.99 each were debited. I do not wish to maintain the duplicate subscription and have attempted to cancel it; however, I am hesitant as I do not want to unintentionally cancel my original subscription. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for the surplus subscription.

A PSN user messaged me via PSN Messenger saying I needed to uninstall a multiplayer game or sell it because we played a round together. The conversation took a disrespectful turn when they brought up personal topics like relationships and sex in an offensive manner. Feeling attacked, I responded by suggesting they ask their own mother such questions. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly kicked out from PSN and received an email from Sony stating my account was blocked for 7 days. I believe the ban was unjust and the other user should have been banned instead. The quick action of the moderator team seemed unprofessional to me, especially for such a minor exchange. I only made a light-hearted remark, not using any offensive language. I find it unfair to be penalized for a harmless response like that. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation.

I was hoping to purchase PlayStation Plus, but unfortunately, my sister accidentally bought the essential version instead of the extra one I intended to get. I would like a refund of $10 for that. Additionally, I have a friend who enjoys playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and I promised to buy a DLC for us to use together. However, he went ahead and purchased the Super Hero Pack 2 without my consent. I would also appreciate a refund for that DLC. Thank you for your help in resolving these issues.

Yesterday, my account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized charges for several games. To address this, I took immediate action by closing my bank card, disputing the charges, and updating both my email and login details. However, today at 11:15, I received an email notifying me that my new email had been changed, even though I only made the change once yesterday due to the hacking incident. The message advises me to contact customer service if I did not authorize this change. After a 20-minute hold, I spoke with a representative who suggested I create a new ID and abandon the old one, which is not a satisfactory solution for me. I simply want to update my email and login information securely.

I was unfairly banned from PlayStation for no apparent reason. After winning a game online, other players threatened to report me, which they did. I did not engage in any misconduct. I attempted to update my password from [redacted] to [redacted] Unfortunately, my [redacted] account was hacked, causing me to lose all the information for my PS5 account, including my VPN details. This has led to being completely locked out of my account, preventing me from playing COD, which I miss dearly. I was recently hacked and subsequently banned from PlayStation for 60 days. This situation is unacceptable to me, especially since I faced a similar hacking incident seven years ago without adequate assistance from PlayStation. As a loyal customer for 9 years, I am now contemplating switching to Xbox due to the better reputation people have reported in handling such issues. Unlike PlayStation, Xbox appears to provide more reliable customer service assistance when users experience hacking problems. I value my connection with PlayStation as it was my first console, but being banned unfairly might force me to transition to Xbox like many of my friends have already done. I was banned last night at 3 a.m. for a month, and I'm unsure why. The ban message indicated I breached the code of conduct, but I am familiar with the rules and regulations. I was banned for sending a message. My cousins are visiting this weekend, so I am eager to have the ban lifted. If possible, can you provide me with information on the reason for the ban and assist in removing it? Waiting a whole month to play seems excessive, and I may refrain from using messages altogether if the ban remains. Thank you.

On May 25th, [redacted], I was temporarily suspended from my main account because of my nephew playing that day. He was playing Gran Turismo 7 and faced harassment from another player who kept ruining his race. Despite my nephew's efforts to calmly address the situation, the player continued to bother him. After being provoked, my nephew reacted by cursing at the player. The player then reported the interaction, leading to my account being banned for 30 days. I believe this penalty is unjust and hope to have the suspension lifted. To prevent future incidents, I intend to disable PS messages. With over [redacted] games on my account, waiting 30 days to play them is frustrating. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I was banned from my PS4 console about a year ago without being informed of the reason via email as promised. Despite following instructions to switch emails and waiting again, I never received any communication. I have since resorted to using my banned PS4 offline, but I deeply regret whatever led to the ban. I would like to know if it is possible to lift the ban now that I have learned from my mistake and miss being able to play online. It has been almost a year, and I believe it is unfair that I was not given an explanation or a chance to rectify the situation. I sincerely hope for a resolution.

I recently received an email notifying me of a change to my PlayStation ID, which I did not authorize. I do not own a PlayStation controller and have not used my console in weeks. Unfortunately, it seems that my account has been compromised, and unauthorized purchases were made using the debit card linked to it. I am now locked out of my account and unable to investigate further due to not having a controller. I was in the middle of playing on my PS4 when I suddenly got logged out and was prompted to reset my password via the email linked to my PSN account, which I haven't used in three years. I have been attempting to reach out to PS support for several days, but haven't been able to connect with an agent yet. Is it possible for me to lose access to hundreds of pounds worth of progress and games just because someone attempted to guess my password? I have been trying for a while to resolve this issue. I believe my account was suspended after being hacked and charged $[redacted] multiple times. Despite resolving this over the phone, I can no longer access any previously purchased games or game data. I find it unfair to be penalized for being hacked. A review of my account will show the missing purchases. I do not grasp why my account remains suspended when all games in my library were paid for. Could you please address this issue promptly?

I was playing "Shadow of War" when I wanted to attempt a Discord call through a phone connection. However, when I tried to log in, it showed that my account was locked. Perplexed, I carried on with my day. Later, when switching to play "Destiny 2," I noticed I was not signed into the PSN network. Despite trying to log in on my PlayStation, I couldn't. I'm unsure why my account was locked. I attempted to change my password, but my father, who set up the account on our PS4, used a different birth date to conceal my real age. It seems the account may have locked due to multiple log-in attempts, which I only did today between 8 pm and 8 pm. I just want access to my account back. Please help me regain access.
