I received incorrect information and was upsold by the representative. Despite confirming multiple times that the price would be $[redacted] as initially stated, I was informed at the end that the actual price was over $[redacted] more. The salesperson then suggested I apply for a Pandora credit card. My friend's birthday is tomorrow, and I feel misled as the salesperson inquired about the occasion before presenting the jewelry. Initially, the jewelry was priced at $[redacted], but when I asked, I was told it was higher due to the rose gold clips being more expensive. I agreed to the purchase at $[redacted], only to find out the total cost was $[redacted]. This level of service is unacceptable for a new customer.

I would like to downgrade my subscription from premium to regular on Pandora. It has been challenging to make this change as I reached out through their website a week ago, only to receive a confirmation email with no follow-up. The offline service has been unreliable lately, with music selections seeming random and not aligning with my preferences. I used to enjoy the offline music selection a year ago, but it has declined in quality. Considering the lacking service, paying $15 monthly is not justified compared to the $5 basic option that offered better music. I am willing to pay for ad-free Pandora Radio but need assistance in downgrading my subscription. If this issue persists, I may have to consider switching to Spotify or Apple Music. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had a frightening experience earlier today when I heard a man's voice unexpectedly coming from my living room while I was listening to Pandora. As a senior citizen living alone, this really shook me up, especially since I suffer from PTSD. This intrusion into my quiet morning has left me feeling uneasy, and I cannot continue using your service if this is going to continue. I've been a long-time customer, and these recent changes with ads on my iPad and now this voice intrusion are unacceptable. Please stop this invasion of my privacy immediately if you want to retain me as a customer.

There seems to be a mix-up in the Johnny A. (guitarist) station's playlist. The artist "Johnny A." currently playing is a hip-hop/rap artist, not the correct genre. Despite selecting the thumb down option, the songs keep replaying from the album "Blue Sky Storys 2." Is there a way for Pandora to address this issue and prevent these songs from playing? Why does the thumb down feature not prevent these songs from resurfacing in the playlist?

I wish Pandoro would refrain from bringing politics into their music selection as it detracts from the listening experience. Music should not be about politics, especially with the rise of rap music which I don't consider real music. The issue lies in Pandoro displaying their strong left-wing views by airing ads for Robert O'Rourke, who I believe is comparable to Obama and lacking qualifications. O'Rourke using the name Beto to attract voters seems manipulative. I am a Democrat and wouldn't support him even if he was the sole candidate. These ads seem to cater to left-wing companies and backers like Soros. It's frustrating that these ads prompt me to turn off Pandoro. I urge them to discontinue mixing politics with music entirely.

I have Pandora One Premium and it's signed in on both my computer and phone. Lately, I've noticed an issue on my computer where I can search for songs, but when I try to play them, nothing happens. Strangely, my phone continues to play the songs without any problem. Typically, when I open Pandora on my computer, it starts playing music right away, then I search for a song and try to play it. However, recently, when I click on the play button, it only pauses the current song instead of playing the one I selected. I've attempted different steps like clicking into the song first before hitting play, but the issue persists.

I used to share music comments with my friends on Pandora. But my comments were flagged as not complying with Pandora's policies. I am disappointed and reconsidering letting Pandora moderate my comments. I feel let down and frustrated by this situation.

It all began with a Katy Perry song, and gradually, I explored various genres by thumbing up the ones I enjoyed. My station evolved into a mix of pop, rock, new age, 80s, piano ballads, violin, country, electronic, dance, and more. I subscribed to Pandora Premium to eliminate ads, skip songs, and replay tracks. Lately, I've noticed that the station is now playing genres in clusters, mainly featuring country songs that repeat frequently. I attempted to add different artists but without success. Even switching to Thumbprint Radio resulted in mostly classic hard rock, not reflecting my preferences. I wish Pandora offered a feature where I could customize my stations for a diverse and random mix of genres, rather than grouping similar songs together. If this issue isn't resolved, I may have to discontinue using Pandora. I value variety in music selection and hope for a solution to maintain the randomness I once enjoyed.

I have been a loyal Pandora client for a few years. Unfortunately, my subscription was interrupted, but after paying twice, I was totally refunded and given a free month as compensation. Now, I am trying to renew at the yearly rate of $54.99, as I was previously paying $4.99 per month. Even though I have another music service that I get for free, I still prefer Pandora. This is the maximum amount I can spend on listening to your station, as I only listen about four days a week for a few hours. I have noticed a consistent glitch in the Pandora app on Xbox One for the past two weeks. When using the app, I cannot access "My Music" as usual. The options displayed are "My Stations," "Search," and "Settings." However, by closing Pandora on Xbox and then accessing "My Likes" on the phone app, watching an advertisement, and returning to the Xbox app, the "My Stations" section switches to "My Music" allowing me to listen to my playlist. This process is inconvenient and worsens when the music stops playing on Xbox after a few songs, requiring me to restart the app where "My Music" reverts to "My Stations." Additionally, attempting the same process on the phone results in an error retrieving account info, forcing me to reinstall the app. These issues occur consistently and I hope for a resolution to either add "My Music" to Xbox or fix this glitch to prevent frequent reinstallation.

I contacted support 3 months ago to cancel my $12.99 subscription and only keep the $4.99 plan, but the change was never made. Upon reviewing my account recently, I discovered that I have been continuously charged $12.99 for the past 3 months. This mix-up has resulted in unauthorized charges totaling $40. I used to enjoy listening to Pandora on my Android Samsung Galaxy phone, but a few months ago, I accidentally deleted the app. Despite trying to reinstall it this morning, I've been unsuccessful. I have been a Pandora subscriber for two years, but I am still experiencing advertisements. I have an important party tonight and need this issue resolved. I have been using Pandora Radio for years with the free subscription, which comes with ads. As a teacher, I often play music for my class. Recently, while listening at home, I was surprised by an ad for Trojan condoms that included explicit content about sex. I find this inappropriate, especially if it were to play while I am sharing music with my students. I value Pandora, but I urge the station to be more mindful of the ads being played.
