I recently placed an order for 2 items on Speedo's official store on Lazada, but I decided to cancel it as I found a similar product at a much cheaper price elsewhere. Luckily, the items have not been shipped yet, so I should be able to cancel the order. I reached out to Speedo's agent immediately to request the cancellation, but they initially ignored my messages despite showing as "online". Later, they informed me that they would proceed with the shipment, disregarding my request. Their responses were also frequently interrupted by automated promotional messages. I need assistance in escalating this issue with Lazada to prevent being charged for both the canceled items and the ones from the other store. As a student, I cannot afford to pay for all 4 products if the canceled order is shipped. I hope Lazada can intervene by contacting Speedo's official store to honor my cancellation request and halt the shipment process.

I am experiencing difficulties with Lazada's couriers who do not contact me for deliveries, resulting in messages stating "Delivery failed recipient asked for reschedule." This issue has occurred repeatedly, with one order being auto-canceled due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. In one instance, when the courier did call, they promptly hung up. When attempting to return the call, it rang a few times before ending abruptly without a missed call notification, suggesting my number may have been blocked by the courier. Subsequently, they claimed I rescheduled my delivery, which I did not. This issue seems to be specific to delivery partners like FlashExpress or NinjaVan, and I would appreciate it if someone could investigate the underlying cause of this problem.

On April 8, [redacted], I purchased the 2-in-1 set of original 99% Aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner from the seller AUDIOBOPBEST. A day or two later, I received a call informing me that my parcel was damaged and unable to be delivered. I assumed it would be returned due to the damage. After reaching out to the shipping company, J&T, they confirmed the item's condition. Despite my efforts to contact the seller, I have not received any responses to my messages. It has now been two weeks, and there has been no update on the status of my order, which remains in the local hub.

I received a cloth instead of NexGard. I'm having trouble accessing my account due to a forgotten password and an expired number. I attempted to check my email and log in but it's linked to a different account. As I have multiple accounts, I can't locate the one where I made the purchase to check for a refund. I didn't receive any text notifications on April 28 and 29 regarding my parcel. On the night of April 29, a person from Lazada called to confirm my delivery address, but despite informing them my availability, the Lazada app incorrectly stated that I asked to reschedule, which I did not. Similarly, on April 28, there were no text notifications, yet the app indicated the courier ran out of time. I believe the courier should send texts to customers during delivery to provide updates. Relying solely on the app for tracking is not sufficient. I want to ensure my parcel is delivered accurately.

I recently reset my Lazada account, but I am unable to log in. When I enter my phone number, I receive an error message saying "Too many attempts, please try again later." Despite waiting a long time and trying again, the issue persists. I recently placed an order with Clothes of Dreams Store for 1 long sleeve t-shirt and 1 short sleeve t-shirt. However, I only received the short sleeve t-shirt. I have contacted the store regarding this matter but have not received a response yet.
Additionally, I would like to point out that the courier listed as Aljun Acabal Juanga with phone number [redacted]6, associated with Lazada Delivery Partner: LEX PH, was not the one who delivered my package. The phone number I was contacted from is [redacted]93, which is different.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. It would be helpful if the missing long sleeve t-shirt could be sent to me or if a refund could be arranged for the missing item.

I have faced issues with my last four orders, mainly with significantly delayed delivery times. I have reached out to Lazada's helpline, but they have been unhelpful, and the sellers are not responding to my inquiries. Formerly, this app provided timely deliveries, if not quicker. Unfortunately, the service has declined, despite the introduction of extra charges like handling fees and pay on delivery fees. Kindly inform me about your plans to enhance these aspects; otherwise, I will need to shop elsewhere.

I would like to inquire if my parcel can still be delivered. The delivery rider mistakenly marked my package as refused delivery, although I was anticipating its arrival today, May 17, [redacted]. I am experiencing issues with my account where an employee changed my linked phone number without my permission two years ago. This becomes problematic when I try to activate my wallet and receive the required 6-digit SMS on a phone I no longer have access to. After contacting the helpdesk on April 23, '21, they provided a discount coupon via email to resolve the issue with a previous order. Now facing a similar problem, the helpdesk is requesting my passport and bank details for a coupon, which I find compromising to my security. Several years ago, a seller registered with Lazada using a made-up email address, [redacted] This email address has been mistakenly associated with the user for a long time. Despite efforts to stop receiving emails by marking them as spam and contacting Lazada, the issue persisted. Eventually, the emails decreased, and the user disregarded them. Recently, another email from Lazada arrived, prompting the user to visit support.lazada.co. However, the user encountered difficulty accessing their account as they had forgotten the password. I am a seller on Lazada. According to the logistics information, the parcel reached and left Alicia sorting facility on May 15 but there have been no updates since then, as of today, May 26.
After contacting JnT in Sanchez, Mira, Cagayan, we were informed that the parcel was traced to a HUB in Manila where it was found to be damaged and disposed of without any notification to us.
The HUB neglected to inform us or update the logistics system when they discarded the parcel. The problem is that the parcel was already paid for via gcash, making it difficult to send another one without the buyer having to pay again. We are unsure of the next steps to take and urgently require guidance on how to proceed.

It felt as challenging as climbing Mount Everest. My phone number is [redacted]. Ninja Van has been excellent with their communication, offering text messages and chat on Messenger without fail. I was expecting to receive the courier's phone number, but sadly, I only received a failed delivery notification. I previously spoke to someone at Lazada a few days ago and provided my updated information, but it seems like there was a disconnect. I might consider sticking with Ninja Van for my deliveries moving forward.

I have faced persistent issues with Ninja Van. They have repeatedly falsely claimed attempted deliveries, stating I was not present when I was waiting at home. They have also wrongly mentioned inaccurate addresses and rescheduled delivery dates without my consent. To avoid these problems, I have started inquiring with sellers if they use Ninja Van for deliveries. Recently, I even canceled an order because it was assigned to Ninja Van, a fact that the seller overlooked. I plan to continue canceling orders if they are assigned to Ninja Van. Kindly ensure Ninja Van is no longer listed as a delivery option on my account.

I am unable to see the 7-Eleven payment method when making purchases on Lazada. My sister has the option for Cash on Delivery (COD) and 7-Eleven payments for the same item from the same seller, but I only have COD available. I have tried logging out and registering again on Lazada, but the issue persists. I am also unable to find the 7-Eleven top-up and pay option.
