On December 8th, I placed an order on Lazada for a pair of Men's Stitched Leather Boots with order number #[redacted][redacted] from the seller Nono Plus Size. I paid S$42.50 through my bank account. When my order arrived on January 2nd, it turned out to be a pair of shoes instead of the boots I ordered. I requested a return and refund on January 3rd citing the wrong item received. The seller acknowledged the return on January 9th. Unfortunately, my refund was first rejected on January 13th, with a second rejection on January 19th due to the received item not matching the order description. The seller advised me to wait until after the Chinese New Year holiday for further assistance. Despite several attempts to communicate with the seller and Lazada, no resolution has been reached. Seller responses have been delayed, with no concrete solution provided. I reached out to Lazada for support, but have not received any response. I am still seeking assistance with the refund issue. I have all the email exchanges from a previous order I made in March. After numerous attempts, RedMart finally refunded me and gave me a SGD 15 voucher as an apology. However, due to RedMart closing for two weeks and struggling to secure delivery slots, the time-limited voucher has become useless. I recently tried to use it but found out it expired a week before. Frustrated with Lazada and RedMart, I still have not received an earlier order placed on Lazada despite reaching out. The lack of response is disappointing, and when I contacted the seller, I was directed back to Lazada. The customer service experience has been a nightmare, and I hope for better service in the future.

Upon receiving the parcel, instead of the [redacted] masks I ordered, I found only 80 masks in 8 packs. I contacted the courier, but he mentioned that returns should be handled through LAZADA. Upon contacting LAZADA through their app, I opted for a return and provided all the necessary details. However, I was surprised to receive a message stating that my return request has been cancelled. I firmly believe that a mistake has been made, and I am requesting a refund for the incorrect items I received. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach photos here for verification. I placed an order on March 10 (before ECQ). On March 18, it arrived in the Philippines from China, and on April 6, it was forwarded to Bacolor, Pampanga. Despite an attempted delivery on April 27, I did not receive any notification from the delivery team. Lazada instructed me to fill out a form to proceed with the delivery, which I promptly did. Shortly after, the status was changed to "failed delivery" without any attempt to contact me. As a frontliner, I urgently require the package for my safety during the current situation in the Philippines. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you for your help.

Today, on April 28, [redacted], I checked my bank account and noticed six unauthorized charges made by your company, totaling 24,[redacted].31 colones (approximately $[redacted] in USD). I did not make any purchases, so I am confused as to why these charges are appearing. I kindly request that you investigate these transactions to determine if there was an order placed in my name, where the purchases were made, and why all six amounts are identical. I am eager to have my money refunded. My bank, Banco de Costa Rica, informed me that they can return the funds upon receiving a letter confirming no purchases were made, as the money is still in transit and not yet transferred to your accounts or mine. I would appreciate your prompt assistance and any further information you can provide me with, or please direct me to the appropriate contact person who can assist me with this matter.

I need assistance with following up on a refund from my purchase of an HP Pavilion laptop that I paid for using my BPI account. The seller claimed they couldn't sell the laptop to me on installment due to a discount, so they requested full payment to ship the order. I opted for a refund and was told it would take a few days or more due to an ongoing store account audit. I have been waiting patiently for the refund. Good afternoon, I have submitted a Return Request on Lazada twice already. Both requests were initially successful, but after a few days, I received a notification stating that I had cancelled the request myself. I did not cancel the requests as I was waiting for a call from the pick-up services, which I never received from Quantium Solutions or Airspace. The first request was made on Feb. 27, the day the product was delivered, due to one of the items from a "Buy 1 Get 1" deal not functioning. The second request was on Mar. 18 after speaking with a live agent who scheduled a return pick-up after the ECQ was lifted. Despite understanding the current crisis situation, I followed the guidelines by requesting the return within 7 days of delivery. I would like to request a third and final return but this time, I will opt for drop-off instead of pick-up.

Hello, my parcel with tracking number MYMP[redacted]87 has been shipped, but unfortunately, it is going to the wrong address. Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), UiTM does not allow couriers to enter for parcel deliveries. I have recently received numerous canceled orders from Lazada. Most of my payments were made through credit cards, and I am unsure if these will be refunded to my bank. Monitoring these reversals has been difficult for me, especially considering past experiences where reversals took a significant amount of time to process. I am now struggling to track these small refunds. I am confused about the automatic cancellations that seem to be happening without any explanation. I am also concerned about sellers requesting payment outside of Lazada and advising the cancellation of orders through the platform. Is it true that payments should be made directly to sellers?

I recently placed an order for Nuwhite S Acetyl Glutathione with tracking number SO[redacted]. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule as a frontliner, I missed the delivery yesterday during the busy sweeper flights. I tried to reach out to the delivery personnel after noticing missed calls to arrange for delivery in the afternoon, but I did not receive a response. I then requested if the item could be delivered to me at my workplace near my home address today, but have not heard back regarding the status of my order. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and service provided. I kindly request the courier service to follow up on my order and ensure delivery today before 5 pm.

I placed an order on Saturday and realized I selected the wrong item on Sunday. Despite trying to cancel the order in the Processing stage, I was unable to do so. After contacting Lazada, they assured me they would cancel the incorrect order. Subsequently, I ordered the correct product from the same store and have already received it. However, upon checking, the initial order remains active, and the store intends to dispatch it to me. Lazada instructed me to accept and reject the delivery as it already has a tracking number despite my attempts to cancel it. The store is understanding but frustrated by the situation. I reside in a condominium where all packages are accepted by the security guard. I seek advice on how to proceed with canceling the order in this scenario.

I purchased a car seat cover on 1/10/[redacted] for US$7.37. However, I was later asked to pay additional shipping costs. The seller instructed me to request a refund, which I did. I placed an order for an item, but according to the tracking information, it was delivered to a different address. I didn't hear anything from the company, so I ended up placing another order for the same item from the same company. Surprisingly, the first item arrived at my home the next day. I tried to cancel the second order through the app, but it wouldn't allow me. I messaged the company to cancel the second order, and they advised me to contact Lazada to cancel it. I have been waiting for Lazada to pick up my items for return since June 8. I want to return 2 sneakers to separate sellers as they gave me the wrong items. I have been waiting for the sellers' advise for 3 days, but they haven't contacted me. I need my refund. The issue is that they don't specify how to change the return option from Airspeed to LBC drop off. I feel like I'm wasting time. I need assistance in quickly resolving this dilemma.

Hello, I had a delivery scheduled today around 12:30 pm, but encountered some issues with the Lazada courier. I was at MOA at the time, but the courier called to say she was at Birch Tower where I live. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any prior text or call regarding the delivery, which is usually expected. As per our building rules, we are not allowed to leave items with the guard, so the request for payment to be left with them was not feasible. I found the courier's attitude unpleasant and decided to cancel the delivery. I have been a loyal Lazada customer for nearly 5 years, but this experience was disappointing. I will share more details about our conversation once I'm home.

After not receiving my purchase on time, I was issued a refund coupon. However, upon trying to use it for a new purchase in my Lazada wallet, I encountered an issue with verifying my phone number. Despite receiving the verification code on my current number, the system is indicating that my number is associated with another account. I ordered 3 tripods on June 6, [redacted]. Out of the 3 ordered, I only received 1 yesterday. After placing the order, I contacted the seller to ensure all items were included before shipment. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that 2 tripods were missing. I reached out to the seller again to inquire about the missing items. They requested the order details, which I provided via screenshot. The seller advised me to request a return/refund, which I promptly did. The issue now is that I am unable to use the refund for the 2 missing tripods, each costing 89 pesos plus a 40 pesos shipping fee. I only have the messenger's name, Jefferson Austre Gonato, but no contact number or updates on my delivery. The parcel was set to arrive yesterday morning but a notification showed a FAILED delivery. The package is scheduled to be returned to the seller, indicating I wasn't home, even though I waited all day. I am considering finding the messenger on Facebook based on the name to avoid the package being returned abruptly. Communication and customer service should include providing a contact number for such situations. This was my first purchase, paid cash on delivery (COD), and experienced immediate shipping. While I understand delays due to quarantine, it is crucial to communicate with customers before taking actions like returns. It is frustrating not to be informed. My contact information is in the billing address, which should not be hard to access. Lazada needs to improve its delivery service to provide better customer experiences.
