I contacted the courier, Allan, to inquire about the delivery time, and he mentioned 3 to 4 pm that day. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered as promised. This issue seems to be with the delivery process rather than an error on my part. It may be helpful to review the number of orders linked to my account, considering it has the same address, email, and phone numbers. If you investigate further, you will find that our office is located in front of the barangay road. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to address the dishonesty displayed by the courier.

During the 11.11 sales event, I made purchases of Puma products after spending hours searching for them. I also encouraged many friends to join in the sales, especially the Puma deals. Despite getting good deals from Puma, my orders were later canceled and refunded by Puma. Lazada reached out offering a RM50 voucher as compensation. Feeling disappointed and misled by Puma, I now have doubts about trusting Lazada's sales, especially involving Puma. Hello, I redeemed a Tefal product with [redacted] coins last Sunday, November 28, [redacted], at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, when I went to claim the product, it was out of stock. I messaged Tefal about this around 3 p.m. that day, but up to now, they haven't provided a resolution. I recently purchased wallpaper from LXFY Cosy Life, but instead, I received a cheap plastic flower. This situation has left me feeling upset and questioning the integrity of the seller. I tried to return the package following the instructions on your website through Ninja Van partners. However, I encountered difficulties. The first vendor, Buzz, was unable to proceed with the return as they claimed to not have a Ninja stamp. The second outlet, Box Societe, mentioned they no longer work with Ninja Van. This led me to go to Singpost to purchase an envelope and stamp, which cost nearly half of what I originally paid. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

I am disappointed with the delivery service of Entrego courier. The rider did not even text me to inform where he was. He immediately marked the parcel as received with a picture. The delivery failed due to an unauthorized address, apparently. Please track this trucking number and find out who the rider is. I am not new to Lazada, but it's only this courier that did this to me.

I received a delivery today from Lazada through their courier LEX MY. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not ring the doorbell or call me upon delivery. I found it unprofessional and disrespectful when the delivery person, without warning, rudely threw my parcel to the ground. The item was a valuable engagement ring from Habib, and it was unacceptable for it to be thrown in such a manner. I am disappointed with the service and the delivery person's actions. I have decided not to use Lazada again due to this experience. I believe the delivery person should have shown more respect and professionalism considering the nature of the item being delivered. I would appreciate some form of compensation for this unacceptable behavior.

After I complained to Lazada, you quickly verified my claim and sent an email confirming the refund for the missing items. I greatly appreciate your integrity in resolving this issue. About a year ago, I faced a similar situation with Shopee, where they sided with the vendor. Since then, I haven't ordered from Shopee but have had consistent positive experiences ordering from Lazada. I purchased a 5-layer insulation food cover, but the yellow base is missing on the 5th layer. When I contacted the seller, they insisted I buy another product to receive the missing item. This is unfair. I initially paid P426 and should receive a complete item. After discussing this with them, they stopped responding to my messages. It's disappointing that they want to profit without providing the missing part. This attitude is unacceptable. The seller's Lazada name is EIDERFINCH. I hope Lazada can take appropriate action as I am a loyal customer.

Hello, I ordered a projector from Lazada with the tracking number NLSGD[redacted]2 to be delivered to 41 Genting Lane, a new construction site. I specified my delivery time from 8 am to 6:30 pm, but the delivery person tried to deliver the parcel on the 17th and 19th of December without contacting me beforehand. I have a mobile phone, I paid for the order, and I expect it to be delivered correctly. There was only one photo submitted as evidence of the delivery, but it doesn't prove that the parcel was inside. I've been trying to resolve this with Lazada and Ninja Van, but so far, my parcel has not been received.

I recently asked for a refund on a fog machine I purchased. Unfortunately, the machine emits smoke, gets hot quickly, stops working after just 30 seconds, and has a burning smell. Today, Lex Mt's delivery person came to my apartment and tossed my parcel labeled 'fragile - do not toss' into my shoe box on the floor without ringing the doorbell while I was home. The parcel contained raw pumpkin seeds that needed refrigeration to prevent mold. The delivery person did not notify me about the delivery and left it there. The seller specifically requested the doorbell to be rung, but it wasn't. I only found out about the delivery when I went to dispose of garbage and saw it in the shoe box. Yesterday, another parcel of pumpkin seeds was also thrown on the floor while I was away. I kindly request that in the future, the delivery person ring the doorbell and handle delicate perishable items with care instead of tossing them onto the floor or boxes.

I am having trouble contacting Lazada to inquire about the status of my order cancellation.
I previously requested a return for an item I purchased because it was not the product I ordered. Lazada provided instructions on how to return the item and allowed me to choose a drop-off point. After selecting a drop-off point, I decided to cancel it because I was unsure of the location. However, when I cancelled the drop-off point and explained my reason (to double-check the location), I received a message from Lazada stating that my "Return Request" was cancelled. I need to clarify with Lazada that my cancellation was related to the drop-off point, not the return of the product to the seller.
