Hello, I am reaching out because my daughter's Instagram account, "wishingwyatt," has been disabled. This account meant a lot to her as she had pictures with her favorite internet band and herself on it. We had permission from the band to use her pictures, and they even messaged her privately and followed her on that account. Unfortunately, losing access to her account has been quite devastating for her. She has faced challenges this year, including the loss of her baby cousin and struggles at school, and the support from the band members and other fans has been a source of comfort for her. We have already submitted several pictures of her with her passport for verification purposes. It would mean a lot if you could reinstate her account as soon as possible. Hello, My account got disabled due to a server outage two weeks ago. I've been unsuccessful in recovering it despite going through the appeal process multiple times. Whenever I contact someone, they advise me to follow on-screen instructions, but all I see is the "learn more" option, which just leads me back to the appeal form. I feel trapped in this cycle of appeals that leads to nowhere. It's frustrating that a company earning substantial profits annually cannot provide adequate customer support staffed by real individuals. I've attempted the appeal process numerous times, only to be stuck in the on-screen instructions loop generated by a code and algorithm. Hello, I am unable to access my Instagram account as I have forgotten both my password and the password to my linked email. The username for my Instagram account is Rhinestonecosplay, with the first name displayed being Rhinestone and the last name Cosplay. The original email address used for the account was [redacted], which I can no longer access. I am requesting to update the email associated with my account to [redacted] as I urgently need to regain access. I am willing to provide verification through alternate pictures of myself not present on the account, or even a video call. I am having trouble accessing my account. Facebook seems to have linked and generated a random account. The email address and username I originally used was [redacted] and dereklangg respectively. However, when I attempt to log in, it directs me to this unspecified account Facebook created. After selecting "get help signing in" and providing my username, it displays a "find your account" page. Upon entering my username, it leads me to a screen to access my correct account with the option to log in with Facebook. When I choose that, it prompts for the current password instead of linking with the Facebook account. Returning to the correct username and password also lands me in the random account created by Facebook.

After extensive research, I secured the perfect domain and was pleased to find that this username was available on various social platforms. I proceeded to create accounts across different platforms to establish a social presence for my marketing efforts. However, upon trying to create the Instagram account, I received a notification stating it was disabled for violating Instagram's terms. I had not posted, messaged, liked, commented, or even completed the account setup process. It's puzzling as I did not have the chance to violate any terms. When trying to log in with my credentials, I am redirected to a page to download data, stating my account is disabled without an explanation. I created an account using my email address. Later, I disabled or deleted it, but I can't recall which one. Now, when I attempt to create a new account, it indicates that "Another account is using [redacted]" However, when I try to log in using the same email, it says, "The username you entered doesn't belong to an account." Even though I don't know my username, I assumed using my email would work, but it didn't. When I tried the "Forgot password?" option, it showed "No Users Found" after I entered my email. I'm confused as it first claims another account is using my email, but then it says no account is tied to it when I try to log in or reset my password. I just want to regain access to my account using my email address.

Good evening, I'm currently attempting to regain access to my Instagram account @didiconnofficial. I had previously reached out for assistance and received a response from someone named Jeremy. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to the account, as it was created for me during my time on a TV show. I was a part of the original cast of "Grease" and also appeared on "Dancing on Ice," which is how the account was established. There is a substantial following on this account, which I am currently unable to personally manage. I am now seeking access through my personal email address [redacted] Jeremy provided instructions to write a specific code on a piece of paper, along with my name and Instagram handle, and take a photo with it. I followed these instructions on two separate occasions, yet the images were deemed unacceptable, despite adhering to the guidelines in the initial email. I have since followed up with Jeremy twice but have not received a response. My account has been compromised, with my username changed and now I am unable to access it. The situation is more complex as a "fake" account was created using my actual login details. Despite providing all necessary information and a photo to Instagram's email support, the problem was not resolved as they failed to understand the details of my issue. Their assumption that the fake account was legitimate led to an incorrect resolution. I received a notification that my post was removed for not aligning with the Community Guidelines on regulated goods. I am puzzled by this action as my post seemed compliant upon review. Despite reading and acknowledging the guidelines, I pressed "ok," only to be presented with a red message saying, "Sorry, Try again?" This has left me confused about the specific violation in question.

I have had my account for over 6 months, and it is currently without any posts as I had deleted them previously. This morning, when I tried to open the app, a pop-up appeared stating that I had violated Instagram guidelines. Initially, I thought it was a misunderstanding and tried to report the issue on Instagram. However, every time I clicked okay, I received a message saying, "There's been a problem, please try again." I spent over an hour troubleshooting by reviewing the guidelines and my account to find the issue. I restarted my iPhone, checked my connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing worked. After emailing support, I received a response directing me to the Help Center website as they no longer support email inquiries. I then messaged the support number provided. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly as I believe I have not violated any guidelines, considering the growth I have achieved on Instagram. Hello, I am having issues with my Instagram account, hermes_jack. I am unsure if it has been disabled or if the emails I am receiving are due to my attempts to fix a login problem. Whenever I try to log in on my phone, I receive an error message saying, “Sorry, there was a problem with your request.” I have watched YouTube tutorials suggesting temporarily disabling the account to resolve this issue. However, upon trying to reenable it, I found an email stating that my account has been disabled due to violating terms of service. I am unsure if this is related to my attempts to fix the login problem or an actual violation. I have attempted to download my data, but nothing happens. If my account is disabled, I would like to know when I will regain access. I have invested money in promotions and other activities on the platform. Hello, I have been an Instagram user for a few years now. Recently, my account's "like feature" was disabled, and I received a message stating that my account was temporarily blocked due to previous use of the like feature. The block is set to expire on 28/06/19. I was surprised by this as I don't believe I have violated any community guidelines on Instagram. I rarely use the like feature excessively or leave repetitive comments on posts. I have tried reaching out to Instagram's help center multiple times but have yet to receive any assistance. I need to report a person on Instagram who is harassing me. This individual started following me, liking my pictures, and even appeared on my Facebook without my consent. The account belongs to a transgender woman who goes by the names Betty Taylor or Betty Fikes on Instagram as btaylor45. After some research, I discovered that this person was a male. The problem escalated when I realized I contracted STDs from a friend who had been involved with this individual. It seems this person created multiple fake Instagram accounts under various names. I politely asked them to leave my accounts but they refused. It's distressing that this person, who is a registered sex offender, is pretending to be someone else and is spreading false information. I am requesting the closure of their social media accounts as blocking them hasn't stopped the harassment. It's causing me significant distress and health issues.

I have encountered ongoing issues with my Instagram accounts, @crayolacurse and @hellpalace. Despite my attempts to address these problems by reporting them through the help center, visiting the website, updating the app, and reinstalling it, I have not received any resolution. The first issue relates to missing stickers in stories, like Music, Locations, and Polls, which other users can access but I cannot. Although this was initially bothersome, I tried to overlook it. The second problem involved being unable to log into my side account, @hellpalace, which I use regularly to connect with friends and family. Not being able to access this account via the app has been frustrating, forcing me to resort to using the desktop version. Additionally, I am now unable to post to my personal story on my main account, @crayolacurse, which is upsetting as I use it to stay in touch with many individuals, including collaborators. Despite multiple attempts to contact Instagram for assistance, I have received no response. I am disappointed with the declining quality of the platform and the lack of human support in addressing these issues.

For several days, my Instagram has not been working properly. When people send me hearts, they do not appear in the chat, and it incorrectly shows that they have seen the message but not replied. Running my business through Instagram, my customers believe I am ignoring them, but I am actually unable to view the messages they send. Many of us are experiencing an issue where after getting a screen saying our post has been deleted, we encounter a message saying “sorry there was a problem” when we try to play it. This prevents us from proceeding further. Instagram, it is crucial that you rectify this bug by either eliminating the post deleted screen or enabling us to press okay without encountering an error.
