I recently noticed that you requested my email on the Nextdoor website. My email is [redacted] I am used to following all Nextdoor instructions, and I never had issues until now. I usually read my Nextdoor emails on Outlook, but recently I can't open the page or its contents. Every time I try to access it, I receive the error message, "Hmmm...can’t reach this page." I have tried refreshing the page and searching on Bing, but the problem persists. I tried troubleshooting on your website with no success. I hope you can assist in fixing this issue. Thank you, Michael.

I am disappointed with the way Nextdoor Highlands in Wilmington is managed. The "leaders" seem to limit discussions on neighborhood crime and prioritize lost pets and bake sales instead. I have been blocked for trying to engage in civilized discussions. It appears that the leaders prefer to maintain a certain atmosphere that does not welcome diverse opinions. I will inform others about the unfriendly environment on this site. It is frustrating to be silenced for wanting to address important topics.

My account was wrongly deactivated on November 14, [redacted] after being falsely reported for moving by a neighbor on Nextdoor. Despite my multiple emails, they haven't disclosed the identity of the reporter or the evidence used for the report. Now they're asking me to prove that I haven't moved. I have a strong suspicion of who the neighbor might be, as they've caused issues in our neighborhood for months. They've misused lead rights and had my account removed before. Nextdoor acknowledged the issue months ago but hasn't resolved it. I urgently need this information to proceed legally against this individual. Nextdoor's lack of response is frustrating, and I can't seem to reach anyone for assistance.

I am facing some challenges with my accounts and merging my personal and business information. Initially, I attempted to add my home business to my account, but it required a registered name. Upon discovering the option to include unregistered home businesses, I tried to merge the accounts but now have one with incomplete business details due to the name restrictions. I currently hold a personal account under [redacted] and a business account under [redacted] with pending recommendations. Unfortunately, there seems to be confusion on how to proceed, and I do not wish to duplicate efforts. I aim to maintain my personal account with the email [redacted] and possibly add no more [redacted] If this combination is unfeasible, I prefer retaining [redacted] and eliminating the incomplete business for a new account, no more clutter.com. Alternatively, please reach me at [redacted] for quicker assistance. Kindly respond to [redacted]

I was locked out of the site for responding to a person asking for free things. The individual claimed to have missed the cut-off for assistance from the city services, but I know they were lying. The number provided is automated with no live person to confirm her story. She misrepresented herself, even using the names of God and Santa Claus. After I addressed her concerns and shared helpful resources, I was flagged and blocked. It seems unfair that this kind of begging is allowed on the site, especially when it involves deceit. I tried to offer genuine help by redirecting her to appropriate resources and emphasizing the true meaning of Christmas. However, I was attacked for my beliefs. It's frustrating to be penalized for sharing factual information while someone else is allowed to scam the community.

My name is M.E.Eason and I want to address an issue with my Next Door account. It was deleted and blocked by an admin without warning, leaving me unable to contact them. The problem lies in the mapping of the account from Silva Terra Drive to Antoinette Drive, encompassing various neighborhoods beyond Silva Terra. This prevents specific neighborhoods like Arrowhead from having their group. Despite setting up a private group for Arrowhead with 73 members, it was also deleted. I've tried communicating with the account creator regarding the mapping issue without success. I respectfully request that Arrowhead be removed from the Silva Terra group to allow neighborhoods like mine to form their own groups. If this separation isn't possible, I believe the entire group should be deleted to permit the creation of individual groups by residents. I reside on [redacted] Pleasant Oaks Drive in Wilmington, North Carolina, and you can reach me at [redacted] Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently under county care as I have been unable to retrieve the contact information of those assisting me. I innocently posted a query about identifying the perpetrators who threw eggs at me. Unfortunately, my stuck caps lock inadvertently altered the message. Subsequently, I faced backlash and even received threatening emails, maligning me in the community. Someone distorted my post, leading to further harassment and endangerment. Despite seeking help within our community, the situation escalated. Recent attempts to compromise my computer security have prompted urgent intervention according to my physician's recommendation. I appreciate any support provided thus far, as the matter now requires professional assessment for my safety and well-being.

My name is S. Cathcart, and I have a concern regarding posts disappearing on the TDL Nextdoor app. On 11/27/[redacted], between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm, several posts, including one I authored, vanished from the "election" thread. These posts were not inappropriate, yet they were removed without explanation. I have inquired with the community lead, who claims not to have removed the posts. It is unclear why only one lead oversees the community, and I believe a second lead should be nominated for a community of over [redacted] members. I am keen to understand how and why these posts were deleted. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I am seeking assistance with reconnecting to the service. I am still receiving messages in my email, but clicking on them results in a "Hmm can't reach this page" error. This issue began around a month ago, after I was prompted to enter three codes but was unable to due to distractions from my grandchildren. Subsequently, the "can't reach this page" message started appearing. I miss using the site and have attempted to find solutions on various platforms without success. Although the messages show up in my email, I believe I may have inadvertently locked myself out. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am the owner of a cabin on Forest Service land without internet or a mailing address. Unfortunately, the location of my cabin is currently pinned inaccurately. I attempted to update the address to pinpoint my property correctly, but I am unable to verify this change. My landline bill is sent to my primary residence in Portland, as well as my cell phone bill. I have documentation such as tax statements, phone bills, and electric bills as proof. I am currently unable to progress on Nextdoor due to being stuck on the verification screen. The cabin is situated in the Mt Hood National Forest at [redacted] E Still Creek Road, Rhododendron, OR, [redacted]. My primary residence is located at [redacted] SW 54th Ave, Portland, OR, [redacted]. My cell phone number is 1-[redacted] and my work phone is [redacted].

A user on Nextdoor came across a listing by a person named Paige Edmonson in Lakeside, supposedly selling an item in the Lake Worth area for $[redacted]. The same item was found on eBay being sold by another seller located in California, who was concerned about a potential scam. Upon contacting Paige Edmonson, she admitted to using the eBay seller's photos and claimed she had already found a buyer, removing the listing. Screenshots of the conversation with Paige Edmonson, her profile, and the removed listing have been saved. The user also has evidence of the conversation with the real eBay seller. They are seeking guidance on how to report Paige Edmonson to prevent further scams on the platform and are willing to share the collected information for investigation. The eBay seller is also willing to assist in ensuring Paige Edmonson is banned from Nextdoor or prevented from continuing such actions.

As the Lead for Granite Oaks, I have raised concerns regarding the ads from Sparkle Cleaning, posted by Coire Willis, who is not a resident. These issues have been forwarded to Granite Mountain Lead, but unfortunately, no action has been taken despite multiple reports. A Granite Mountain resident, Brenda Jacobs, has expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of response to ongoing postings from Sparkle and Shine. Brenda highlights a history of ineffective action by the current lead at Granite Mountain, pointing out the temporary disappearance of Sparkle and Shine last summer after intervention from Next door management. Despite continued efforts to report new posts, no action has been taken.

My laptop and iPhone were hacked possibly a month ago or even earlier. Recently, I suspect my emails were wrongfully used to form accounts in my name for illegal activities. The emails in question are [redacted] and [redacted] There are also potential concerns with my old emails such as [redacted] and [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Following the hacking incident where all my previous and current email accounts were accessed, some were breached and unauthorized access was attempted on deleted accounts. While I cannot confirm these suspicions, I am eager to address any potential issues promptly.

I have encountered issues trying to update my accounts on Nextdoor after relocating. Despite my efforts to change the information, I am unable to access my accounts because Nextdoor claims I am linked to other addresses. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach a human representative for assistance as there is no contact number provided. This has left me frustrated and blocked from my accounts. I have updated my credit card billing address to my current residence in Evergreen, Co, but my phone is associated with a property we own in Englewood, Co. I have attempted to use my nonprofit email addresses including [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] without success. I currently live at [redacted] Silver Spruce Lane, Evergreen, Co [redacted], and we own a house at [redacted] S Sherman St., Englewood, Co [redacted]. The address I previously resided at for 13 years was [redacted] S Sherman St., Denver, Co [redacted]. I kindly request your help in resolving this frustrating situation, as I wish to update my accounts accordingly. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I suspect that Lead John Batts has deleted my account for the second time, spreading lies and tarnishing my reputation. Despite my experience working for the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office, he discredits me when I advise neighbors to contact the authorities. Accusing me of falsely claiming special treatment by deputies, he has now blocked me from accessing the account. I want to know if my account was deleted based on his deceitful words or if this lead has once again overstepped the rules. This situation needs to be addressed promptly. Aiden P.

I recently reported a neighbor on Nextdoor for inappropriate behavior, and as a result, my account has been closed. I found his messages offensive and when he called me a derogatory name, I took action by reporting him. However, Nextdoor's decision to close my account feels unfair and biased against me as a woman. Other neighbors also had issues with his posts being removed before I reported him. I rely on Nextdoor for communication with my neighbors, especially for childcare purposes. Please reach out to me at my email lonna. [redacted] or through [redacted] Thank you.

I have been living next to a few years in Northern California and recently tried multiple times to create a new account in Hollister, California, but have been unsuccessful. Despite my efforts to cancel my account in Northern California to simplify the process, I have faced repeated failures. Our new home in Santana Ranch, an Anderson Homes development, is almost a year old. I hope someone can assist me with this issue as I miss using Nextdoor. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing from someone who can help. Trish.

As the owner of 'Handyman Dan Home Improvement', a local business in Greenville, SC, we are currently addressing a situation with a client named Alex P. After completing work at her home, she raised concerns about aspects not outlined in the signed contract, withholding partial payment of around $[redacted]. We proposed a reasonable resolution, suggesting a $[redacted] fee for additional materials used due to her requested changes. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather and the holidays, we have yet to finalize this matter, which involves weather-dependent outdoor paving work. Despite giving us a termination notice, with a 7-day deadline still pending, Alex P. has already made negative public comments on Nextdoor, branding our business as a scam. We are working towards a private solution but are hindered by the public accusations, which prevent us from addressing the situation directly. We hope for the removal of the misleading public post to handle this matter properly and ensure accuracy and fairness.

I am trying to change my password. However, when I click on the link you provided, I am given a password instead of being able to choose my own. Furthermore, when I try to click on the suggested password, nothing happens. Despite this, I receive daily emails from your site, so my email address, johnpole1934@ yahoo.co.uk, is indeed valid. You can reach me at my wife's email address since you claim that mine is not valid. My postal address is 71 Lightwoods Hill Bearwood Smethwick B67 5EA. Please provide clear instructions on how I can change my password.

I am a Nextdoor member from Pleasanton, California. Recently, one of my neighbors posted my personal information without my consent. This violates my privacy, as the information was obtained from another site and used on Nextdoor. I kindly request the removal of the entire message thread. If not, I will take legal action against Nextdoor for allowing the release of my personal information on the platform.
