Today, I require transportation to SRQ airport in Sarasota, FL. I attempted to use the Lyft app but encountered difficulty entering my address. I reside in a senior mobile home park and am frustrated that the app won't recognize it. I will attempt UBER instead. It is disappointing that there is no customer support phone number available. On September 30th, I scheduled a ride to the Renaissance Dallas for a Charity Event where I was a Speaker. Initially, the address sent was incorrect, leading us to the wrong hotel. The driver, Clarenda, added charges despite the mistake. She claimed not to have received the updated address when I corrected it in the app. She insisted on calling Lyft and eventually asked us to exit the vehicle and request another ride. This caused us to be late for the event, merely 10 minutes away. Despite being charged for the correct address, she did not take us there. I am disappointed by Clarenda's lack of professionalism and the negative impact on our event experience. I am requesting a refund of $59.01 for this ride. Thankfully, the subsequent drivers provided excellent service and were a marked improvement. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to address the inconvenience caused at the Gala.

Our Lyft ride scheduled for Friday, Sept 22, from 6:50 AM to 7 AM to the Irvine Amtrak station was quite a disaster. As I tracked the driver's progress through the app, everything seemed fine until the driver decided to pass the ride on to another driver just 2 blocks away from our home. The new driver's GPS misdirected them through an area only meant for walking, leading to further confusions and delays. After multiple incorrect turns, the second driver ended up giving up and transferring the ride to a third driver. This unexpected turn of events made my wife quite upset as we were left with no choice but to drive ourselves to the Amtrak station, leaving our car unattended for the duration of our vacation. We barely made it in time for our train, thanks to the supportive station attendant. Disappointed by the experience, we opted for Uber for the rest of our trip. This Lyft incident has left us hesitant to trust their service in the future, and upon our return trip, we had to make arrangements to retrieve our car from the train station with great inconvenience. Needless to say, we are considering becoming former Lyft customers after this frustrating experience.

This morning, a driver identified as Stacey Payton hit my car, causing damage to the rear bumper. The incident occurred at around 5:30 AM at the Lodge southbound service drive and Forrest. Stacey Payton, who was driving a Lyft vehicle with plate number K6544, was in the left turn lane when she switched lanes and collided with my car in the thru lane on the right side of her vehicle. Despite the collision, Stacey refused to involve the police, citing an urgency to leave due to having a passenger in the car.

My driver left while I was walking towards the car. The app did not notify me of his arrival or departure, resulting in a cancellation fee. He saw me approaching, drove off, and made me late for work. I request the cancellation of the fee to avoid escalating this matter to my bank or the Better Business Bureau. The driver's behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

Hello, I previously drove for Lyft in Seattle, Washington, but I have since relocated to Anchorage, Alaska, where I have been living for about three years. Recently, when attempting to reapply to drive, I encountered an issue with my driver's license number not being recognized. This is likely because my driver's license number has changed since moving to Alaska. I would appreciate assistance with updating my driver's license information accordingly. Thank you.

7 months ago, I topped up my Lyft account with funds. However, upon trying to request a ride, I received an error stating my credit card, which had just been charged $25, was not working. I followed their instructions to add another credit card with the same billing address, trying multiple times with different cards, but the issue persisted. Despite contacting Lyft several times in the past 7 months to explain that I have followed their instructions, I continue to receive generic emails asking me to add another credit card. I have informed them multiple times that I have already done so. I now have $40 sitting in my account that I am unable to use. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Two weeks ago, I took a ride with Lonnie in a Kia Niro in Tucson, Arizona on September 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I left my cell phone in the car which had my credit card and ATM card in the case. Lonnie was kind enough to return the cell phone about an hour later. However, since then, I have noticed several fraudulent charges on both cards, including a charge of $[redacted].79 showing up today. These charges are not authorized by me. I believe my account has been compromised and I am unable to reach a representative for assistance. I have submitted two messages through the help tab but have not received a response yet. Unauthorized transactions have been made from my account to a credit card under the guise of being connected to Lyft. They claimed it was for verification purposes due to incidents of individuals driving on behalf of others. I urgently require help with this matter. As a past driver, I aimed to return to driving and employ a rental to work with Lyft. However, upon attempting to proceed through the app, I received a message stating, "You are ineligible to rent with Express Drive at this time" with the reason being cited as "You haven't been meeting your rental requirements." I have already contacted the Hertz rental suspension department, and they verified my good standing, advising me to inquire with Lyft. I had previous communication with Lyft, where they also confirmed my good standing. I am actively seeking to promptly address and resolve this issue.

My name is Christine Roberson, and I reside in Houston, TX. Recently, I left my glasses in the back of my ride with the driver named Rita who drives a Black Nissan. Despite contacting Rita, my glasses were never returned to the doctor's office as promised. When I called 1-[redacted], I was instructed to use the application, but I prefer to speak with a person. I referred a friend who signed up for Lyft using my link, took a ride, and received her referral bonus. Unfortunately, I did not receive any credits. I received an email stating that I did not qualify for the credits because my friend lived in another country, which is not true. I have emailed Lyft twice explaining the situation, but have not received a response. I am unsure of what steps to take next to resolve this issue and receive my referral credits.

I would like to inquire about the frequent charges I am receiving from Lyft. I only used the service three times on October 16th, yet I noticed additional charges on October 19th and 20th when I was home all day. I have already paid $99.99 for the year with Lyft, so I am concerned about these unexpected charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to cancel my rides with Lyft and contact my bank to prevent any further payments to them. I am considering discontinuing my use of Lyft altogether if this matter is not addressed satisfactorily soon. Thank you for looking into this promptly.

I recently purchased a [redacted] Acura to use for Lyft driving. The dealership in Texas informed me that it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the plates and registration. I currently have dealer tags on the vehicle, so I don't have a registration sticker. The Lyft driver app accepted the dealer tags but still requires my registration details. Can anyone advise me on what steps I should take in this situation?

The Lyft app indicated that I had completed the 20 ride minimum required to cover the car rental fees from Hertz. Feeling assured, I decided to focus on other tasks for the day. However, a sudden turn of events occurred when Lyft informed me that I had only completed 19 rides for the week, not meeting the required minimum. Subsequently, I was instructed to return the rented vehicle and was denied further rental services from Hertz. Despite attempting to address the issue with Lyft's agents, they were unhelpful, denying me the opportunity to speak with a supervisor and abruptly ending our chat sessions. It appears there is a system error that needs to be resolved promptly.

I accidentally left my phone in the backseat of a Lyft yesterday. I am unable to access my email currently. Please contact my dad, John Wehrung, at [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. The Lyft driver who found it is Martin, and there is already a ticket filed, but I have no updates and no way to communicate without my phone. This message is being sent from my roommate's phone. I greatly appreciate Lyft's help, but I am concerned about the security of my personal information if my phone is not promptly returned. I want to report an issue with a ride I recently took. I went from We-KO-PA casino in Fort McDowell back home. The first driver, Jean Gustave, ended up at my home address and claimed he took me around the block, charging me incorrectly at 6:32 p.m. The following driver, Leiner, eventually picked me up at 7:20 p.m. to take me to [redacted] West Summerside Road. I question why the incorrect driver was paid and why I was charged for a ride I never took, especially when the GPS should accurately show my location. This situation is unacceptable, and I am considering escalating it further if it is not resolved.

I scheduled a ride with Yaonan for 4:15 pm on October 27th from [redacted] W. Hastings. The estimated arrival time initially showed 4 minutes but kept increasing after confirmation. Yaoman called me at 4:32 pm, 2 minutes after the ride should have started. I required a Lyft due to having four small suitcases I couldn't manage alone. Communication was challenging as English was not his first language. Despite explaining my location and the luggage situation, Yaoman arrived across the busy street, making it difficult to meet. He then canceled the trip after driving off once I asked him to come to the front of the hotel for easier access to load the suitcases.

I attempted to cancel my 11:00 AM ride after rescheduling an earlier one. The Lyft driver, according to the app, Pedero J., was 5 minutes away but never arrived after a 40-minute delay. I struggled to cancel the 11:00 AM ride while waiting. Eventually, a new driver was assigned, and I could only cancel the ride at 10:01 upon reaching our destination. Please refund my $10.00 promptly. Thank you. Imani User's recommendation: Update the app to display all trips, even those in progress!
