I need to return an order and have it replaced by a seller on Lazada China. I do not require a refund, only the correct auto part I purchased. Despite clicking "Received" when prompted by Lazada, the seller (Adatec Turbo) sent me the wrong part # ([redacted]) instead of the one promised (part # [redacted]) as shown in their link and ad photo. The Turbocharger CHRA I received is larger and does not match my car parts. I paid P6,[redacted].00 for the order, which is significant to me, and now I have an unusable item. I am not seeking a refund but request Lazada's assistance in accepting my return and prompting the seller to send the correct item as agreed upon in our conversation, as my car is currently in the repair shop awaiting the parts. I am having an issue with an order I made on Lazada. While trying to pay from my bank account, the app encountered an error. Subsequently, I noticed that the payment had been deducted from my BPI account, but the items were still showing unpaid on my Lazada account. Assuming it was a glitch, I clicked the Pay Now button again, and this time it went through, resulting in the items being shipped. However, my BPI account was still charged the same amount for both transactions.
The first transaction did not provide any confirmation, but money was taken from my account. The second attempt triggered a notification for the order processing.
I am seeking assistance on how to recover the duplicated payment.

I recently purchased a controller from Pixel Play, but unfortunately, the ZR button is not functioning. After discovering the issue just a day post-delivery, I promptly reached out to the seller for assistance. They requested proof of the problem, so I submitted a video to the provided email address at Data Blitz, and then physically returned the item to their Megamall branch with the intention of receiving a refund. I had been informed that I might have to wait between 1 to 3 weeks for the process. As the 2nd week approaches, I was asked to report the issue to Lazada, which was not initially mentioned to me. I have all the necessary evidence, such as the video, receipts for the return, and chat transcripts, but I am currently facing challenges reaching out to them, as the chat support seems to be unavailable.

I had an unpleasant experience with a rider whose phone number is [redacted]0. He called me and I answered, telling him I was at the office. He said he was already in front of my house insisting I should have left the payment. I explained that I thought the delivery was scheduled for the next day, but he was insistent. I offered to cancel and reorder tomorrow, but he rudely replied that I shouldn't order if I can't pay. He was very disrespectful. Can you please identify this rude rider from Lazada? I had a bad experience with a Rider; I don't know their name, but their cellphone number is [redacted]0. The rider called me today for the delivery of my Lazada order, which I wasn't aware of. I explained that I was at the office and thought the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. The rider insisted they were already in front of my house and mentioned the amount of [redacted] (something).
