I usually back projects on Kickstarter, but this time I chose Indiegogo, although I can't recall why. Today, I visited the project page to check on the status since both myself and my wife are eagerly waiting for the product. I tried to ask a question on the page but was prompted to become a backer, which confused me as I've already made a payment. We donated $[redacted] to Juneteenth on 06.15.20. My boss, E. Allen, received an email stating the contribution was unsuccessful, but our credit card was charged. I'm the Finance Manager trying to find the receipt. The email was from Indiegogo Support, stating the card wasn't charged. Yet, the email address provided is [redacted], and the last four digits of the credit card are [redacted]. Can you clarify why the email states it was unsuccessful despite the card being charged? I require assistance, please. I received an email from Indiegogo asking for confirmation of an order I placed some time ago. I made the payment with a credit card and got confirmation of the receipt of the masks/respirators I ordered. I'm unsure if the request for further confirmation is a mistake or if I need to confirm again. Could you please inform me if my order is on its way to be shipped soon? Thank you for your help. I placed an order on 8/14/20 and immediately requested a refund due to personal financial issues. Despite contacting the campaigner only 2 hours post-order, I have not received a refund, which was well within the 10-day deadline. Dear Sirs, I am the campaign owner of the project titled "Doctor Agon: Fuel for Soul" on Indiegogo. Unfortunately, my account and campaign have been blocked, preventing me from communicating with backers and accessing contributions. Since the campaign ended in early July, I have been in contact with Indiegogo without receiving a clear resolution. They stated that my campaign does not comply with their Terms of Use and platform policies, despite previously approving it before the launch. I started a campaign on Indiegogo. I have reached out via email twice regarding backers experiencing difficulty contributing through their phones. I have identified a loss of $[redacted] over the past week or two, with potential additional losses from backers who have not reported issues yet. Indiegogo has been unresponsive, offering no other customer service options. I am now discovering numerous 1-star reviews, mostly from backers with similar problems, that were not visible initially. With my campaign concluding in less than two weeks, I am concerned about appearing unresponsive to my backers as I continue to address this unresolved issue. Additionally, I have encountered challenges linking my Instagram account on this platform. These setbacks are hindering my ability to achieve my fundraising goal and affecting my first campaign experience negatively.

On Sunday, October 25, [redacted], I attempted to purchase the HomeFree Warmest Winter Holiday Special box for $30 USD, which included a video and a T-shirt, totaling $[redacted] AUD. However, I encountered an error during the transaction, and regrettably did not note down the error code as I expected a prompt response. I initially used [redacted] as my email but later corrected it to [redacted] when I re-registered. Despite my efforts, I faced another error without capturing the code. I am a new visitor to your site and a devoted fan of HOME FREE, having missed their Australian concert in January 20 due to the unfortunate circumstance of my mother's funeral. I was eagerly looking forward to the Christmas video offer, but the experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I wish I could support HomeFree with a larger contribution, perhaps then my inquiries would receive the attention they deserve. - Lis

My company, Star Power Labs LLC in San Jose, is the creator of GloBOX. We recently launched our product on Indiegogo last Thursday and have achieved 30% of our goal. We received feedback from Dana at Indie Customer Happiness regarding the use of certain language like Covid, Virus, and bacteria, which they mentioned does not align with Indiegogo's policies. Despite our research before the launch where we discovered over 15 products using similar keywords, we face this challenge. The Indiegogo case number associated with this issue is [redacted]. We need assistance with this matter concerning the use of specific keywords. It seems others are allowed to use them while we are not. Hello, I have been patiently waiting for information about my Leaf UV mask and filters with contribution numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. It's been 2 months without any response from the manufacturer. I have tried to reach out via email, Indiegogo, and the manufacturer's website with no success. The automatic replies indicate that they are not accepting emails and redirecting me to a customer service not on their website. Since I am unable to contact them as required by Indiegogo, I kindly ask for Indiegogo to step in and request information from the manufacturer regarding the shipping of my product, as they are currently selling and shipping from their website. Hi, I received the following communication from you for the purchase of the Niche Zero: The best conical burr coffee grinder on Indiegogo platform. I reached out to Niche, but they have no record of my order. The document I received indicates my contribution to the project, and the total amount charged in Canadian funds with payment processing in the UK. I assume I will receive confirmation from my credit card company. As all grinders are sold out, I hope my order was successful after four attempts to purchase. URGENT! I made a successful contribution to the Cinera Edge Pro Indiegogo campaign on March 6, but I've faced repeated failures trying to place an order for my friend Len May. Despite triple-checking all details and having sufficient funds on valid Visa Debit/Credit cards, the orders were canceled after a "Congratulations!" message. Even as a Guest ordering for Len, using Visa and Amex cards, I encountered issues with no access to confirmation details. Orders #[redacted], #[redacted], and #[redacted] failed, with no charges reflected in Len's bank accounts. Bank consultations brought no clarity. Len urgently needs to secure the discounted perks. I have been unable to access my Indiegogo account for several weeks now. Despite attempting to reset my password and create a new account, I have had no success. When I reached out to customer service, I initially received a generic response stating they were investigating. After following up, I was informed that the Email security team needed to look into my issue and requested more information. However, when I tried to respond, my email bounced back, indicating my Email account was deactivated. Even after contacting them through the message page, I only received standard replies. I am currently awaiting a response and resolution, as well as a possible refund.

On Wednesday, May 26, [redacted], I launched my first Indiegogo Campaign full of excitement, but unfortunately, two days later on Friday, May 28th, I received devastating news about my mom's health due to COVID pneumonia. She passed away on Thursday, June 3rd, leaving me emotionally overwhelmed and unable to focus on my campaign. Last week was extremely challenging, and I'm only now starting to regain my footing. I was hoping to request a possible extension until next Tuesday, as I am still dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy and need more time to cope.
