A few days ago, my account was hacked. I received a notification about someone accessing my account, and though I managed to log them out, my email and phone number were already changed. Unfortunately, I couldn't regain access as I was logged out. The imposter changed my username to @kaylasimmmos, and the culprits using the handles @turkmegatron and @flexturk are a group of hackers. Despite my reports, nothing has been done to address this issue. I have evidence, including screenshots of the fraudulent activity, to prove my ownership of the account. I cherish the followers I've gained and don't want my account to be taken over so easily. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I can't access my account after changing my profile name a week ago. I am unable to log in as it says my password is wrong. The email for password recovery is unfamiliar to me. My phone number linked to my Instagram has been the same for years and has not changed. My Instagram, which I believed was connected to my Google account, is not recognized in your system. The Facebook account that was previously linked is now unlinked, so I tried creating a new one, but the issue persists. I have used IG for work promotion and showcasing products and music for a long time. This sudden problem needs urgent resolution as it is affecting my work.

I am reaching out because my account got deleted earlier today at 10:52am due to unauthorized access by an unknown individual. I am not certain who may have done this.
Upon visiting the Help Center, I was informed that my account was deleted for violating the Terms. Could you provide more details on this issue? I am unsure about what transpired leading up to 10:52am. Everything seemed fine when I last accessed my account at 9am.

I am experiencing issues trying to access my Instagram business profile, grassroots_healing, as I received a message informing me that my account has been disabled for supposedly violating their terms and policies. I am uncertain if this is the true reason for the account being disabled or if it is related to recent problems with my website's domain DNS credentials that led to downtime for both my site and business email. In the past month, I have encountered recurring instances on Instagram where I was prompted to verify my account access. Despite confirming my identity, I faced difficulty logging in later on as the system claimed my password to be incorrect. The option to receive help via email did not work as the sent emails were not reaching my correct address. I attempted to reach out to Instagram by sending a photo of myself with a sign displaying a code, along with my full name and username, for account recovery. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from their end yet. How can I regain access to my Instagram account?

My Instagram account was hacked early yesterday morning while I was still asleep. The hacker changed my username, profile picture, password, and contact email, but my photos are still on my account. Friends have mentioned that the hacker is active. I have been monitoring from another account to check for further changes. I contacted Instagram at 8 a.m., and they responded quickly, asking for a photo of myself. I'm awaiting a response for almost 36 hours. I want my account back! My handle was @samg2001 before it was hacked; it's @njikaga now.

Hello, today I uninstalled and reinstalled my Instagram app due to account glitches. (It had glitched, and I had 6 accounts logged in somehow). When I tried to log into my five accounts, I could only access my main account @clarissa.hong since it was linked to my Facebook. @pressingslime was disabled for terms violation, although I believe I haven't violated any rules as I credit every repost. I can't log into @clarissa.spamm, @prspectve, and @slimeah on my iPhone 6s Plus; it shows an error message saying it can't complete the request. I hope to hear back from you soon to regain access to my accounts. Thank you.

My Instagram account, previously named "Allee Aubrianna," has been hacked and is now under the name "Zurg Marlowe." I have had this account for 6 years. Despite multiple attempts to regain access through Instagram's help center and emails, the issue remains unresolved. On Saturday, someone altered my profile settings to "giranme" but I managed to revert the changes. However, by Sunday, the handle was changed to "zurgmarlowe," and I was locked out of the account. I would like to request the account to be shut down to prevent further unauthorized access.

I have reviewed all of Instagram's advertising policies and have made numerous adjustments to my ad to comply. Despite seeking advice from experienced marketers who use Instagram, the ad continues to be disapproved. Previously, I've successfully promoted similar posts that were approved, and I am willing to provide evidence of this success. Multiple appeals have been made without receiving any response from Instagram. I am disappointed with the repeated disapprovals as I am eager to launch my brand on Instagram. We operate a Shopify store at www.slumberhut.co.uk and have a connected Facebook page/shop called Slumber Hut. Our Instagram ID is slumber_hut, and our Facebook page is linked to our Instagram account. Recently, Facebook mistakenly associated two of our onesie products with dating ads, which led us to hide them on Facebook to avoid issues.
Before hiding the products, we attempted to add Instagram as a shopping channel in Shopify, resulting in a prompt saying our store was 'Under Review'. Shortly after, it changed to 'Ineligible for product tagging. Please contact Instagram if you wish to appeal.'
Could this be related to the Facebook misunderstanding?
We value the ability to tag our products on Instagram and believe it would be mutually beneficial. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was logged out of my account around the end of July and am unable to log back in due to the 2-factor authentication system. I no longer have access to the phone number where the authentication code is sent. I've contacted Instagram support multiple times, but their responses direct me to the troubleshooting link, which does not address my specific issue. My account username is rorybrooks94 and my email address used for sign up is [redacted] I would prefer to receive communication through a different email address as the current one is outdated and difficult to use on my phone.

I wanted to share an unsettling experience I had on Instagram recently. A user who had connected with me through another platform started harassing me after I expressed disinterest and blocked them. Shortly after, they created a new account using my username to torment me with offensive posts directly targeting me. Despite reporting this individual for harassment, Instagram deemed their actions did not violate their guidelines, which I find to be completely unacceptable. The profile in question is named "fuck lumpkin" and contains only two images, both aimed at me.
This behavior is distressing, especially considering this person is located in my area. It is concerning to see Instagram allowing such harassment to continue unchecked. I am eager for a resolution to this situation and will pursue further action if necessary.

One day, while minding my own business, I unexpectedly received a notification that the password for my account had been changed, leading to my account being deleted. This is not the first time it has happened, as my previous account also faced a similar fate without reason. I am beginning to believe that Instagram may have a bias against black users. I would like to have my accounts @irantandspam and @basicallynochill restored, as they were important to me and had my closest friends connected. Losing them has made Instagram less enjoyable for me. If my account gets deleted again, my trust in Instagram will be significantly impacted.

I've tried everything, from updating the app to deleting and reinstalling it, signing out and back in, and even performing a hard reset on my phone. I converted my Instagram account to a business profile by altering the name but did not officially create a business account. I keep receiving prompts on Facebook to switch to an Instagram business account regularly. On my phone, the only option I see is to change to a business profile, not revert to a personal one. Following an active advertisement on Facebook and Instagram, I noticed that I am unable to access all the audience insights. I am considering transitioning my Instagram profile to a business one, but I am hesitant to make changes while my campaign is ongoing. A few months back, I experimented with the archive feature on Instagram and somehow ended up losing two videos from my page. Despite not finding them on my profile feed or in the archive folder, and knowing I didn't delete them, I was deeply disappointed. However, recently, I used the download data option in the settings and retrieved all my past posts on my computer. To my relief, I rediscovered the videos I had assumed were gone forever, almost a year later! Now that I see they were saved and downloaded, I am curious if there is a way to retrieve them back onto my account. I don't wish to repost them due to their diminished quality, but I am hopeful there might be a hidden location on my account where they are stored and could possibly be restored to their original posting date. I am currently an administrator on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue where Instagram does not allow me to connect the accounts or share to them. Despite efforts like creating a second Facebook page from Instagram and merging it with the original one, the connection has not been established. Strangely, after attempting the merge, I am now unable to access my personal account. I have tried resolving this problem by reinstalling the app and following other solutions found online, but none have worked. The error message states that the Facebook Page is already owned by another business, and prompts to request access, yet there is no visible option to do so.
