Pinterest Customer Service Issues

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Pinterest account, and upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating that my account had been deactivated. The message listed several reasons for this, which included violating Pinterest Community Guidelines and unusual account activity. I was surprised as my account is very important to me. I contacted Pinterest to inquire about reactivating my account, but I have not received a response yet. I suspect my account was deactivated due to pins that were repeatedly taken down for not meeting their pin policy. I am eager to regain access to my account.

I purchased 7 items from VINLADY, and although you probably already know this, I am surprised that a site like PINTEREST, which I use a lot and find trustworthy, can host a site like VINLADY, which is a huge scam. The products I ordered were supposed to be linen and classy, but what I received was low-quality, synthetic Chinese material. Not only that, some items were missing, and they replaced them with items I did not order. It's a massive scam. They only refunded me about 50% of the purchase. I am frustrated because every time I try to go back to my birth year of [redacted] from today's date in [redacted] on Pinterest, a pop-up appears preventing me from accessing the site. I find it concerning that Pinterest now asks for my birthdate to access the site. I believe this could impact the content and ads I see based on my age, which I find offensive. Pinterest content from users of all ages has inspired me, and I am disappointed by this new requirement. I just wanted to share my experience with Pinterest recently. I encountered issues with two app purchases I made in July. On July 9th, I purchased a 2-in-1 Foldable Treadmill for $54.99 from Maruial, only to find out later that the item was marked as delivered, even though I never received it. The tracking number provided was incorrect and untraceable per the Post Office. Later in July, on the 31st, I ordered another treadmill for $45.98 from the Atwood app. Once again, the tracking number they provided after claiming delivery was inaccurate. I've been in contact with both companies, requesting refunds. They agreed but mentioned deductions for shipping and handling, despite me not having received the items. Upon receiving them on September 11, [redacted], I discovered they were not as advertised - not made of silk as stated but of thick and stiff material instead. I have been trying to get information on how to return them for a refund from Lively but have been unsuccessful. They are now claiming I am not eligible for a refund due to the sale, but I believe I am entitled since the item was mis-sold. I am having trouble accessing my Pinterest account from my phone's app on my laptop. I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. I created a new account with a different email, then deleted it to free up the email address.
