A while back, I fell victim to a link-sharing hack. I was able to reset my password, but when I try to log in now, it's asking for a 2-factor authentication code that I never set up. My account is under my name with my phone number and email linked to it. I'm looking for a way to regain access to my account.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding our account that was compromised due to a phishing attack. Despite attempting to recover it through the ID upload tool, I received a message stating that I have used it too many times. This issue has persisted since Friday and is particularly concerning because all our advertising accounts are tied to this account (email: [redacted]). Without access to this account, we are unable to advertise on any of your platforms. The email address associated with the account has been changed to i****************4@o******.com, which belongs to the attacker. Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to report that my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked on May 28, [redacted], at 5 PM. The hacker has been requesting money from my friends through my accounts. Although I have informed Facebook about the issue, my Facebook account is now secure, but the hacker is still accessing my Instagram. I have attached a screenshot of the conversation for reference. I was convinced to invest €[redacted] in a scheme promising €10,[redacted] in 2 hours. Following their instructions, they asked for my email for verification. They also requested a video of me receiving the €10,[redacted] to prove it's safe. I grew suspicious, attempted to change my password, and was locked out of my account. Now, scammers are using my account to falsely claim I have €18,[redacted]. I contacted Instagram with details and screenshots, but they stated they couldn't assist me.

Best regards, Majowski Nicole Here are some requirements that have been clarified by a lawyer to inform you of the rights I have as a user. - Adhere to the one-month deadline If Instagram does not respond, you should file for an injunction after the deadline has passed. - Typically, Instagram will ask you for specific instructions for identity verification, which you should follow to expedite the process. This did not happen as you did not allow me to respond or provide a link for identity verification. Therefore, I urge you for the last time to send a code for identity verification and to send a selfie. If you do not comply, everything will be handled by a lawyer, and action will be taken against META.

I am not sure why you assumed I am selling or offering counterfeit goods. I simply used example images from Google and in my last story, which I did not get to finish due to my account being deactivated, I wanted to inform people about affordable alternatives for those who cannot afford expensive brand perfumes. These alternative no-name brands can be found on Amazon, www.dueftewelt.com, DM, Rossman, Zara, and some perfume stores. Therefore, the accusations of selling fakes and trademark infringement do not apply in this case. I understand why my account was deactivated based on the suspicion of selling fake goods. Now that the misunderstanding has been clarified with evidence from these websites, I hope my account can be reactivated as the suspicion of selling fake goods has been disproven. I can no longer access my account, Shani _ Bendahan_bitton. My phone number has changed, and I am unable to log in due to the two-step authentication process. I cannot use the apps either because I originally submitted my phone number for verification. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account named ayeitsgalas due to issues with the two-step authentication. I am not receiving the codes on my phone number, and I did not save the 8-digit codes provided during setup. Despite attempting to confirm my identity with a live video, I am being rejected. I was logged out of my Instagram account, and when I try to log back in, I don't receive any SMS even though they asked for it and it's the correct number. When I click on "forgot password," I do receive the SMS, but when it comes to actually logging in, it asks for another SMS that I don't receive. I tried the email option, but the same thing happened. It keeps asking for an SMS to my correct number, but I never get it. Please help me.

Other hackers, including scale.shop_pictures, are also targeting my account. 9. There are delays in receiving the two-factor login code. 10. I am being tagged in gift card promotions and competitions by hackers without my consent. 11. The codes sent to me consistently result in errors. Additionally, I have some questions: 1. Why am I not notified when a feature like following profiles is disabled? 2. Why did the code length suddenly change from 6 digits to 8 digits? 3. Why can't I use a received 6-digit code for subsequent logins? 4. How long will it take for my issues to be reviewed and resolved? 5. What further information do you require? 6. Why do the codes continue to show errors upon receipt? 7. Why have I not received an 8-digit code on my phone or email? 8. How long should I expect to wait for a resolution? I am providing evidence of these ongoing difficulties and appreciate clarification on these matters.

I fear that my followers may have seen it and could be tricked into a scam. Please disable the account permanently as I can't access it to secure it. I can't access my Instagram account ([redacted]). I attempted to log in using my password and phone number and received the following message: "You can’t access certain settings for a few days. This is because we noticed a new login from a device or web browser you don’t usually use. You can still access these settings from a device you’ve logged in with in the past."
