I am having trouble using my Lazada wallet. When I try to verify my phone number, it says it's associated with another account that my husband set up. He has since created his own account with a new phone number. I want to use my Lazada wallet and verify with the same phone number. Also, I need to update my email address as I can no longer access the one on my account. Please help me resolve these issues once and for all. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with a parcel delivery that was supposed to arrive on Monday, December 5, [redacted], but has not shown up. The delivery person claimed that my address is out of their area and said they would return the parcel to the hub. Despite promises of delivery the next day, it never arrived. After tracking the order on the Lazada app, I noticed the same delivery person was assigned. Upon further inquiry, I was given the same explanation. Subsequently, the parcel was meant to arrive on Wednesday, but it did not. When checking the tracking status, a different delivery person was listed, leaving me puzzled as to why the parcel was not delivered. To my dismay, the order was ultimately canceled due to a delivery failure, which should not be my responsibility but rather that of your employee. I have been waiting for nearly two weeks now, and I kindly request a prompt resolution while my parcel is still in Davao. Today, I missed a parcel delivery as nobody was home. I tried to contact the courier earlier to reschedule but was informed that it's not allowed due to top management's order. After the unsuccessful delivery attempt, I started filling out the form and got a "thank you" message before I could finish. How do I go back and complete the form to request a re-delivery?

I recently received the safety shoes I ordered on December 12, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the size is smaller than expected, so I decided to return them to the seller, Bafang Laicai. The return address is Unit E GMDC Tabe E Center, [redacted] Merchardo Street, Barangay Tabe Guiguinto, Bulacan. I went through the return process and received return order #[redacted]. I chose 2GO as the courier since it's close to my location. When I visited the 2GO office, I provided all the necessary information except the contact and account numbers, which are required by the courier. I tried to contact them to obtain these details, but they were unable to provide them, causing my claim to be at risk of expiring before I can return the item.

Please remember not to accept oversized or overweight packages. Kindly inform our shipping and pick-up branches to reject all packages that exceed our weight and size limits to prevent delivery delays. Please see the example photo provided. Below are the volumetric computation formulas for different types of packages: - Walk in/VIP/Shopee/D2D/Zalora: L x W x H / [redacted] x 1KG - Lazada/Tiktok: L x W x H / [redacted] x 1KG Our maximum weight allowance is 50kgs and a length of 150cm strictly. If a seller's items go beyond these dimensions and weight limits, please refuse them immediately.

I need to cancel my order with the LG store on Lazada. The item is a TV priced at 17,[redacted] pesos. I did not mean to purchase this product as I do not have the funds to buy such a large appliance online. Furthermore, I did not intentionally click the order button. I became aware of the purchase only through a notification from Lazada that the package was already collected by the delivery service and the receipt was sent by the seller. I never confirmed the purchase and I am unable to afford it. I kindly request that the order be canceled to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I have 68 brand new sets of 4-tier wire shelving, each set comes in the original box. The dimensions are 19mm diameter, 60cm wide, 35cm deep, and 120cm high with 4 - 40mm diameter castors. I am looking to sell them for S$25.0 per set. I noticed that your suppliers have the 4-tier shelves out of stock, so I thought they might be interested in buying the entire lot. I am frustrated because my items were marked as undelivered due to me not being home, which is not true as nobody attempted to contact me. This has happened before with previous orders as well. I tried texting the courier's phone number to inquire about the delivery time, but I did not receive a response.

I placed an order for a rattan chair, and the seller asked for a downpayment. They mentioned that the full payment should be made when I receive the rattan chair. After giving a downpayment of Php [redacted], they are now insisting on receiving the full payment even though I haven't received the item yet. I told them I would cancel the order if I needed to pay in full upfront without the item, but they are refusing to cooperate and won't refund the Php [redacted] downpayment.

I got logged out of my account unexpectedly, and now I'm having trouble recovering it. It's really frustrating. I've tried using both my email and phone number, but it seems like they are no longer linked to my account. Strangely, when I tried to recover the account, I ended up with two separate accounts with no history of my previous purchases. I just received a parcel, and the purchase confirmation email from Lazada shows that my correct phone number and email are being used. I'm not sure what's going on; I can't seem to recover my original account, and I'm quite disappointed.

I received 4 padlocks measuring 30mm instead of the 50mm I ordered. Lazada is requesting me, a person with disability in a wheelchair, to return the incorrect locks to a depot. I feel like the supplier is running a scam. I believe the correct solution is for the supplier to deliver the right items to me as ordered, then I can return the wrong ones to the courier. It is unfair for me to rectify Lazada's mistake. I am disappointed with the lack of customer care and professionalism. I will no longer trust or purchase from Lazada due to this frustrating experience.

I would like to bring a situation to your attention with regards to a purchase I made at the store @yoosmart. I purchased an inverter on December 16, [redacted], and received it on December 21, [redacted], at 9:54 am. After a few days of assembling it, I discovered that the inverter was defective. I reached out to the seller who asked for various details and photos, which I promptly provided to expedite the replacement process. However, the seller seems to be employing delay tactics and prolonging the process unnecessarily. Despite multiple arguments, no resolution has been reached. I urge Lazada to take action in this matter, as I believe I am not the only one facing such issues. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to Senator Raffy Tulfo for further assistance.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted] was placed on Feb 12, [redacted] and received on Feb 14, [redacted]. I recently discovered that I am missing one item from my order when I unpacked it on Feb 16, [redacted]. Despite reporting the issue with pictures and unboxing videos to Watsons Chat Support, I have not received a refund as the missing item, the I White Korea Glow Booster Vitamin C Serum 40ml, was not included in my parcel. Hello, I am reaching out to address a recent issue with the delivery of my package. LEX PH made an attempt to deliver my package yesterday, but unfortunately, the courier did not contact me when they tried to deliver, resulting in a failed delivery attempt. According to the tracker, it was documented that I refused to accept the package, which is not accurate because I was not given the chance to receive it in the first place. Good morning, I received my Dehumidifier order yesterday. I initially ordered a Shanben dehumidifier, but the received item is of a different brand. The packaging was inadequate, with only one layer of bubble wrap. Upon unboxing, I discovered the styrofoam at the top was already broken, indicating mishandling. After reading the instructions and trying to plug in the unit, it did not function correctly; there was only blinking lights and no blower. Even using the remote yielded limited results. I have a video recording of the unboxing to support my claim. The seller is located at Paolo St., IPC Compound, Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City, but the address sticker is unclear. My order hasn't been updated since March 1st. Don't mention the network card; I've already checked it and it's not that. It was supposed to arrive by March 9th, but today is March 15th. Several days ago, someone told me that if the parcel didn't arrive within three days, a return would be initiated. It's now the fifth day, and I'm waiting for the return! When I inquired with the seller, they mentioned that they couldn't intervene because it's an issue with the shipping company. So, I'd like to know when my parcel will arrive. It's currently stuck in Petaling Jaya. Consequently, I'm unable to get a refund. Please help me resolve this issue!

I work for a platform on Lazada and I have many screenshots of the chat. I have to complete 60 tasks. I started with 4,[redacted] baht, but after topping up twice, my account now shows 15,[redacted] baht. I completed tasks until number 58, then received an order worth 45,[redacted] baht, causing me to run out of funds. Unfortunately, I cannot finish the last two orders as I used up all my money. The system does not allow me to transfer funds, insisting I must complete the tasks first. I urgently need access to my funds as I cannot top up almost [redacted] euros. What can I do in this situation?

Good morning, I have an issue with my canceled order. I am unsure who canceled it as my family and I did not receive any items at home, nor did anyone inform me. Suddenly, I received a notification on my phone that the order has been canceled. I am not sure if the delivery person was unable to deliver as I did not receive any messages. I hope this problem can be resolved, and I am counting on the order to arrive soon as I have been eagerly anticipating it. I am saddened by the situation as there was a significant sale. I hope my order can be reinstated.
