My colleague and I enjoy listening to Pandora Radio at work. Since the passing of one of our beloved artists, Mac Miller, we've been wanting to listen to his radio station. However, we're disappointed by the frequent appearance of G-Eazy and Post Malone in the playlist. We find their music not to our taste, and we're puzzled by why Post Malone is featured so often. It's disheartening to have these artists dominate the station instead of Mac Miller's songs. We've encountered similar issues with other radio stations as well, such as hearing Tank and Pretty Ricky on Today's R&B hits. We're curious if there is a way to address this recurring problem. I am a Pandora One subscriber and use the Bose Mini 2 wireless speaker with my constantly charging phone during the day to play music. Initially, I encountered occasional interruptions on the Spa Suite station where the song would not play, displaying a loading dotted line. Sometimes skipping to the next song helped, but other times I had to go through a series of steps like turning off airplane mode, disconnecting from WiFi, powering off the phone, waiting, rebooting, and then reconnecting to WiFi and launching Pandora One again to resume playing music. Now, the frequency of shutdowns has increased, prompting me to seek help. I visited Apple to rule out viruses on my phone, but the issue persists. How can this frustrating situation be resolved?

I am experiencing an issue where the password that successfully logs me into Pandora on my computer is not working when I attempt to log in on my Sony Bravia TV. I have made multiple attempts and ensured that the password entered matches the one provided by Pandora when I used the "forgot my password" option. This password also matches the original one I set. So, it seems like there may be a compatibility issue with signing into Pandora on my TV.

For many years, my spouse and I have enjoyed tuning in to Pandora Radio. As older individuals, we prefer simpler methods to listen to music and have found Pandora to be great in the past. Recently, we have noticed an increase in annoying commercials during our listening experience. Due to financial constraints in our retirement, we are unable to pay for a premium service to avoid these disruptions. We support artists by purchasing their music, but additional fees for ad-free listening are not feasible for us. The loud volume of the commercials is also bothersome. We are hoping for a solution to continue enjoying our music without these interruptions and added costs. Thank you for addressing our concerns.

I have a Pandora subscription and use it on my iPhone. Recently, I tried to download the Pandora app on my Samsung Galaxy 9, but it's not producing sound and shows a message saying my data plan is not compatible with the device. I have access to Pandora on multiple devices, such as my cell phone, desktop, and home theater system connected through a wired internet connection. Recently, I've been facing issues with logging into my existing account on my home theater. Despite changing my password, I cannot access Pandora on my home theater while I can on my cell phone and computer. This has become quite frustrating. I did not sign up for Pandora. I do not listen to the radio or use the app. I recently discovered that I have been charged for Pandora monthly for years without my knowledge. This has caused my account to be overdrawn, resulting in additional charges that I cannot afford. I urgently request a full refund of all the money I have been charged. I have already contacted customer service but did not receive the promised call back. Please remove me from your system as I do not use your service on any of my devices. Subject: Subscription Issue
I have received multiple emails from Danielke, but unfortunately, the assistance provided has not resolved my subscription problem. This whole experience has been quite challenging. Initially, I was informed that I did not have an account, although I have shown evidence from Google Play proving otherwise. Subsequently, I was prompted to sign up again, which I hesitated to do for two reasons: I am already subscribed at $4.99 per month, and the link provided led to a $9.99 monthly charge, which is unacceptable.
After canceling my account without my consent, I was instructed to re-enroll, but now at a higher rate. Initially, Pandora worked ad-free for about an hour upon signing up, which leads me to wonder why the sudden change. It seems as though I am being pushed towards the $9.99 rate instead of the $4.99 special initially advertised by Pandora. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am in urgent need of someone capable of providing assistance.

I've noticed a significant change in My Thumbprint Radio playlist since yesterday, 10/2/[redacted]. Many unknown songs that I never thumbed up are playing, making me concerned about my account's security. I'm considering changing the email associated with my Pandora account, but I can't reset my password without the last one. I am extremely frustrated with the constant issues I have been facing with my Pandora Radio in my [redacted] Chevrolet Tahoe for the past four months. The songs keep stopping in the middle, there are skipping issues, and sometimes no music plays at all. I have the premium Pandora service and it's not working as it should. Trying to get in touch with customer support has been futile, and it's incredibly disappointing. My husband and friends are also having the same trouble. I am looking for a prompt solution to this problem, or else I will be expecting a full refund for the past four months of service. I was paying $4.99 per month for ad-free service but continued to receive ads. Today, I was informed that my account was successfully upgraded to the $12.99 Premium ad-free service. However, I still encountered ads when trying to listen to Beethoven on my new ad-free account. Subsequently, I received a message prompting me to sign up for the same service I had just signed up for.
It has been extremely challenging to reach a human for assistance or to cancel my subscription altogether. I truly enjoy using Pandora, but I am considering returning to vinyl to avoid this ongoing frustration.
I kindly request that my account be corrected so that I no longer pay $4.99 yet receive ads, and that my subscription is switched to the $12.99 Premium service. If this cannot be achieved, please proceed with canceling my Pandora account and send me confirmation via email.

I noticed that there are adult-themed commercials airing on the Kidz Bop Kids radio station, which is concerning as it's influencing young listeners. The content should be appropriate for kids, and these commercials are creating uncomfortable conversations for parents. I urge Pandora to reconsider the approval process for such ads to maintain a family-friendly environment. This situation might drive customers away, including myself and others I know. I will take to social media to express my disappointment and warn other parents about the inappropriate content on Pandora. I believe there are alternative platforms to enjoy Kidz Bop Kids music without being exposed to unsuitable advertisements. Removing these ads aligns with basic moral standards and ensures a safer listening experience for children. I am not interested in upgrading to the ad-free version following this incident.

I purchased a Toyota Highlander XLE [redacted] with Entune and signed up for a Pandora trial through the Apple Store for my husband and me. We used Pandora for a few days but now want to cancel. I have searched online, in the Apple Store, and on both our iPhones to cancel but have been unable to find a way to do this. On my iPhone, I only see a $0.00 charge for Pandora with no information about the trial period or subscription. I am concerned about any automatic subscriptions starting after the trial. I started the trial around September 30th but cannot confirm if it is a 30- or 60-day trial.

I am having trouble renewing my premium service because the email displayed is incorrect. Despite verifying that my email is [redacted] on Pandora, Gmail, and Google profiles, during the payment process to upgrade, my ex-boyfriend's email appears. Using Pandora to relax due to chronic health issues, I am dismayed by the lack of customer support options for immediate resolution. As a veteran of 22 years in customer service, I find it unusual and disrespectful for a company not to offer live assistance to customers. I have already been without premium service for 24 hours and hope not to endure another 24. Should the wait be excessive, I am considering discontinuing my subscription.

My 2-year-old and I enjoy listening to "Nursery Rhymes Radio." We've been using this station for over a year without any issues (songs like itsy bitsy spider, wheels on the bus, etc.). However, recently, a song called "What is Hip" by Tower of Power played with lyrics about "smoking only the best weed." I immediately marked it with a thumbs down. Despite my disappointment, I tuned in again today hoping it was a mistake, only to hear "The Bottle" by Gil Scott-Heron, which mentions a father drinking full time. I am concerned that these songs are getting through to our children without warning. I hope Pandora can address this issue with the song filtering system. We've had a good experience for a long time, but this trend may force us to consider other options.

I have decided not to subscribe to Pandora because they do not play the original recordings of Doo Wop music. XM had a similar issue when they started. Remakes are just not the same. I am 73 years old and truly appreciate the music from that era. Time-Life offers the best collection, and I have a vast collection of 45s myself. Remakes of songs by the Drifters are terrible, and the [redacted] version of Chubby Checker's "The Twist" is just awful. Chubby Checker himself sounds good, but the backup singers are not great. I suggest talking to people who actually lived through that era to understand. I was listening tonight and had to switch to my own collection - the difference is striking. As a DJ, I will never play those remakes that try too hard to sound young. Rudy Y.

How long do you hold music lists at Pandora? I had access to a special friend's account attached to the email '[redacted]'. That email has been deactivated. There was a small group of us that interacted with that account's 'thumbs up/likes' about two years ago. I have now created a new account linked to '[redacted]' due to some health procedures, and I don't recall the stations/thumbs-up from the 'SightlessSailor@yahoo' account. I wonder if there is a possibility to transfer the music content to my current account at '[redacted]'? Please note I don't have access to '[redacted],' nor its personal details. I am concerned about the use of the Confederate flag by Pandora Radio in [redacted]. It troubles me that a company in today's socially and politically charged climate, where minority groups, especially people of color, face oppression, would still choose to use such imagery. It raises questions about how Pandora Radio values its minority listeners and employees of color. It is surprising that a well-known company like Pandora Radio isn't more aware of the impact of such symbols in a time where attention to these issues is crucial. I hope to see Pandora Radio take steps to address and improve this situation.

I received Pandora Premium through a promotion via T-Mobile for a year starting on 9-9-18. However, I am unable to download music as the app keeps prompting me to subscribe. I received Pandora Premium through a T-Mobile promotion a year ago.
