Hello Instagram, my name is Damla Ozgan. I have been trying to reach out to you for a while now, as I am very concerned about my account not working. This issue started 3 days ago. I cannot see any photos, messages, or anything else on my account. I have reported this problem numerous times, but no action has been taken. I have attempted to find a solution by searching online, but nothing has been effective. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times, yet I keep receiving an "error occurred" message. I even tried creating a new Instagram account, but encountered a "signup error" message. On either 6/30 or 6/31, my account was disabled. When attempting to log in, an error message appeared stating I had not followed community guidelines. This is confusing as I have always complied with the rules. Clicking "ok" or "learn more" did not respond when tapped, leaving me stuck on the screen. I tried on different devices with the same result. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times for support, I have not received any assistance. With 10.4k followers, sharing my car photos is my passion. Building this following has been a long and hard journey, and having to start over would be devastating. The situation has caused me significant stress and frustration. I am eager for someone to reach out to help me resolve this matter.

Hello, Instagram. I am facing an issue with my account security. My Instagram has been hacked for over a week now, exposing my followers to false bank scams. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any assistance. The hacker changed the email associated with my account, making it impossible for me to reset my password. This breach in security is concerning as the hacker now has access to my conversations and is manipulating my followers. I hope for a prompt resolution as this situation has been ongoing for almost a week. My Instagram handle is rashrash10101. The email I initially used was [redacted], but I later updated it to [redacted] I first created my Instagram account years ago on an iPhone without a phone number. I attempted to create an account on the app, but only managed to create a username before being prompted to log in again. When I tried to log in with the same email, it stated it was already in use. When attempting to log in on my computer, it indicated no account was associated with that email. After trying to log in through Facebook, it revealed that my account was disabled for breaching community guidelines and advised me to follow recovery instructions sent to my email. The process involved submitting a photo with a code and account details. Despite following these steps, I have not received a response or seen any changes. I wish to have the account deleted for a fresh start or repaired to enable its use.

My username was altered and all my posts and messages have been deleted. I promptly reset my password upon discovering the issue. Nevertheless, I am now seeking assistance to recover the lost content and messages. Additionally, I am interested in identifying the perpetrator of this breach. Although my account is accessible again, the missing content remains unresolved. I am disappointed with the lack of support from customer service on IG. This should have a straightforward solution. I created my account @krupanshi_sk some years ago, but I have forgotten the password and never linked it to an email. I initially used my phone number to create it, but that number is no longer under my control. I now use the @_frost_fairy1432 account and wish to delete the old one, but without access to the original phone number or email, I am unable to do so. I am experiencing difficulties activating my shoppable Instagram feature. I have a business account and my Facebook page is linked to my Instagram account. I also have a catalog connected to my Instagram account. However, when attempting to add the shop, it indicates that it's not available on my account. I logged into Facebook to troubleshoot and confirmed my products are in the catalog manager, offering me the option to set up Instagram shopping. After trying to connect a profile, I encountered a popup showing an account named Ecoriginals~Byron Bay Nappy, which seems to be my company, but it states it’s not eligible for Instagram Shopping. When I tried to link a new business profile, Instagram mentioned the profile is already connected. I am unsure how to proceed as everything seems connected correctly, but the account displayed is deemed ineligible. Any guidance on how to make this account eligible would be greatly appreciated.

My account has been disabled, and although the email states I violated the terms of service, I do not understand the exact reason for deactivation. My account is family-friendly, unlike others that are still active. I did not receive any prior warnings as the email mentioned, and I will continue to appeal this decision until my account is reinstated. I do not post nudity, impersonate others, or engage in harassment. My content focuses on family adventures and positivity. Having faced bullying and harassment in the past, my account is a safe space. I request further clarification on why my account was disabled without warning. I'm frustrated with my experience on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Every time I've encountered scammers, seeking help through the provided forms has been ineffective, leaving me feeling stuck. I want to delete all my accounts due to ongoing issues. The password reset process has been a challenge, especially as I have separate accounts for mobile and desktop versions which complicates things. I can't seem to keep track. Hello. I encountered an issue while attempting to set up an Instagram account. Upon trying to log in for the first time, I was notified that my account was disabled for violating Instagram's terms of service, despite not yet accessing the account. I provided my email address, [redacted], chose a username (initially unavailable), and used the generated username "peterdrew8." The password created included numerals, uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as special characters like @ and *. The account creation process seemed successful until I received the disabled account message either immediately or upon initial login. Despite the lack of phone support and difficulty finding Instagram's support channels, I'm uncertain whether to abandon this account creation attempt or seek assistance to have the account reactivated. You can verify this information on www.whois.com. I have been reluctantly dealing with James Lee's involvement on the site, hoping to increase business. We had an agreement not to change passwords, but he recently has caused issues by taking control. I have not been able to access my accounts fully and need assistance to regain control. I have attempted to reach out to “Support” through the app twice but have not received a response yet. I am hopeful that posting here will help me resolve this issue. I manage two Instagram accounts: @lologrubbs and @Kimballtravel (my business account). I am rebranding my business to Lauren Grubbs Travel and need to change the @Kimballtravel handle to @laurengrubbstravel. Despite creating @laurengrubbstravel previously, it seems to be linked to my @lologrubbs personal account. Whenever I log in, it directs me to @lologrubbs instead of opening the @laurengrubbsravel page. I aim to remove @laurengrubbstravel from my personal account and rename @kimballtravel to @laurengrubbstravel. I have struggled with this for months without any response from Instagram.
