I was unable to find a direct way to contact Lazada, so I am reaching out here. My parcel's tracking number is CBP[redacted][redacted]. The delivery partner is Cynthia Villaran Borres. The delivery tracking shows an attempted delivery, but I believe it did not actually happen since the delivery partner did not show up at my address. Just because I couldn't answer the phone at the time does not mean the delivery should be considered failed. Many people cannot use their phones during work hours. I would appreciate some feedback from Lazada on this matter.

I have a Lazada Malaysia account and need to update my address by adding a new location in Penang. Specifically, I want to include Paya Terubong in Ayer Itam. However, when I enter the address, the only postcode option provided is [redacted], which is not correct. My actual postcode is [redacted], but there is no way to manually input it. The limited postcode options in the system do not match my location accurately. I need help on how to add the correct postcode to my address information.

My order number is [redacted][redacted]. I purchased a hoodie and a wall sticker from the same shop, expecting delivery between Nov 22 to Dec 3. However, as of Dec 22, my order has not arrived. The seller mentioned that there could be a delay in delivery and that I might receive it soon, but it's been significantly overdue. I suspect there may be an issue like a lost item or a delivery problem. I need assistance in contacting the delivery service or the courier company to help track my package as I've been unable to reach them.

Order number [redacted][redacted]: One of the items, a hoodie and wall sticker, was due for delivery between November 22 and December 3, but it's now December 22 and I still haven't received it. I've contacted the seller, but they mention they can't influence the delivery speed. I suspect there might be an issue with the hoodie and wall sticker, such as it being lost in transit. My Lazada app shows that there was a failed delivery attempt, although it only happened once. The parcel has been marked for return to the seller. I require assistance with my order. I encountered issues with LEX TARLAC, the delivery personnel. Despite my timely response to their texts, they claimed not to have received my messages, resulting in them refusing to deliver my order. This approach seems incorrect to me. No effort was made to deliver the package to my address, and I am eagerly anticipating this order as it is a gift for a friend's daughter. Their suggestion to reorder is unsatisfactory given that I purchased it at a discounted rate which I may not be able to secure again. This has been my most disappointing customer service encounter to date. I am in need of support to ensure the delivery of my order. I am eager to receive the dress, especially since I obtained it at a reduced price. Can you please contact LEX TARLAC to address this issue urgently? Tracking Number: CBB[redacted][redacted] I received a message about my order being returned to the sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts, but it's inaccurate. The courier, Cyril Maturan, mentioned that only one delivery attempt was made. I'm a frequent customer of Lazada, and typically, there should be three delivery attempts. Despite trying to coordinate with the courier to ensure successful delivery, there was no cooperation. Kindly reschedule the delivery of the package associated with the tracking number as this item is intended as a Christmas gift. I would appreciate it if this can be arranged promptly. Thank you.

I bought a Colourette liptint and paid with my credit card. The payment processing took longer than expected, so I chose to cancel it. However, I received a text saying I was charged. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed the charge. I didn't complete my order but was still charged. Please address this payment issue promptly.

I need to report an incident with the courier LEX CONSOLACION HUB today. Order no. [redacted][redacted] for the jade roller was marked as delivery failed, but I didn't receive any notification, call, or knocking at my door from the delivery crew. This is the second time this has happened, as on January 1st, the waterproof travel clothing storage bag and foldable mobile phone holder stand were also marked as failed delivery. I don't want to reorder these items since I got them on SALE. I have tried to contact LEX, but no one answers my calls, and the warehouse is far away. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, as I don't want this to happen again. I trust that Lazada Customer Service Team will take care of this promptly. Thank you.

Good day. I wanted to share an experience with a seller on your platform, Drshhys68. Initially, I had to cancel my first order due to receiving the wrong item with the remark stating I couldn't afford it, which I found inaccurate but overlooked. Subsequently, I placed two more orders that were canceled by the seller claiming non-forwarding to the courier. I made another order for a tent recently, but it hasn't progressed. Could you kindly address this matter with the seller to improve their service? If there are alternative sellers offering affordable tents like Drshhys68, I would consider purchasing from them, but as Drshhys68 is my only option, I keep attempting to place an order with them.

I believe Lazada should maintain customer service assistance via phone instead of directing us to chat with a robot like Cleo. I have repeatedly typed my concerns, but the responses remain the same or fail to address my issue. Please, don't complicate matters for your customers as our problems may vary. While shopping, Lazada requested my passwords and username, causing all items in my cart to disappear, showing previous items I didn't plan to purchase. Furthermore, I can't view my past orders to reorder them, nor can I update my address. This experience has been frustrating.

I anticipated not being able to receive my order in person due to work, so I paid in advance through 7/11. Unlike Shopee, where the delivery person always contacts you, no one tried to reach me about my package. Now, I see a delivery attempt failed status for the second time with Lazada. The first time, my order was returned to the seller due to supposed failed delivery attempts, which is frustrating as I was home during those times. No delivery person has ever contacted me to inform me of their arrival. I tried contacting the seller, but they redirected me to Lazada. This lack of communication contrasts with my positive experiences on Shopee. Despite this issue, I installed Lazada again to purchase a specific item not available elsewhere. If the parcel is returned again, it's a waste of [redacted] pesos and my time on Lazada.

Hello! I've just been informed that my package has left the San Pedro Sortation Center on February 15 at around 9 pm. As a result, my order is now marked as "To Receive." Hello Lazada team, I would appreciate it if you could speed up my refund process. I would like to share the reason for canceling my order. I initially planned to order from Shopee with my mom, but their platform doesn't accept international credit cards. We decided to postpone the purchase until next month, opting for Cash on Delivery. The following day, I turned to Lazada and placed an order for the "♥Ready Stock♥[redacted] Color Twin Tips Marker Pen Drawing Set Graphic Art Sketch Brush Watercolour" from the seller sunmiss (not entirely sure). The order, number [redacted][redacted], was placed and canceled on February 29, [redacted]. I selected credit/debit card payment to test my mom's card. I assumed Lazada would request a One Time Password for payment verification, but to my surprise, they did not. This led me to cancel the order in panic. My mom was upset when she learned of this as she believed it was a waste of money. I assured her that a refund would be issued. She warned that if the refund doesn't come through, she won't buy me brush pens that I urgently need for a school project before the term ends. I am reaching out, hoping for a swift resolution. Hello, I recently purchased a Solar LED Outdoor Flood Light Street Lamp with a 2-year warranty from Stylebox. The delivery was made on December 28, [redacted]. However, the lamp is now defective and not lighting up. I contacted Stylebox, and they asked me to return the lamp for repair or replacement under the warranty. When I tried to initiate the return through my Lazada account on both my PC and phone, I couldn't find the return options. I reached out to Stylebox again, and although they agreed to accept the return, they expect me to cover the shipping costs for sending back the faulty lamp. They mentioned that this is part of the warranty agreement, but their response seemed sarcastic to me. I believe they should provide a return shipping label or cover the expenses themselves. I just want to have the lamp replaced as soon as possible. Thank you.

Please assist me in verifying and refunding the funds wrongly charged to my CITIBANK credit card. An unauthorized individual used my card to top up their Lazada account with a total of RM11,[redacted].00. I request a refund for this amount as it was not authorized by me. Despite contacting Citibank to stop the transaction, it was unfortunately too late. I have also involved the police, who recommended reporting the issue to Lazada for possible assistance. I have documentation from both the police and Citibank which I can provide if necessary. I am feeling anxious and concerned as I do not have the funds to cover this unexpected charge. I received a notification from the Lazada app that my parcel was delivered, but I am at home due to the PKP and did not receive any parcel. The notification claims that the item was delivered and signed for by "family," but no family member signed for it as stated. If it was handed to my family, they would have signed with their own names. They also did not attempt to contact me. I'm frustrated as this is my first time purchasing from Lazada, and it's disappointing to experience such poor service.
