In relation to the messages from Loren Cielo, also known as Pele Crone, I wish to clarify that I am the dog owner being mentioned. I can confirm that the statements made are false as my dog has never attacked a baby or exhibited aggressive behavior as described. This individual has unfortunately been spreading lies about us, including an incident where she physically assaulted my husband. Despite our efforts to seek legal protection, she has manipulated the situation when confronted. Her actions have led to threats against my family and even our personal information being shared online. This situation is distressing, and I urge for the removal of these untrue posts and ensuing comments to prevent further harm. The dissemination of such misinformation is damaging and should not be tolerated.

I received an email from Chelsea in North Dakota saying my account was disabled due to reports about using initials instead of spelling out my full name. Chelsea mentioned that using initials made me appear not "real." I have always shared friendly comments and suggestions. If using initials isn't allowed per the ND policy, why was it permitted before? Disabling my account without requesting clarification first is concerning. This approach feels accusatory and off-putting. I feel unfairly judged by this situation. - Andrea

I have been trying to contact Nextdoor multiple times with no success. The Village of Fenney has a Nextdoor account; however, many residents, including myself, are facing issues updating our addresses since moving here. Despite receiving mail packages, our location does not appear on the map. I attempted to attach a photo of my new address, [redacted] Suber Street, The Villages, Florida [redacted], in my recent email, but the feature was not working. The land, previously owned by Wildwood Florida, is now part of a large retirement community. My address shows up as 23 North Ave, a dirt road leading to farms behind The Villages. Can you assist us in resolving this issue? In addition, I also need to update my address on the Nextdoor app for [redacted] Carriage Court, Cumming, Georgia [redacted], as I sold my house in June. I am unsure if the new owners are on Nextdoor, which might be causing complications.

I was removed from Nextdoor 4 months ago for verification purposes. My husband and I provided the required identification but were still unable to access the platform. We were then asked about our professions, to which I shared that we have multiple businesses including Beautyontheroad Inc, offering a variety of services. After explaining our licenses and certifications, we were directed to apply through a business account. Despite attempting this, we are still unable to log in. We received recommendations on the platform previously and are puzzled by this situation. It has been 4 months, and we are unsure of the reason for our block. We seek clarity on how to proceed. My account got suspended by Next Door because of a biased discussion about God. They won't let me access my account until the 24th unless I agree to follow their guidelines and not discuss the Lord, which I believe is unfair. They are aware that I am a legally protected individual, as evident from my posts. They deleted my account despite knowing I am legally disabled and cannot stand up for myself.

My husband initially used my email to sign up for the account. When we tried to change it to his email, it didn't update properly. He can still log in using my email, but I can't anymore. We tried to change the email back to his, but it says it's already in use. I can't log in at all now. His profile shows my email instead of his, even though he logs in with his. We can't find any solutions. How can we fix his profile to show his email for logging in? And how can I log in when the website says I'm a member but won't let me access the account?

I am looking to get in touch with someone at your company. In the real estate section of your website, my condo's address is being used as a comparison without my permission. This has been going on for months with a set price, and although I've tried reaching out to the realtor with no success, I now see a different realtor involved. I came across this situation when I found another condo from my development listed for sale, and upon checking the list price, I discovered mine was being used as a comparison. In the next few months, I plan to list my condo for sale with a different price, and I am concerned that this existing information could negatively impact my sale. I urgently request for this to be taken down from your site as soon as possible. Hello Nextdoor community, I'm Modesta Van-Lare, residing at [redacted] Nashoba Dr, Roswell, GA [redacted], and I recently bought a home at [redacted] Hopewell Manor Dr, Cumming, GA [redacted] in September [redacted]. I attempted to update my address on Nextdoor last week but was informed I needed to verify it through a postcard. However, I have yet to receive the postcard in yesterday's mail. I am also having trouble with verification through my cell phone at [redacted]. Given that I've lived at my current address for 24 years, the process of physically moving is gradual, and I haven't updated my banking or credit card details. I currently split my time between both residences due to financial constraints. I'm looking to purchase a vehicle, and accessing Nextdoor is essential to contact the seller. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I have run a business for 35 years and listed it on Nextdoor. Unfortunately, a friend attempted to validate the business without success. The issue I encountered was with the limited categories available. The closest option for my business, which specializes in Business phone and CCTV camera sales and service, was Auto Repair. One confusing email received read, "Will Executive Phone Service be the [redacted] Neighborhood Favorite Auto mechanic?" This mismatch in categories has resulted in customers looking for camera services being unable to find my business. The lack of appropriate categories is frustrating. I suggest adding an "other" category with a review field to allow for more diverse business types like Camera Sales and Service to be accurately represented. Hopefully, Nextdoor can consider expanding their category options to better accommodate businesses like mine.

I have been running a business for 35 years and attempted to list my business on Nextdoor. However, when a customer/friend tried to verify it, the process was unsuccessful. Moreover, the limited categories on Nextdoor do not accurately describe my business. For instance, the closest option was Auto Repair, which is not fitting for my Business phone and CCTV Camera Sales and Service company. This issue frustrates me as many people on Nextdoor are looking for camera services, but I am not visible due to the incorrect categorization. I believe Nextdoor should include an "other" category with a field for businesses like mine to be properly represented. Hello, I am a realtor based in Pasadena specializing in San Rafael Hills and San Rafael Heights for over 25 years. I live in this area and am the go-to specialist. I am concerned that my profile on Real Estate does not appear properly and starts with Clark Living instead. I have more personal endorsements from neighbors compared to other realtors in the same area. I would like to understand the process better to enhance my visibility and resolve the issue of not being able to post my listings. Currently, I manually post my listings which is frustrating. I am already signed up with my email at my old address, which was affected by the Northern California wildfires in October '17. Despite moving to a new residence with a year lease, I still need to access my original Nextdoor account for crucial updates regarding the neighborhood's recovery efforts after the fires. I recently received an invitation to join a new Nextdoor neighborhood, but upon trying to sign up, I was informed that my email is already associated with my previous address. As I lack a spare email and struggle with using my new Mac laptop, which I am not accustomed to, creating a new email address is challenging for me. I seek guidance on how to access both Nextdoor accounts, as they provide essential information and support that I value deeply. On November 2nd, everything was fine until I started seeing various new types of information. I saw something like "[redacted]" followed by "down for maintenance" and later, some parts of ND were still under maintenance. I was repeatedly asked to sign in, had to create a new password, but I'm not making any progress. If ND is undergoing maintenance, I understand, but if not, what should I do? I can't reach the Help Desk, which is unusual as they are usually responsive. I appreciate any help. Posts are coming in but I can't read them. When I click on a post, one of the previous messages appears again. I've experienced this about a month ago, and it was resolved by resetting the password after much effort. I'm confused but patient, aware that computer issues can take time to resolve. Let me know if you need more information. Thank you. Carol Lee Smith

I am kindly requesting Dennis Reinhart's account be reinstated. After reading a post regarding a painting estimate and subsequent allegations of slander towards a painting company, I felt the original poster's remarks were offensive and bullying. Dennis simply shared his opinion regarding the high estimate. While rules must be respected, could a warning be issued instead of a ban? Discovering Dennis and other trusted workers through the Nextdoor app has been beneficial for supporting the local economy and ensuring neighborhood safety, a matter I deeply value as a single individual. Is there a possibility to restore Dennis's account?

I am considering leaving Nextdoor because of a specific user in my area who keeps starting controversial political threads concerning national topics like immigration. Despite my requests to move these discussions to a political group, the user refuses, claiming it's appropriate for the platform. I find it inappropriate and would prefer if guidelines against discussing national and state politics were enforced. The leads have not intervened despite my requests. I enjoy using Nextdoor for other purposes, but I don't want to constantly see politically charged threads. The current thread titled "Vote Differently" by Chick Webb in Aptos, CA is just one example. I hope the situation can be addressed to maintain a more positive community atmosphere. Thank you for your assistance.

Since joining Nextdoor, I've been advertising my business under the General section. After posting a Black Friday special, my post began receiving reports. Even when I commented on someone else's post regarding my business, that was reported too. I feel like I wasn't adequately informed about the guidelines that were apparently in place, and I believe it is unfair for individuals to report someone who is simply trying to earn extra income through your app. I have assisted many people through this platform and wish to help even more. Although my business has been growing steadily, it seems that my account has now been deactivated by Nextdoor, making it impossible for people to utilize my services. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly so I don't miss out on potential business opportunities.

I have two homes and recently created a second account for my new address. I used different email addresses for each account but kept the same phone number. However, I am unable to respond to a comment directed to me on the new address; it keeps showing an authorization error. My addresses are [redacted] Arbor Avenue in Euclid, Ohio, and [redacted] Abbotts Mill in Willoughby, Ohio. I have an email, [redacted], linked to the Euclid address and another one, [redacted], associated with the Willoughby address. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Dear Feedback Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue I've had on the NEXTDoor app. I have been dealing with harassment from a customer named Loren Ashley, also known as Loren Mosley, for the past 48 hours. Despite filing a complaint, I have not received any response from your team. I have already posted several negative reviews regarding this incident and plan to continue doing so over the weekend. This dissatisfied customer has engaged in name-calling, slander, and posting one-sided and partially covered text messages about my handyman services. The use of profanity was also prevalent. I am disappointed that this behavior was allowed to continue unchecked on your platform, which is why I have deactivated my account. The level of abuse I received from this customer extends far beyond a fair public complaint. Tomorrow, I intend to contact the attorney general about this situation. I reside in Hot Springs Village, a community with various neighborhoods like Desoto, Cortez, Coronado, Lake Balboa, and others. We have an upcoming crucial Vote on November 30th that has caused division among residents, with some supporting and others opposing it. Unfortunately, all Leads in the neighborhoods are in favor of the vote, having had a secretive meeting where they formulated a plan to remove No voters from NextDoor. Many individuals have been banned without valid reasons, while Yes voters go unpunished. This unfair censorship is evident in the biased actions of the Leads. It is unprofessional and unacceptable. The Leads must be replaced as they have displayed clear bias. I urge for this unjust censorship to end, especially with the Vote approaching. Your assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I never added any comments or posts to Nextdoor. I'm puzzled why I receive emails but can't access them. Despite numerous attempts, I still can't view any content. My emails are fine, but I can't open the Nextdoor page. The error message suggests checking the website address, but I've tried all suggestions with no success. I used to access the emails without any issues. I've also tried solutions on the website, but the problem persists. Thank you, Michael
