I suspect someone is using my email to place orders on Lazada Vietnam without my knowledge. I have been receiving emails regarding orders and cancellations that I did not authorize. Can you please deactivate the account associated with [redacted] as I believe these actions are fraudulent?

I bought these items on October 4, but I still haven't received them. The order has been in packed and ready to ship status for over 3 weeks. When I tried to track the package using the provided tracking number on the courier's site, it couldn't be located.
The seller is not responding, and this situation is really frustrating. At this point, I simply want to cancel my order and receive a refund since the payment has already been processed.

Hello, I am inquiring about why my LAZADA PAY LATER account has been frozen. I have consistently made timely payments since using LPL and have never missed a payment. Suddenly, without any explanation, my LPL account was frozen. The only information I received from the Lazada app's Q&A section was: "YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE FROZEN DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY."
As far as I am aware, I have not engaged in any activities that would violate Lazada's rules and regulations. Could you please provide clarification and shed some light on this situation?

I am having trouble accessing my Lazada account as it seems to have been reset. Whenever I try to log in using my phone number, I receive the message "Too many attempts, please try again later." I am trying to access my account with the phone number +[redacted] but do not recall creating an account solely with a phone number. If I cannot access the account with this phone number, could it be deleted or reset permanently?
