I am writing to let you know that I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Pamuslide earphones that I supported on Indiegogo. Unfortunately, the parcel encountered an issue in Amsterdam due to a missing house number in the address provided. It seems that the package may have been returned to Hong Kong. Despite my efforts to resolve this with the Dutch Postal company and offering to pick it up myself, the situation remains unresolved.

I received an error message stating, "An error occurred while processing your payment. Please contact us." Additionally, I was informed that my postal code was incomplete, despite it being accurate. I've made several unsuccessful attempts to complete the transaction. Urgency is a factor for me. Previous emails to Indiegogo remain unanswered.

I am currently experiencing delays with my roidmi vacuum cleaner order. The support team has informed me that it has been shipped but provided no tracking information. Many others are expressing similar complaints in the campaign's comments section. I am disappointed and feel that I may have been scammed. This is my first time using IndieGoGo, and if this is standard procedure, I will not be using the platform again. While this company has had successful campaigns previously, my experience has been frustrating. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This project has been giving updated delivery dates since [redacted], but the product has not been shipped yet. Please remove it from the platform to prevent new backers from being misled. The comments from backers indicate that many believe this is a scam, although I still hold out hope for the product to be shipped eventually. I encountered a problem while trying to buy the "Be Still My Dog Of War" pledge for Dead Matter. I clicked purchase, but then got an email saying my contribution was unsuccessful. On October 31, I made a payment of over $[redacted] CAD for the Carbon Ultralight Rollator by ACRE to support their campaign. As a person with disabilities, this rollator is essential to me. Hello, I backed the Tropicfeel campaign in August. Unfortunately, there was no mention during the ordering process that the items would be shipped directly from China, leading to my order getting stuck in customs. The customs officials have flagged it as a suspicious purchase, requesting three documents for release: an invoice, bill, and proof of international shipment payment. While Tropicfeel only provided one of these documents, they are not responsive to my requests for the remaining paperwork. Due to these issues, I am seeking a full refund as the situation was not made clear during the pledging process, resulting in unexpected taxes and shipping costs. Additionally, the company's lack of customer support and provision of a misleading invoice have further added to my dissatisfaction with the experience.

I joined the Castaway Case campaign with the understanding that Indiegogo would handle refunds until December 27th. However, upon revisiting the Castaway site, I noticed that refund responsibility has shifted to the Castaway team. As a disabled campaigner running a small business, I face challenges due to my autism and learning disabilities like dyslexia and dyscalculia. I encountered an issue editing my bank information, mistakenly inputting incorrect numbers, such as the last digit of my birthdate. Additionally, being transgender means my birth name differs from my legal name, causing discrepancies in my records. While my banks are aware of this, I am unable to communicate these nuances to Indiegogo, leading to my funds being frozen. Access to my account should not be hindered due to my identity. Indiegogo should prioritize accessibility for small business owners from marginalized communities to address this discriminatory barrier.

I supported the GIDDY campaign and I have not yet received my perk. I invested on 74/[redacted] and was supposed to receive 2 Giddys as a perk. The campaign has successfully sold 60,[redacted] units, with only around [redacted] backers like myself. Although they claim FedEx is shipping out [redacted] units per day, I still haven't received my perk. I was expecting backers to get their perks before others, so I'm confused. Some individuals have informed me that they are unable to access the site via the links I've shared, even though the links are correct.

Before I could update my secure bank form with the correct information, another email arrived on January 23rd stating that the funds are being transferred again. I am concerned about the status of my NOIR Discreet Charger and Security camera.
I reached out on 11/28/19 and have been trying to get an update on the delivery of my Charger/Security Cameras.
The last communication I received was on 1/13/[redacted] and after reaching out with no response, I am uncertain.
I supported this project on 9/3/[redacted] and have been patient despite the lack of communication from Noir and potential indifference from Indiegogo.

I backed the Bimoz bicycle motor project. I was expecting to receive my perk back in August but it hasn't arrived. The project creators have been silent about updates, promising progress updates that have also been missed. I no longer have interest in the motor. Is it possible to get a refund instead?

Our company ran a campaign last month. However, when attempting to access our account on the 13th of April, we discovered it was shut down and we are unable to take any action. Indiegogo (Brian) informed us via email that they closed our account. The issue is that this account deletion occurred without prior notice from Indiegogo. We are deeply troubled as there are backers expecting their perks or have contributed money. They are eagerly anticipating the delivery of their perks. We need to fulfill our commitments to them or provide an explanation regarding the situation and the status of their funds.
