After setting up two-factor authentication, I accidentally disabled my account. I tried to log in using backup codes but was unsuccessful. I have sent several JPG selfie verifications to the support emails provided. I also attempted to fill out the disabled account form online, but it requires verification I can't provide. The video selfie verification failed to upload multiple times. The app still shows my account as active, but the desktop version claims there is no account. In an attempt to regain access, I changed my email and password, only to lose access to my Apple Passwords feature. This account holds important contacts, business leads, and sentimental data. I urgently need help to resolve this issue since I deactivated my account without violating any terms or rules.

I request assistance from a live customer service representative to regain access to my account. I disabled it after setting up two-factor authentication and now can't log in using the backup codes provided. I have repeatedly sent JPG selfie verifications to the support email but to no avail. The online disabled account form requires verification that I cannot fulfill. The video selfie verification also failed to submit with an error message. The app shows my account as active, but on desktop, it claims there is no account. I tried to change my email and password, but it resulted in losing the Apple Passwords feature. I urgently need access as my account holds important contacts, business leads, and sentimental content. Hello Customer Support, I am writing to inform you that my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been locked and despite a review, they were not restored. My account allegedly violated something unknown to me. I noticed in my emails that someone requested a recovery code and then logged in. This was NOT me! It seems my account was hacked! The email shows that someone logged in from Rhineland-Palatinate. I was not living there at the time. As you can see, I logged in from Lübeck shortly before, and even my appeal came from Lübeck. Moreover, changing locations in such a short time would have been impossible for me. I kindly ask for a reassessment and hope you can restore my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Hello, I am Mr. John T., the owner of the account @johnpedro777 which you blocked since July 1, [redacted], due to the sale of prohibited or regulated products in my country. However, I have never violated such rules as I do not sell anything on my account. I simply showcase Vape products that I use in my daily life, making sure to always display age restrictions. While my account was blocked, I was contacted by a hacker claiming responsibility and asking for €[redacted] to restore access. I am confused as to why no action has been taken to help me if this is true. Vaping has helped me through tough times, and I enjoy sharing my passion by displaying the products I use. Hello, I'm Natalie S. and my Instagram account is natalie_shved. Two days ago, I got a notification from Facebook saying my Instagram account was deleted from Account Center. Since then, I've been trying to log in without success. The app mentioned an email with a login link sent to an unknown email address ending in @ukr.net. I'm unable to access this email. When I try to use my phone number, a code is required from an authentication app I don't have. Setting one up demands a key I can't receive without logging into Instagram. Dear Sir, I would like to report that my official Facebook account, which was linked to my Instagram account, has been disabled. I suspect that my account was hacked. On July 9th at around 10 am, while using my Facebook account, I clicked on a link that led to unusual activity. Later, at 2.40 pm, while playing a game linked to my Facebook account, I noticed another device trying to access my game. Concerned, I immediately deactivated my Facebook account. I want to emphasize that I have not violated any community guidelines on my Instagram account. I fear the hacker's intentions are related to my Bgmi account, as they may have tried to access it through Instagram. My Facebook account is longstanding, around 8-9 years old, while my Instagram account is relatively new at 2 years. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my accounts as they hold personal and professional significance to me as I pursue a career with the West Bengal Police. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Jen. Sadly, my main Instagram account was hacked yesterday, and the login email address was changed, leaving me locked out of my account. I've tried following the instructions provided by Instagram Help Center without success. When trying to revert to my original email address by clicking "Send Login Link," I keep receiving a message saying "No users found." Furthermore, the email notification sent by Instagram about the email address change did not offer any method to return to the original email. A few days prior, I received a suspicious message from "Meta" threatening to suspend my account in 24 hours for alleged Instagram rule violations. I followed the link provided in the message to object to the claim by entering my email and password. Shortly after this, my account was hacked, and I was logged out with no ability to regain access. Despite receiving two password reset emails later on, I can't secure my account as the hackers changed my email. Hello, my Instagram account has been temporarily suspended. I tried to log in to appeal, but I needed an SMS code. However, my cell phone was inactive that day, so I couldn't receive the SMS. Hello, I hope you can help me. I fell victim to a phishing scam about 2 weeks ago, and my Instagram account is locked. I had downloaded an app to see who was following me or not, and to clean up my contacts. I ended up unfollowing many people at once, and to my surprise, Instagram locked my account. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the deactivation of my Facebook account (for not complying with the Community Standards). I believe my account was compromised as my linked Instagram account (@Julien_Prvt29) was also deactivated. As a cybersecurity student, I had a strong password and enabled two-factor authentication, so I am unsure how my credentials were obtained. I noticed that a friend request was accepted on 10/07/22, followed by a profile picture change and then my account was locked. I am unable to access it, even after submitting my identification. I always followed community guidelines and deactivated my account to take a break, but now I can't log in at all. I reset my password through the email notification and it worked, but I am still unable to log in due to issues with my mobile number. I have tried backup codes, submitting a selfie, and reached out to t mobile for assistance. Despite spending hours on the phone with technicians, the problem persists - I am not receiving the texts from the Instagram app for the 6-digit verification code needed to access my account. A couple of days ago, I encountered an issue on Instagram when it notified me that my account was temporarily locked. Following the prompt to confirm my identity, I input my phone number, but I never received the confirmation code despite repeated attempts. After researching how to resolve this, I searched for "My Instagram account has been deactivated," which led me to a form requesting my name, email, Instagram username, and an explanation of the situation. Despite entering all the information accurately, pressing send resulted in an error message stating that my User ID could not be found. I am unsure what further steps I can take to regain access to my account at this point as I have exhausted the options provided.

I mistakenly entered my information into a third-party service and my account got flagged for "suspicious activity." I tried using my phone number to reset the password and receive the recovery SMS, but the text won't send no matter what I try. Despite restarting my phone and app, as well as trying from my computer, the issue persists. My story on Instagram was flagged for violating community guidelines due to poor internet connection resulting in accidental double posting. I requested reviews for both flags, which were identical violations. One review deemed the story compliant and reposted it, while the other removed it and disabled my monetization tools for 3 months. I am seeking help to address this issue as I believe it was an error. Since one review showed no violation, I am looking for assistance to have the other flag removed and my monetization capabilities reinstated.

I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account. The hacker changed my email to [redacted] from [redacted] (username: ilo.vetravel). I lost access after receiving a message from a friend with a link prompting me to take a screenshot. I got an email stating that my email was changed to [redacted] The original account email was [redacted] created on an Android device in December [redacted]. There seems to be no way at all to report an issue on Instagram. The information on the website regarding Instagram support is outdated or incorrect. The support option is unavailable both on the browser and the Android 11 app. Attempting to provide feedback only leads to a generic response stating no support will be given. The platform seems indifferent to what occurs on the site. Despite numerous troubleshooting attempts, such as reinstalling the app and clearing caches, the issue persists on both Windows 10 and Android 11 platforms. Frustrated with the lack of response, I am considering deactivating my account and switching to other platforms like GETTR.com, VK.com, and TikTok where I have heard users are migrating due to similar issues on Instagram and Facebook. Disillusioned with the political and health-related controversies surrounding these platforms, I, like many others, am looking for a more reliable alternative. These details may be useful for addressing the ongoing problems.

I have submitted numerous video selfies and continue to be denied access to my account on Instagram. I have ample evidence proving it's my account, including my current email, phone number, and photos of my mom and me. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Instagram. They should have a contact number for live assistance. My account is nic_gocrazy, and my contact phone number is [redacted] and email address is [redacted] I am willing to provide my current password, which is NicholasRhine123. However, I am unable to access the second verification process as my backup codes are not working. I have also linked my Facebook account to it. What more can I do to regain access to my account?
