I have two Instagram accounts, one for work and one personal. My work account is inactive, but my personal account won't load, and I can no longer access it. When I tried to reset the password, I didn't receive the email, possibly because it was sent to the wrong address. I then tried the text option, but now the system is creating a new account. I want to regain access to my old personal account, but I can only view it as a follower, not an owner. How can I recover my account? I've attempted multiple times in the past day without success. I recently joined Instagram and have been actively using it for about a month. This morning, everything was working fine, but this afternoon, I am unable to log in as my account has been disabled. I'm puzzled by this as I've only shared 8 posts, all of which are different pictures. 5 of the posts were personal photos exhibiting my collection of Harry Potter items displayed on a shelf, 1 was of an open book near a pool, and 2 were sneak peeks from a site where I purchased Pin's, for which I even credited the owner. However, when I tried to appeal this account disablement, my username is being flagged as incorrect even though I know it is accurate.

I have submitted my report three times, but I am feeling helpless as I have not received any response from Instagram. My account was hacked around 11pm two nights ago, and both my email and password were changed, preventing me from accessing it. I suspect the hacker also gained access to my email because I briefly saw an email regarding revert changes before it disappeared. I have checked my trash and spam folders to no avail. Fortunately, my account's appearance has not been altered yet, but I am concerned about what the hacker might do in the future. I am eager to regain control of my account and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I need help from anyone in the community. There is a person being mean to me and refusing to return my original_tod_fox account, it has been almost 5 days now. I don't understand why he won't give it back. I've reached out to everyone for support in vain. This account is important to me as it's for my fox role play. I reported the hack on May 8th at 6:16 pm and haven't heard back yet. I feel like the company is not handling this situation well, it's like they're shutting down their services when it comes to helping me. The person who hacked me is @nullmyshit, he is pressuring me to do things I don't want to do and keeping my account hostage. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter further and have Instagram staff contact me directly. Thank you.

Despite reporting the problem and confirming that my email is associated with the account, Instagram has failed to remove it from their system. I have followed the steps on the "Delete Your Account Page" and have reiterated that the email belongs to me, but the issue persists. I sought assistance from Instagram's 2-Factor Authentication Support to recover my hacked account, but their automated support did not resolve the issue. I followed all the steps and responded to emails correctly, proving my ownership. My account was compromised on May 3rd, with the hacker changing my username, password, and email. Despite using the same email since [redacted], I couldn't prevent the changes as I didn't receive confirmation emails. Instagram's response mentioned security concerns but failed to acknowledge my history with the account. Following the hack, my friends noticed the altered username to darwinedon3_7lyn. I reported this to Instagram support but received an email in Russian to the new username, leading to the account disappearing. I fear the hacker may have deleted it. I desperately seek assistance in recovering my valuable family memories and connections lost due to this breach. I have included photos and passport details to verify my identity. Hello, I am writing about a family photo account issue. I was able to access this account until around January 20th or 21st. When I tried to log in from abroad, it stated that there was a suspicious login attempt. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with the account. I typically logged in from my previous device, an iPhone 7, or my current device, an iPhone X, and occasionally from my iPad. I created the account using an email address that I cannot recall exactly. If you check the account, you will see that I requested to follow my private account, MuhammedNaeem10. I urgently need help to regain access to this account as it contains important pictures, even though it has no followers. Thank you.

On Saturday afternoon, I posted on my account and logged off until later that night. When I returned, everything looked normal, and I logged out. The next morning, I noticed a story posted on my Instagram account that I didn't post. When I tried to log in, the password had been changed. I've attempted to reset it using my email, but that has also been altered by the hacker. I'm feeling frustrated because the information I've received hasn't been useful. I just want to regain access to my account, change the password, and restore my original information.

A few days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my main account with an error message, directing me to a different account. Despite re-entering my password correctly, I was continually met with an error message. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password via email as the account was created with an outdated email address. When attempting to use the code on my phone to reset the password, the option was only available for other accounts. After patiently waiting for two days, my username and profile picture were changed without my authorization. Concerned about potential hacking activities, I seek assistance to restore my account security. My account name is now @hopeyesowitz.

I received a message about updating my account email. I followed the instructions, but every time I try to verify or log in on any device, the system keeps asking me to update the email to the same one I just changed it to. I don't have another email to use. When I click on update email, I get a message saying it's been updated, then an "Oops, an error occurred" message appears. I tried multiple times with the same result. I really need access to my account and I can provide any necessary information to prove ownership. Please assist me with this issue.

My account, under the username gresa_pallaska, was hacked by unknown individuals, and because I no longer have access to the associated email, my account has been taken over entirely. The hackers have changed the email and phone number, and the account now operates under various usernames like funny_shqippp, videohumoristikee_, fotohumoristikee_, shqipman_, albaniianpage_, hajgaarepapre_, and most recently Albania_central. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and can provide details about the account history, including its creation on May 30, [redacted], and the original username gresa_pallaska. Furthermore, I am willing to provide information about some of the original photographs on the account if necessary. I am hopeful you can outline the necessary procedures for recovering my Instagram account.

On April 27th, I bought a new Apple iPhone and unknowingly remained logged into my primary Instagram account, julialocricchio, on my old device. This account was connected to my email, [redacted], and my phone number, [redacted]. I received an email on September 24th, [redacted], requesting me to verify my email for security purposes. I failed to confirm it at that time. Additionally, I have multiple accounts associated with my phone number - juulia_666_, litkitsfinsta, and locricchiojulia, the latter account was mistakenly created when I tried to link Facebook and Instagram. However, I am currently only receiving recovery options for these three accounts and I urgently need to regain access to my julialocricchio account.

I will attach that email as a JPEG file to verify my ownership. Despite receiving the email, I failed to confirm it. I have additional accounts linked to the phone number "[redacted]," including "juulia_666_," "litkitsfinsta," and "locricchiojulia." The accidental creation of the account "locricchiojulia" occurred while attempting to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts for simultaneous posting. Dear Support Team, I recently purchased a new mobile phone and have encountered issues with my Instagram account. I am unsure how it happened, but I now seem to have two accounts associated with the same email address. One account, "petramulacova," is currently blocked and the other, "mulacovapetra," has no picture. I kindly request your assistance with the following: 1. Could you delete both accounts so that I can create a new one using my long-standing email, [redacted]? 2. Alternatively, could you delete the account "mulacovapetra" and grant me access to my original account, "petramulacova"? 3. If neither of these options is feasible, would it be possible to block both accounts and remove the profile pictures? On Saturday, May 11th, around 9:30 pm, I was logged out of my Instagram account on my iPhone. When I tried to log back in, it stated that the user, phone number, and email were not found. When searching from another account, I could see my profile but was unable to access it. I submitted a photo with my username to Instagram for help but have not received a response. By Sunday morning, my account had disappeared, making me suspect it was hacked. I have been attempting to reach Instagram via email without success. Losing my account, which had close to [redacted] posts crucial for my upcoming business, as well as precious photos and videos of loved ones, has been devastating. I hope to hear back from someone soon.

I am dealing with a persistent individual who continues to create fake Instagram profiles in an attempt to follow and message me. The first account was blocked after they tried to contact me, only for them to swiftly delete it and create a new one, which was (kassidylaurenn). It seems likely this is someone from my school who has a history of troubling behavior, and I suspect it might be my previous partner. This situation is causing me distress and fear, given their past actions. Unfortunately, I do not have the details of the initial account as it was promptly deleted. Despite the latest account being removed after I questioned the user, I managed to capture a screenshot for reference. I am seeking your assistance in identifying and addressing this concerning situation. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked about 2 months ago. A person was added to one of my close friends' group without our knowledge. When questioned, my friend denied adding him. Shortly after asking the person to leave, he sent me a link, leading to my account being hacked. Despite denying involvement, he had control of my account. I promptly changed my password, enabled two-factor authentication, yet recently saw his content on my account without following him. He also commented on his own posts using my profile, and my messages were accessed without my knowledge. An email notification revealed the number on my Instagram was changed to his. I am frustrated and concerned, despite taking security measures. I fear he might hack my account again. I urgently seek assistance.

I am concerned that my account may have been compromised as I received a password reset email in Arabic, although the link seemed legitimate with a clear number for verification. After following the steps and changing my password, Instagram asked for my phone number for further verification. I received a text message with a code containing a space, which caused an issue when entering it. Upon submitting the code without the space, the screen went blank, and the link seemed invalid. I am alarmed by this situation as I input all the information directly on the Instagram website. Could there be a security breach on the platform causing these difficulties?
