My delivery indicates it was received by security since my address is our office location. I checked with our guards, but they have not received any package today from Lazada. In the past, I have always received Lazada orders directly at the office, making this the first time a delivery person left it with security without informing me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification from the delivery person about the package's arrival, so I'm unsure how to reach them. I was expecting a refund, but instead of showing in the refund section, the full amount is deducted by a rebate in the deposit section. I am confused why the rebate is being applied this way when I made a direct purchase. I would like Lazada to refund the full RM [redacted] to the debit card I used for payment (order no: [redacted][redacted]).

I am curious about what free shipping really means. Sometimes, when a seller advertises free shipping, there are still delivery charges during the checkout process. This can be confusing for buyers. Are shipping and delivery the same thing? Is shipping from overseas and delivery is when it arrives at your door? Some stores offer "2 for free shipping," but it turns out to be local delivery.
Another issue is with tracking numbers. It's frustrating when sellers don't make tracking numbers readily available. Why not have the tracking number show up in the delivery status for easy access? This would make it much more convenient for buyers to track their packages without having to search for the number in different places. These are just my observations and suggestions, no offense intended.

Hello, I'm a customer of Lazada. I placed an order for two LemonBlue Baseball caps with long synthetic hair wigs for women via the Lazada phone app before November 20. The total price for my order was RM 42.70. The parcel was delivered by a Pos Laju delivery person on December 9, but when I opened it, I received a Leather and Vinyl repair kit instead, which is valued at roughly RM13. I'm quite disappointed by this mix-up and would like to request a refund and return for the incorrect item received. My name is Victor, and I'm assisting my mom with this refund and return process. I purchased a battery-operated air cooling car cushion from Universal 12v car cooling seat, which was supposed to have 8 fans. However, upon testing it in my car, I discovered that only 4 fans were present in the seat panel instead of the advertised 8 fans.
I tried to initiate a return but encountered difficulties. After speaking with the seller, they confirmed it only had 4 fans and refused the return.

I placed an order on November 14, [redacted], and selected the 7-E option for standard delivery. However, as of December 10, [redacted], I have not received the item yet. The order status shows that it is still processing and the last update was on November 24, [redacted]. I am concerned about the delay since the item is in Malaysia, and the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 days minimum and up to one week maximum. I hope to receive an update on my order soon. I received a text from the courier on Monday, December 10, [redacted], at 1:54PM, requesting a confirmation by 5PM. Regrettably, I was unable to respond until 7:50PM as I was already asleep. My shift starts at 9PM. Subsequently, I was informed that my order would be returned to the seller, even though delivery was not attempted. I am seeking clarification as this situation is concerning. Accessing live customer support has been challenging, and I find automated responses frustrating.

I placed an order expecting to receive it yesterday. When I tried to live chat with customer service, I received a message saying good things come to those who wait. This does not address my concerns. The seller informed me they would ship the item as soon as possible, but it has been 12 days with no progress. Another item has a pending refund. The live chat support is unhelpful, giving vague responses. It seems like Lazada does not provide a phone number to call, leaving customers to deal with problems on their own.

I frequently make purchases on Lazada. Originally an Amazon user in the U.S., I am currently living in Manila. Lately, a substantial percentage of my orders (around 30-40%) arrive either misrepresented, defective, or missing items. It has become quite challenging to reach Lazada for support. Previously, I could type 'live agent' in the chat for assistance, but that feature seems to have been removed. When items are missing or if a product like a hard drive with sensitive data cannot be returned due to this issue, resolving the matter has become nearly impossible. My monthly spending on Lazada averages around 10,[redacted] pesos, but often surpasses that amount. While most deliveries arrive on time and as expected, the unresolved issues with some orders are causing frustration.

I recently made a purchase on Lazada, and I've discovered that the shipping address is incorrect after the item has been processed and handed over to LEX Courier service. I have attempted to cancel the order, but it appears that it's too late since the item has already been shipped. I'm concerned that the package won't reach me because of the wrong address. I placed an order on 12/12 and paid via top-up, deducting Php 1,[redacted] from my PayMaya account. Even though the transaction shows "bank processing," my order was eventually canceled by Lazada. I waited for completion but the amount was not refunded to my Lazada wallet. If Lazada struggles to verify top-up payments, they shouldn't offer this payment option.

I am concerned that the seller cancelled my return request instead of rejecting it, leaving me unable to appeal to Lazada. I am now seeking to appeal as the seller did not provide one item as ordered. Due to their unreliable service, I do not wish to continue dealing with this seller. I received a message stating that my order from 12/12 was delivered by Lex My on 14/12 and received by my neighbor, Zalina, signed by Ameerul Fikri Norzazli. However, I did not receive the two lady's inner items. I do not have a neighbor by that name. I kindly request Lazada to address this issue promptly. Good evening! I'm feeling quite upset tonight. I've been eagerly awaiting my parcel, a cellphone, marked as Out for Delivery at noon. It's now 8:40 pm, and I've been monitoring the tracking app, hoping to see it change to Arriving Soon, but it hasn't. To my dismay, the status now shows a failed delivery attempt without any contact from the delivery person, Renato Samontanez Junior. Despite the difficulty in locating my address, I find it frustrating that no effort was made to inform me. I've been dedicated to receiving this order all day. I experienced a failed delivery by LEX PH Logistics. According to the tracking information, the estimated delivery was Dec. 17, and since I wasn't expecting any deliveries yesterday, I was surprised to see that 3 of my orders were marked as 'DELIVERY FAILED' without any attempt to contact me for delivery. I purchased a product from Provinus, shipped through Lazada. Unfortunately, the item received was different and of lower quality than what was advertised. I am reaching out to request your help in resolving this issue of false advertising. The shipping process did not allow me to check the item before payment upon delivery. I am having issues with a delivery partner who seems to be neglecting my concerns as a customer.
I placed an order for 20 kilograms of pasta and other items on December 5th. I have been trying to get updates by calling Entrego on December 15th, 16th, and 17th, and I even reached out to them on Facebook, but I have not received any information regarding the status of my parcel. The delivery was expected between December 14th and 17th, but it is now December 19th and the delivery has been delayed for two days.
I am demanding that the delivery be made either today or tomorrow, or I request a cancellation of the order and a refund. Please address this matter urgently.

Order numbers NLMYNLMY[redacted] and NLMY[redacted]38 were shipped to the wrong address in Melaka instead of Muar. Although I managed to rectify this with NinjaVan, it was inconvenient. I expect better service for the money I paid. I trust NinjaVan will deliver to the correct address now. This mistake was disappointing, Lazada. I need answers on what went wrong in fulfilling my order.

I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of four items this week. However, upon checking the status, it shows failed delivery attempts. The reason cited is that I was not at home to receive the order. In reality, there is always someone present to accept deliveries. I have not received any phone calls or attempts to contact me in case there were issues with locating the address. I believe the courier should take more responsibility and make an effort to find the specified address. I am keen on receiving my items promptly.

I couldn’t find a direct contact for Lazada, so I'm reaching out here. My parcel's tracking number is CBP[redacted][redacted], and the delivery partner is Cynthia Villaran Borres. The delivery tracking shows there was an unsuccessful attempt to deliver my parcel, but I disagree because I don't believe the delivery partner actually came to my address. Just because I couldn't answer the phone at that moment doesn't mean the delivery should be marked as failed. Many people can't use their phones during work. I hope to hear back from Lazada regarding this situation.
