I received the wrong item from my order. I purchased a folding bed, but the seller sent me a stool instead. I have been trying to report this issue since 31st December, but the system still shows that the item is in delivery, preventing me from getting a refund. After chatting with customer service multiple times, I was assured that I would receive my parcel soon. However, I later discovered that the system falsely updated my parcel's status as delivered on 31st December, making it too late for a refund. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, there are many customers ahead of me in the chat queue. I have provided my order details and the incorrect item received but have not received a response yet. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will seek assistance from KPDNHEP.

Subject: Request for Review of Complaint Regarding Wrong Delivery Dear Sir, I am writing to request a re-opening of the investigation into our original complaint regarding a wrong delivery. Our order was for 2 units of mosquito killer, but 2 units of mosquito catcher were delivered instead. Our Order Number is [redacted]. The issue arose when we tried to send a screenshot email to Lazada, which was not delivered as the Yahoo Postmaster informed us that Lazada's inbox was full. We respectfully ask for a reconsideration of our complaint as the delay in submitting the screenshot was beyond our control. Despite our timely efforts, the email was not delivered due to Lazada's inbox issue. We believe our complaint was prematurely closed without a proper investigation. We urge Lazada to replace the incorrect items with the mosquito killer units we ordered. If this is not feasible, we request a refund and pickup of the wrong items. The delivery man's attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made shopping on Lazada a frustrating experience. Unlike Shopee, where the delivery service is excellent, Lex delivery was subpar. The delivery man's lack of flexibility and customer service skills were evident when I missed the delivery. Despite my attempts to reschedule or redirect the delivery, I was met with resistance and poor service. This ordeal left me feeling dissatisfied and annoyed with the overall shopping experience. Moving forward, I hope that Lazada addresses these issues with their delivery partners to improve customer satisfaction.

I am inquiring about an order I placed with Glory Ph in March for a chair toilet. Unfortunately, I received a folding bed instead of the item I purchased. We have contacted the seller regarding the mix-up and arranged a self-return, but so far, nothing has been resolved. We have tried to return the incorrect item through JnT, but they could not accept it due to a different tracking number. We aim for a smooth return process as the item was worth 1,[redacted] pesos. However, the seller has been uncooperative. As a consumer, I believe I am not at fault for this error and hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If not, I may need to escalate this issue under the consumer act.

I purchased a chair toilet from Glory PH back in March, but I received a folding bed instead. Hello, I am a Lazada account holder using the email [redacted] and the registered phone number [redacted]1. I recently received a refund in my Lazada wallet and tried to transfer it to my ATM card. However, I encountered issues as the email linked to my account is old, and I cannot remember the password to reset it. Furthermore, the phone number [redacted]1 is no longer in use, making it impossible to receive any verification codes. I am unable to access my account, risking the loss of [redacted] pesos. On the 5th of May, I purchased 36 packages of alcohol wipes for my friend on Lazada Vietnam. The shop contacted my friend, admitting to a pricing mistake, and requested to cancel the order due to the error. Even though my friend provided my contact information, the shop never reached out to me. The following day, I checked on the Lazada app and discovered that the shop unilaterally canceled my order, citing communication issues. I was frustrated by this and contacted Lazada's customer support. Despite explaining the situation, Lazada confirmed the cancellation, offering a 20,[redacted] VND voucher as a gesture of apology, which I declined. I am dissatisfied with how the situation was handled and question why Lazada's system allows shops to cancel orders without customer consent. I am seeking to have my order reinstated at the original price.

Good afternoon, I received a different item than what I ordered from the seller, Platinum Cart. I had purchased a black sling leather shoulder bag, but instead, I received a printed casual bag with a long shoulder strap. I contacted the seller, who claimed it was random, but on the product page, only leather bags like the one I ordered were displayed. I already contacted Lazada, and their reply surprised me. The seller stated it was random, but to me, random should only affect the color, not the material and design of the item. I am not focused on the cost but rather on the seller's honesty. I have successfully initiated a return for a refund. I opted for courier pickup with Skynet through Lazada. Upon obtaining a return number, I was instructed to print a return label. However, when I attempted to print or download the label, I encountered a "generate pdf error" message. This issue persisted even after switching web browsers and trying the mobile app. Despite managing to download the label, the file still displayed an error. Following the instructions provided led to a repeat of the same error. I need guidance on how to successfully print/download the return label.

Lazada's customer service seems to lack understanding. Instead of using a robot like Cleo, they must address unique customer issues promptly. I've been trying to delete my account for almost a month without success. I can't activate the Lazada wallet to receive my refund because of this. It's frustrating that Lazada doesn't screen sellers thoroughly, allowing some to sell fake and substandard items. The absence of email support and reliance on third-party solutions like GetHuman shows a flawed customer service approach. This needs to improve to address customer issues effectively.

I received the two Shure SM 58 microphones from AMK Electronics on August 12. However, there's an issue with one of the mics as it's significantly quieter than the other. Even when adjusting the volume, it doesn't produce sufficient loudness. I also noticed discrepancies between the two boxes - while the front displays the SM 58 marking, the other sides show SM 58 LC. One box indicates an on/off switch while the other doesn't, but upon inspection, neither actually has the switch. This contradicts the advertised product on Lazada. I'm disappointed and seeking a refund but have yet to hear back from the seller. I'd like to return the items promptly. Thank you, Arnel.

Hello, I am inquiring about an item that was due for delivery on August 22. Regrettably, it did not arrive as scheduled. Despite receiving frequent deliveries from Lazada, the Ximex Delivery Express driver failed to locate my address. The delivery allegedly occurred at 17:44, nearly 6pm, a time when my son was at home, anticipating the shipment that never arrived. The next day, August 23, the item was finally brought, with a discrepancy in payment. The original cost was Php298, yet the delivery individual requested Php350 from my son instead. I am requesting the refund of Php52 and disciplinary action against the driver for this error. I kindly ask for the contact details of the said delivery personnel for further clarification. I am facing an issue with the LAZADA customer service as their system keeps detecting suspicious activity errors. Three months ago, I had trouble completing multiple voucher freeshipping requests due to this issue. After reporting the problem through live chat, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) assigned me a Service Order, promising an update within 24 hours. It has now been three months, and I have not received any feedback or communication. Recently, while trying to checkout, the transaction failed again due to suspicious activity. Upon reporting it again through live chat, the agent named JANINE T explained they have limited access and could only send internal emails, asking me to wait for another 24-hour update. I requested to speak with a Supervisor or Operations Manager, and Supervisor Ms. Maricar was understanding and provided troubleshooting steps that the previous agent had not offered. Despite following the guidelines, the issue persists. Upon contacting live chat once more, another CSR named DIANA GRACE B questioned me about my concern again. Even after sending the previous conversation screenshots with Ms. Maricar, there was no Supervisor available. I was given a new Service Order number, transferred to another agent without consent, and the process repeated. Another agent, Carla E, asked about my concern before escalating it, assuring me an update within 24 hours and sending me the same error screenshots I had seen before. This lack of clarity is disappointing, and I hope they enhance their Customer Service Representatives' quality assurance.

Dear GetHuman Team, I am encountering an issue with the LAZADA platform when using it on a PC through the web-based interface. The web page consistently displays a message stating there is unusual traffic detected from my network, prompting me to slide to verify. After doing so, the message reappears repeatedly. Notably, this problem does not occur when using the Lazada app on a smartphone. Requesting feedback or reporting the issue has been ineffective as it is always ignored. In contrast, competing web-based platforms like "SHOPEE" do not have this issue. It appears to be a programming error within Lazada's system software. I believe the solution lies in revising the system software by the responsible software-system maintainer/engineer to eliminate this frustrating cycle. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Order number [redacted][redacted]. Delivery received on November 14th with cash on delivery option. I asked the courier if a scan payment was possible, he agreed. Paid [redacted] via his QR code. Courier's name on the receipt is Mr. Thittaphong Lannoi. Received one parcel with a monitor but paid more than the correct amount on the website, which should be [redacted]. Tried calling and texting the courier, no response. Suspect the courier provided the wrong payment amount. Requesting investigation into the issue. Thank you.

I purchased a rice dispenser from Bambino Panda, but instead, I received a cellphone stand. When I tried to process a return, I had trouble accessing the Lazada app. Eventually, I was able to upload a video and photos of the item I received as evidence on November 29. However, the seller has not responded since then. I used Lazada Pay Later for this transaction and expected the funds to be returned within 48 hours. As of now, the refund has not been processed.
