When I open the Pinterest app, I see a page of pins. Let's say I select a Breakfast Casserole pin. Upon clicking, it takes me to another page with more Breakfast Casserole options. This cycle continues without showing the actual recipe I clicked on. I have tried logging off, waiting, and then signing back in, but the issue persists. This problem happened last week for two days and then resolved itself. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I am currently experiencing an issue with Pinterest from New Caledonia. Starting yesterday, I've encountered difficulty organizing my pins into sub-boards. Whenever I attempt to move a pin, the option to select my sub-boards no longer appears, causing the site to crash and display a blank page.
Despite refreshing the page and logging out and back in, I have been unable to resolve this problem. Pinterest is crucial to my creative endeavors, so I would be grateful for any help you can offer in addressing this issue.

I was on Pinterest looking at miniatures when I tried to save an item. Pinterest popped up a message saying I have over [redacted] items saved already. I needed to review them for getting a Mastercard. I accidentally closed the pop-up and can't seem to find it again. I'm not very tech-savvy and struggle with icons. I purchased a small welder from a site I found on Pinterest. However, after waiting for over a month, I received a pair of cheap ladies gloves instead. I reached out to the email address provided by the site regarding my missing order, but they only responded by asking me to return the gloves to China at my own expense. Despite requesting a full refund or the product I ordered, they insisted on receiving the gloves first. I feel scammed and disappointed as the initial price seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, the communication has ceased, and I am left frustrated by this ordeal.

I'm Don, and I've had some issues with two companies advertising on your platform. The first is MOTOC ([redacted]), from which I purchased a power washer several months ago but never received it. I've tried to contact them multiple times with no response as the email always bounces back. The second company is Edlars ([redacted]). I ordered a camping air tent weeks ago, but it was never delivered, despite security confirming that it was not left at the front desk. I placed a second order, but that also was not delivered. I have encountered a consistent issue with error messages in the emails sent by Pinterest, as well as within the app. Unfortunately, the provided support options are not adequate, lacking a contact email or any form of assistance. I am seeking a valid email or phone number to reach out to Pinterest for resolution of these recurring problems. It is imperative for Pinterest to address these issues promptly rather than disregard them. The quality assurance seems to be lacking, as the help dropdowns do not offer solutions for these specific errors. It is evident that the site contains bugs that need addressing.
The links within the emails persistently lead to errors such as "[redacted] Too Many Requests," "You are not permitted to access that resource," and "Try again." I have never been able to successfully connect through any of these links within the emails from Pinterest, and this has been an ongoing issue for as long as I have been receiving them. I am simply requesting for Pinterest to rectify this situation promptly.

I recently switched my account from a Business account to a personal one. My account username is HopeKiragu2409. Since the change, I am unable to see who follows me, and my friends are encountering my account as locked, even though I did not take this action. This situation is highly frustrating because I create boards for others to access, but now they cannot view them. The option to revert my account to a Business profile is no longer available to me, leaving me unsure of what steps to take. Please address this matter promptly, as I rely on Pinterest for both school assignments and personal hobbies. Kindly switch my account back to a Business profile, as I believe this will rectify the issue.

The board cover is currently stuck displaying 3 random pins in the middle of a section. I've tried changing the pin order and using the change cover option, but it's not working. Even after deleting the board to create a new one, I couldn't name the new board the same as the deleted one. I kept trying different approaches, but nothing has resolved the issues. I'm hoping to have the board cover display the 3 most recent pins as it should by default and for the problem with board names to be fixed. Thank you for your help.

I've been unable to access my account recently as it appears to have been deactivated due to unusual activity.
