My Instagram account got deleted by the platform due to reasons unclear to me. I assure you that I did not engage in any inappropriate activities. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out to Instagram for clarification. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
------------------------------------------------
I recently discovered that my Instagram account has been disabled by the platform for alleged inappropriate behavior, which I deny. Regrettably, I am unable to contact Instagram for further details. Strangely, some friends can still view my content while others cannot even find my profile. I am concerned about losing touch with my friends and over 3k followers. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I am feeling violated by this situation. It's not me who created this account, and I have no connection to this individual. I am troubled that Instagram permits this. The person is pretending to be me and has posted my phone number, causing me to receive calls constantly. Despite reporting it to the police last month, it temporarily stopped but has now resumed. I request the removal of this profile, or I will have my legal representatives reach out to Instagram. This encroaches on my civil rights, making me anxious and frightened, especially since I am now receiving death threats. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I was recently informed that my account was deactivated for impersonating someone else. I possess the necessary photo identification to confirm my ownership of the account (@aciditey). Originally, I intended to deactivate a different account (@andi.nyc) but mistakenly reactivated it by accident. I reported this issue with the hope that it would be rectified. Regrettably, my new account was deactivated instead. I am frustrated by the lack of response despite sending several emails.
I urgently need my account reinstated as I frequently share my artwork on it. The app consistently crashes when I attempt to upload proof, such as a picture of my passport. I kindly request that my other account be temporarily deactivated due to its distracting nature, particularly during my exam week.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Andi

Every time I try to log into my Instagram account, I keep getting the message that it's not linked to Facebook. It prompts me to enter my password, but when I do, it just repeats the same error. I've also tried resetting my password multiple times following the security instructions, but nothing seems to work. I really need to access my account as I have urgent tasks to attend to. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

After temporarily disabling my account for a day, I reactivated it expecting my photos to be hidden as stated on the site. However, upon logging back in, all my photos were gone. I have reported this issue over 30 times and am still waiting for a resolution. Here is the direct link that reassures that photos would only be hidden: [redacted], yet my photos have been deleted instead of being hidden as indicated.

There is an Instagram account that was previously a "fan account" owned by someone but got hacked 3-4 months ago. The hacker now pretends to be the owner of the account, which clearly isn't theirs. The real owner and their Instagram friends have tried various methods to recover it without success. The person reaching out has access to the email used to create the account and knows the first and last name of the original owner, as well as the current account name. While they lack the original photo, there are pictures on the account that prove the real ownership. The query is whether there is any chance for the rightful owner to regain control of the account.

There is an Instagram account posing as a "fan account" that was originally owned by someone else and was hacked about 3 to 4 months ago. Despite efforts from the real owner and their Instagram friends, the account remains with the hacker. The original owner has provided the email associated with the account, the first and last name of the initial owner, and the current name of the account being used. There are photos on the account that prove the real ownership. The user is seeking assistance beyond generic guides and needs personalized help in reclaiming the account due to unsuccessful attempts for over 4 months.

As the new Communications Director, I encountered an issue when trying to claim @SodomaLaw on Instagram. Despite confirming its availability through research and checks, Instagram states the username is unavailable. Confused by this, I thoroughly searched and confirmed with my firm that no one else had secured the name. I am hopeful to secure @SodomaLaw for our brand's integrity, aligning with Instagram's policy that unused usernames are available for registration. Can you explain why this unexplained unavailability occurs? Thank you for your assistance.

I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account under Lisa_Marie_0822 because I forgot my password. I don't mind creating a new account, but I need help removing a picture I posted on the old account because it's public. If it's not possible to retrieve my password, could you please go onto my account and delete the post? Thank you, and I'd appreciate a response.

I need assistance urgently. I previously contacted your support team, but I am struggling with the situation. My account, @heyitsolivialol, has been logged out and the password has been changed without my permission. Since I did not have Facebook at that time, my account is not linked to any Facebook profile. Regrettably, I cannot recall the email address I used for the account, or whether I still have access to it. As a result, I am unable to regain access. I am extremely distressed by this and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with accessing my Instagram account. Initially, I had an incorrect email associated with my account due to instability with my emails. I intended to update it to my current email but was unable to do so. Recently, I encountered a suspicious app for tracking followers, which I promptly deleted. Upon trying to log back into Instagram, I received a message about an attempted password change and was prompted to reset it. However, I faced difficulties during the process and was eventually asked for an old uncropped photo from my account, but the page disappeared when I tried to upload it. Despite multiple attempts, I was unsuccessful in recovering my account and may have to resort to creating a new one.

I have a secondary fan account on Instagram that I value. Recently, while using it, Instagram briefly shut down and logged me out. When I tried to log back in, it said the password was changed, but I did not make this change. The Gmail associated with this account is no longer accessible, and I didn't link the account to Facebook. As a result, I am currently locked out of my fan account. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my Instagram account. Thank you for any help in restoring my account access.

I recently switched phones and usually stay logged into Instagram. Now, after getting a new device, I can't log in and Instagram is asking for the email associated with my account, which I don't remember since I haven't had to for years. Instagram won't assist due to security reasons, even though I have multiple email addresses and can't recall which one is linked to my account. I've attempted to use the emails I remember, but Instagram is not cooperating. I hope to regain access to my original account without having to create a new one.

One of my friends, Zakirul, accessed my account without permission. They changed my profile picture to another friend, Hamza, and also altered my username to hamza_rana_6. Unfortunately, Hamza saw this and mistakenly reported me, resulting in my account being permanently banned. I am seeking advice on how to restore access to my account. I have Hamza's support in rectifying the misunderstanding as he knows I am not at fault and is willing to assist in resolving the issue together.

I was offered payment for my Instagram username, @courtier, by someone wanting to use it for a clothing brand. Despite initial assurances, things took a suspicious turn when I was asked to create a new account with the same name to ensure legality. I changed my original account to @selloutcourtier and tried to rename the new account but found @courtier was already taken. Later, I discovered the scammer had taken my original name. I'm concerned about retrieving my username and the lost payment.

While using Instagram, I suddenly got locked out. Despite my attempts to log back in, the system indicated my password had been changed. It suggested I email them, but unfortunately, I couldn't recall the email associated with my account. I even tried creating the email I thought I used, but no luck in receiving a new password. Additionally, I created a Facebook account to link it with Instagram, but it connected with the new Instagram account I made instead. I seek advice on how to regain access to my original Instagram account.

My daughter has blocked an ex-friend of hers due to unkindness, name-calling, and involvement in group chat bullying. This person has been trying to contact my daughter by creating fake accounts, all of which my daughter continues to block. They have also accessed my daughter's account using her passwords, sharing information to cause trouble.

I encountered an issue accessing my Instagram account today. Upon attempting to log in, I was surprised to find that my account has been banned for allegedly "pretending to be someone else." This account belonged solely to me, "Quinn Alyssa," and I only shared personal pictures and content. I do not have any connection to Facebook. When following the steps provided to dispute the ban, I repeatedly experienced difficulties uploading a picture of my ID as the process keeps redirecting me back to the login page. I possess school ID cards to verify my identity, but I do not hold a driver's license yet. I'm saddened and frustrated by this oversight as I've invested time in building my following over the past 2-4 years. I kindly request assistance in resolving this error promptly.Thank you, Quinn.

Yesterday, a user I had canceled meeting with accessed my account and uploaded a pornographic image to my profile, along with linking to a German porn site. I have documentation of the incident and the conversation on Instagram where he admitted to hacking my account. This behavior is unacceptable and a form of sexual harassment that women often face. I believe this user, with the username topographyjones, has likely done this before and should be banned from the site. I'm thankful I didn't meet up with him, as his actions show his true colors as a creep.

I am having trouble logging into my Instagram account on my iPhone 6. When I try to log in, it says my account has been disabled. However, when I use a different phone, I am able to log in without any issues. I reached out to my service provider, AT&T, and they advised me to contact Instagram for further assistance. Prior to contacting AT&T, I attempted to resolve the issue by resetting my phone, uninstalling the app, and restarting my device, but unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
