Hello, I am currently game sharing with two friends, but recently I received a 15-minute application suspension message, and now all my games are locked. I attempted to restore licenses, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. When I asked my friends to deactivate the account and sign back in, it temporarily fixed the problem. My account was unexpectedly suspended, and I'm unsure of the reason behind it. My dilemma lies in my son accessing and utilizing my account on his PS5 without my consent. Despite my efforts to prevent him from doing so, he still manages to access it. If this is the cause of my account suspension, then it is beyond my control. Consequently, I am unable to make use of my PlayStation Plus subscription. Moreover, I encountered difficulties retrieving my GTA character as it was used on his PS5. I find myself dealing with two predicaments stemming from these issues.

Recently, there was an unauthorized charge on my PlayStation account, totaling almost $[redacted] on games. These purchases were made on a PS5 system, which neither my father nor I own. Hello, my account has been wrongly banned after defending other players against harassment in Red Dead Online. While trying to uphold the PlayStation guidelines against a player named "Eddi," I was mistakenly banned due to the hateful messages exchanged during the altercation. I sincerely apologize for any inappropriate remarks made, but it was actually the other player who was at fault. I currently hold a one-month PlayStation Plus subscription, and being banned for 7 days means I will only enjoy 21 days of service. I had an account under the name Parth Khurana with the online ID UJJ30 and the email address [redacted] I recently updated the email to [redacted] However, I am unable to access the account with the new email due to password issues. Approximately 5-6 months ago, my PlayStation account was compromised by an unknown party. While my account was compromised, unauthorized purchases were made and disputed, resulting in my account being permanently suspended by PlayStation. My PS3 cannot connect to my 5G WiFi and the 2G signal is weak, preventing me from downloading updates. I only want to access my BO2 zombie maps, not play online. The email linked to my PS3 differs from the one I provided. The online support is unhelpful, and it's frustrating not to be able to speak with a customer service representative when needed. The lack of response from the support team, even two hours before closing time, is disappointing.

I received multiple emails regarding a free PS Plus upgrade offer. Despite attempting to redeem it on my phone, PS5 console, and laptop while documenting each step with screenshots, the process consistently failed with an "unspecified" error. Strangely, right after the "free" offer expired, a $70 charge was miraculously processed as a "celebration reward." This behavior is clearly misleading and deceptive. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance through online support over several days, I only encountered messages stating they were too busy to help. I purchased an in-game item for Diablo 4 for 24.99 euros using PayPal. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item after payment. I requested a refund from PayPal and promptly received my money back. I tried purchasing the item again but encountered the same issue. I asked for a refund from PayPal, which took a few days this time. However, during this wait, I eventually received the item from Diablo. I anticipated being charged the 24.99 euros afterward, but instead, my account got blocked. I find this situation unfair. I (PSN user) wanted to change the login ID from my mom's to mine for convenient and secure usage since she once deleted the account and it was hard to find it for issue resolution. I tried to change the password to mine, everything went smoothly, but a confirmation code via SMS is needed, which isn't coming to my mobile phone causing me trouble. Hello. I'm experiencing some troubling issues with my Playstation 4 Pro. It all began yesterday while playing an online game.
