I am disappointed with my recent experience at the Old Navy store in Waterloo outlets, New York. I was visiting on vacation and bought a pair of sneakers and slip-on shoes for men that were supposed to be 50% off according to the sign. However, at checkout, the cashier insisted they were full price. After some back-and-forth, she agreed to give me 50% off but only on one pair, which I didn't notice at the time. Now, I'm unhappy with the full price I ended up paying for one pair. Can anything be done to resolve this issue?

Order number 15X253V for $58.53 was charged to my MasterCard. I recently completed a survey but forgot to mention that the store I visited did not provide me with a return slip. Upon checking my orders online, I noticed that the item I returned wasn't shown as returned, despite providing the order number. The store in Vaudreuil was where I visited with my daughter, hoping for a better selection than the Pointe Claire store. The exchange process was cumbersome, involving multiple staff members and taking 29 minutes, leaving me without proof of exchange for two cranberry and one black pants due to sizing issues. I'm unsure how to resolve this. The store is far from my home, and I plan to contact them tomorrow requesting the return amount and an exchange receipt. Thank you.

I bought a shirt, and when I tried it on at home, I noticed it was defective. The cap sleeve ruffle doesn't lay correctly like the other side. I have my digital receipt and all tags are still attached for the return. However, when I tried to return it, I was told that the transaction had expired. I've been a customer at ON for many years without any problems before this.
Since the tags were attached, and the product was unworn with the digital receipt, I am surprised by the level of customer service from ON. It's clear I can't wear the shirt due to the defect. How can we resolve this issue?
Thank you,
Tina

I had a disappointing experience at the Levittown, NY store yesterday. The employee who assisted me had a nasty attitude from the start. I bought 2 summer dresses, thinking they were on sale, but he informed me they were full price. When I tried to use a $15 off $75 coupon, he rudely pointed out that I spent $74.98, making me ineligible. He then mentioned the coupon didn't apply to fast checkout items. The cashier claimed my new Old Navy card was declined, even though I hadn't activated it. He failed to activate it and my entire checkout was frustrating. When I shared my experience with a possible manager, she defended the employee instead of listening to my concerns. As someone who works in retail, I found the customer service unacceptable. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent thousands at your stores, I was disappointed by the treatment I received over a mere $15.

Hello, I've been away from Old Navy for a while due to the high late service fees. I've saved money during this hiatus. Today, I visited the website and was disappointed to see women's plus-size and regular sizes grouped together, making it challenging to find items in my size. Additionally, the website's constant movement and flashing elements were distracting and irritating. If I were sensitive to this, it could trigger a reaction. Could you please simplify the website to enhance the shopping experience? I enjoy your clothing and want shopping to be enjoyable and not frustrating. Thank you.

I am disappointed by the lack of tall sizes in your store. Your promotion of BODEQUALITY is misleading when tall sizes are unavailable in-store. People like me who are over 6 feet tall struggle to find clothes in store. It's frustrating to be told to shop online. This is not fair. Your plain colored shirts are too short, causing further frustration. Your BODEQUALITY movement feels dishonest and exclusionary. It's essential to carry tall sizes in-store to truly embody equality for all sizes. Your current approach is alienating customers and affecting their self-esteem. By including tall sizes, you can improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue. I urge you to rectify your advertising, stock tall sizes in stores, and cater to tall individuals. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

As part of Mental Health Awareness month, I am reaching out to kindly request any defective clothing donations for our hospital. Due to limited resources and staffing, many patients arrive from various challenging situations in need of clothing. If your company donates items not suitable for retail, we would greatly appreciate your support. For more details or to get in touch, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your consideration.

I got an email from Old Navy informing me that my recent order #177671C got canceled because of a possible fraud alert. To resolve this issue or get more information, I need to contact them at 1-[redacted]-OLD-NAVY (1-[redacted]) and request to speak to the "Research" department. I should have my credit card details, billing address, and phone number as listed on my credit card statement ready when I call.

I recently used a gift card at Old Navy and was surprised by the low prices. After researching online, I've discovered the concerning practice of outsourcing production to countries with poor labor conditions. This allows Old Navy to claim ignorance of any wrongdoing in their supply chain. Reports of workers being underpaid, overworked, and subjected to terrible conditions in these sweatshops deeply upset me. I've informed my friend who gave me the gift card and donated the clothes to the homeless. I am spreading awareness about these issues to others. I hope that Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic will transition away from this unethical business model soon. It's possible to pay fair wages and still be profitable. Let's rethink how much profit is truly needed and prioritize humanity for future generations.

Last week, on 11/13/21, my son bought 2 pairs of pants from Old Navy at [redacted]-137th Avenue NW in Edmonton, Alberta. The items were not discounted, which wasn't an issue. However, the employee who assisted us failed to mention the email discount, which could have saved us 30% on the next purchase. I brought up the email, but she didn't inquire about it. Today, on 11/20/21, my son exchanged one pair of pants for a different color and bought another pair along with 4 shirts, all at regular prices totaling $[redacted].60. If the discount had been applied, it would have been a significant benefit. The clerk only asked for the email after I mentioned the oversight from last week. I am determined to obtain the discount, even if it requires returning and repurchasing the items. Customers can only do so much, and frontline employees represent the company's image. When they miss opportunities, it leads to customer dissatisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter. FB

I received 3 gift certificates through my Old Navy credit card but my purse was stolen recently, and I just remembered the certificates were in it. There was one for $50, one for $10, and a $5 one, all set to expire soon. Since I hadn't used them, could they be reissued? I tried chatting, but it seemed unavailable. I can be contacted at the email below or the number provided. Thank you for any assistance. Happy holidays! Regards, Shawna M. My order number is 17Q412R.
I opted for 2-3-day shipping for $17. Old Navy unfortunately could not deliver within that timeframe due to the holiday rush. I was actually informed via email right after my purchase that the quick shipping option might not be achievable. Considering this, I believe I should receive a refund for the expedited shipping fee. Kindly advise on the process for obtaining this refund.

We placed a sizable order with multiple shipments under order number 17XVLSY. An email on November 30th alerted me about a package delivering 11 items, but only 4 items were inside upon receipt. We anticipated finding the remaining items in subsequent packages, which have not been located yet. The missing items include 4 pairs of pants, 2 sherpa hoodies, and a velvet blouse.

I am unsure if you can assist me. I do not have the order numbers with me. I made purchases under the name Teresa Christensen, using the email [redacted] Approximately 15 weeks ago, I placed an order. Yesterday, I received two items: Levi's and a black crop jacket. On the same day, I also ordered two crop tops, sports bras, and a pair of white sweatpants. In an email from Old Navy, they mentioned that I had left an item in my cart, which were the two crop tops. I would like to confirm if this is correct and inquire about the status of my orders. Thank you.

I contacted Old Navy about my bill two weeks ago, requesting it be sent to my home, but it hasn't arrived yet for a due date of Dec 15. I called today and discovered it was not processed. I requested no late charges due to the delay, and also asked to speak with a supervisor, which did not happen. I'm feeling frustrated and concerned about delays as I plan to travel and may need to use my credit card, fearing it might get declined if the bill is not paid. I asked for an email copy of the bill, as this issue is not my fault. I am a frequent shopper at Old Navy but extremely dissatisfied with their Customer Service Department. Thank you for your assistance.

Order number 17JYMBD was placed on 11/25. I received an email on 12/3 stating that my order had shipped with an estimated delivery date of 12/9. However, on 12/9, the package had not arrived. Upon checking the tracking information, I noticed that the package had not moved and there was no update on its delivery. The Lasership tracking information indicated that they were waiting for the package from the seller. Unfortunately, the outsourced customer service representative was not very helpful as all they offered was a refund, while I repeatedly expressed my desire to receive the items in time for Christmas gifts.

Hello, I have been eagerly anticipating the return of the "Extra High-Waisted PowerChill Hidden-Pocket Boot-Cut Pants for Women" in petite XS "Black Jack" for several months. Unfortunately, whenever I check the website, I see that they have been restocked but only in different colors and sizes. I would be grateful if you could inform me when this specific item will be back in stock as I have been diligently refreshing the page every day for the past three months. I am located in Toronto, Canada.

I placed an order recently with order number #17SRTFT and noticed discrepancies between the items I remember adding to my cart and what shows up on my order confirmation. I recall specifically selecting a black long sleeve shirt for my toddler and a white corduroy shirt for my husband, but these seem to be missing now. Additionally, the total at checkout was higher than what was indicated in the email confirmation I received. I wanted to inquire if any items from my order were canceled on your end. Could you please verify this information for me?

I'm curious why Old Navy only offers size-inclusive clothing for women. I shop there for myself and my children, but it would be great to also shop for my husband. I was specifically looking for Christmas sweaters in his size (3x), but there were none available. It's disappointing that his size isn't offered, even online. Old Navy and Target are the only stores where he can't find his size. I hope they will consider being more size-inclusive for men too.

I recently received my order (Order# 17KSCCQ) and noticed that two shirts were missing. I had not thoroughly checked my order before as they were Christmas gifts. When I needed the Christmas shirt, I realized that the Disney Christmas shirt and the blue long sleeve plaid with a pocket from package 1 of 3 were not included. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you. - S.B.
