Hello, my name is Alicia. A few weeks ago, my Instagram account was hacked. I reached out to Instagram for assistance on regaining access to my account, but so far, I have had no success. When I initially set up my Instagram account, I mistakenly typed in the wrong email address. Due to this error, I am unable to receive a verification code to reset my account. Instagram has now locked my account, even though I have not violated any policies. I am more than willing to verify my identity and provide my current email address to resolve this issue. This morning, I noticed that my Instagram account has disappeared. Despite numerous login attempts, I have been unsuccessful each time. It indicates that my username is unavailable. I even tried to create a new account with a different email address, but it claimed the email was already in use. Subsequently, when I attempted to create a completely new account with a fresh email, I received a "Sign Up Blocked" message. Could someone kindly reach out to assist me? I encountered an issue where I had to log out of my Instagram account, but I forgot my password. Upon attempting to reset my password via email, I discovered that my email account had been deleted due to inactivity. Interestingly, it remained active just enough for Instagram to send password reset requests. Since I am unable to access my old email, I created a new one with the same address. Unfortunately, I am struggling to regain access to my Instagram account because it is solely linked to my old email, which is now deleted, without any connections to a phone number or alternative email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently found out that my Instagram account was disabled. I mainly use Instagram to share photos with my friends occasionally, and I have never violated any of the terms. This morning, my account was unexpectedly deleted. Despite changing my password and following all the guidelines, I found myself logged out with no recognition of my password. When attempting to create a new password using my username, the system claimed the account didn't exist. Strangely, my account, c.chance_17, suddenly vanished without a trace. I attempted to recover it using the associated email and phone number but was unsuccessful. I am deeply concerned as I cannot access or recreate the account. It holds importance to me, and I sincerely hope for a resolution to restore my account.

My Instagram account, which has over 80,[redacted] followers, was hacked. The individual who took control contacted me, attempting to extort a ransom and posted prohibited content that led to the account being banned. I've tried to regain access by contacting Instagram, providing evidence of the incident, yet I'm only receiving automated responses with no real assistance. Despite submitting another appeal and obtaining an appeal number, it's been over a month and a half with no further communication. The username of the account is @StormThePitch.

My Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker changed the linked email address. I'm unable to receive a password reset link. When attempting to reset the password, inputting my email or phone number results in Instagram stating, "No users found with this email/number." Using my username, the website sent a reset link to the hacker's email instead of mine.

My account, bboykai_, was disabled almost three years ago due to suspicious activities, and I haven't been able to recover it as my email [redacted] was also compromised and has since been deactivated. I lack any recovery information for both my Instagram and that email, making it impossible to regain access. After reaching out to Yahoo specialists, I was informed that the email cannot be recovered, and they suggested creating a new email account.

I recently discovered that my Instagram account was disabled by Instagram for allegedly violating their community guidelines. This happened yesterday. I believed it was an internet connection problem or an app bug, so I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue persisted. To my surprise, I was informed that my account had been disabled for violating the guidelines, though I'm certain I had not done anything wrong. I submitted an appeal, stating that this was a mistake. I've been searching for a solution online to expedite the process and learned that it might take up to 8 months to receive a response, likely from a bot. Upon going to bed, I could use my Instagram normally, but the next morning, I found myself logged out with endless error messages upon trying to log back in. Eventually, it was revealed that my account had been "disabled," and my profile was nowhere to be found on the app. Traveling in Europe made me suspect that quick switches between different locations might have triggered this action. I also considered the possibility of my account being hacked during logins from various Wi-Fi spots. Despite not knowingly violating any rules during my 10 years on Instagram, my account remains inaccessible. All I wish for is to regain access to my original account with its stored memories and social connections. I contacted Instagram while in Poland, but even after submitting the appeal form upon returning to the U.S., I am yet to receive a response. Now, upon login attempts, I do not even receive the "account disabled" message; instead, I am informed that my username, email, and phone number cannot be located.

You canceled my son's account without a valid reason. He did not violate any rules. I need his contacts from all over Canada and the US. These people are all part of our motocross family, and I would like to have all the pictures. Please provide me with the exact reason for the action taken against my son, greg_rovers_50. I am his mother and can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] This is crucial to me as motocross is his passion, and he excels at it. He is drug-free, does not consume alcohol, and only seeks the thrill of racing across Canada and the US with the encouragement of his family and motocross community. Instagram's decision has deprived him of this support network. Kindly reconsider reinstating his account or provide me with the necessary information to reconnect with our community and supportive friends. Even the return of the pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue when trying to create an Instagram account through Facebook. Despite filling out all fields correctly, I received an error message upon submission. Subsequently, I attempted to sign up again using the same email associated with my Facebook, only to be informed that the email is already linked to an existing Instagram account. Upon trying to log in to Instagram to connect the two accounts or reset the password, I was surprised to receive a message stating no account was found with that email address. This problem is a hindrance as I require the Instagram account to be linked to my specific Facebook for work purposes. Hello, my username on Instagram is hvm. Recently, my account was unjustly closed by the Instagram team due to false reports of impersonation. Despite my multiple attempts to contact Instagram and provide the necessary identification proof, my account remains inaccessible. I recently discovered that a fake email was added to my Instagram account [@ayannamlowe]. I received a notification about suspicious activity, mentioning "phishing," even though I haven't engaged in any such behavior. The email linked to the account is [redacted], which is not my actual email address. I had to use this fake email because my real email was associated with an old account. Despite repeatedly trying to use my real email, I was unable to. Now, I am locked out of my account and I am unsure how to change the email linked to it. Recently, my Instagram account (@hannahbilthebananabil) has been experiencing issues, so I decided to log out and back in to see if it would help. Unfortunately, when I tried to log back in, my password wasn't accepted. I had updated my account to ensure I could reset the password using my email or phone number if needed, but the reset was attempted on my old phone number, causing a problem. As a last resort, I tried using Samsung Pass, which stores my passwords. Even with the saved password from Samsung Pass, I couldn't log in. I believe there might be a bug causing this issue. I urgently need access to my account. Is there a way for you to assist me, possibly by sending a code to help me log in? Thank you.

Dear Get Human, On September 10, [redacted], I received disturbing videos on WhatsApp from an unknown number. I reported this to the police due to the violent content. To keep these videos secure and show them to the authorities, I stored them in a private file on my iPhone. Strangely, shortly after, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were closed. I am bewildered as to why Instagram was involved in this matter. I received an email informing me of the social media ban without any explanation or means to appeal. I am a ski instructor with no criminal record or political affiliations. This sudden loss of access to my accounts has had a severe impact on my personal and professional life. I am desperate to resolve this issue but have been unable to contact the platforms directly. I have heard that your company specializes in resolving such situations. Can you assist me in resolving this matter?

Dear Support Team, Yesterday, my account "wessam.alagha" logged out on its own and when I tried to log back in, it said the user was not found. Upon creating a new account, I noticed that my original account had been changed to "wessam.alagha.done." I am concerned about how someone could have accessed my account without notifying me via email. I have already set up two-factor authentication with my phone number, used the Duo application as instructed in the security center, utilized recovery codes, and linked my account to both Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, I am unable to open any links outside of Instagram or in messages. I have attached an image of my account for your reference and have also contacted you via the email associated with my Instagram account to be notified of any changes. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
