Three years ago, I created an art account on Instagram linked to my art business Facebook page using a low-end Android phone. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the phone number associated with it. Last August, I switched to a new phone and successfully logged into my Instagram accounts. I have tried to upload multiple images this week, but each time they display as white. This issue is also happening on my Facebook account, which is linked to Instagram. The images appear normal when I upload them, but once posted, they turn completely white. I have a video to demonstrate this problem, but I have since deleted the post. I am eager to resume posting normally and have already reached out to Instagram's support multiple times without any resolution. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

When accessing my account, it suddenly displayed a different name, and I couldn't log in with my email or password. After some effort, I reported the issue through the help page, successfully changed my password and email to secure it. However, two days later, I encountered the same problem with my login credentials no longer working. I am desperate to regain access as my account holds precious photos of my grandson. I suspect it might have been reported by many of my friends and Instagram followers.

I created an account called Lionscale Cookies for my local cookie business in the Memphis area. Two of us manage the account, but unfortunately, the phone number linked to it was entered incorrectly. Upon clicking a link I received and logging in, I unknowingly accessed a fake Instagram page, resulting in my account being hacked. After discovering this, I promptly changed my password. When attempting to access my account today, it prompted me to verify outdated information. Despite having updated my phone number, the system still refers to my old email and phone number for verification. I'm concerned that my Instagram account might be compromised. Over the past few weeks, I've been prompted to reset my password multiple times because it appears that an app linked to my account is purchasing followers. I've even been temporarily banned because of this issue.
I want to clarify that I have never purchased any followers for my Instagram account, not even a single one. The only promotional activity I engaged in was within the app itself, and that was a while ago. I have kept my password secure, not sharing it with anyone, so I'm puzzled as to how this keeps happening.
My Instagram account is essential for my business, and I've put in a lot of effort to build it up. A friend suggested that my account might have been compromised, but I can't understand how they keep accessing my account details rapidly despite my efforts to use different and secure passwords each time.
I've also checked the list of authorized apps, but there is nothing suspicious there. Any advice on what steps I should take to address this would be greatly appreciated.

A friend DM'd me a message claiming they made something for me with a link attached. I opened it and was prompted to sign into Instagram. Believing it was legitimate, I entered my username and password. Unfortunately, this led to my account being hacked and the same message being sent to all my followers. I am now temporarily blocked and unable to sign in. The recovery process requires a code sent to my device, but nothing has arrived despite clicking the resend button multiple times. I have been attempting to contact Instagram through the support link for several days without success. My account "alica_maria" has been compromised, as Instagram claims I shared my password with a service to increase likes or followers, which I have never done. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. In August, while on holiday in France, a notification on Instagram informed me that someone from Copenhagen had logged into my account. I confirmed it wasn't me, and they attempted to send a security code to an unfamiliar email address linked to my account. Unfortunately, I can't access this email. I haven't linked my Facebook or phone number for recovery. I have searched for solutions with no success. I have a business account on Instagram and recently applied for shopping but unexpectedly got denied. I find it frustrating that there is no way to appeal the decision or re-apply. I own a registered LLC in California, have my website domain, and successfully link my Facebook shop to my website. However, Instagram's quick rejection without any recourse is puzzling.
