Hello! I am facing an issue with my successfully funded campaign on Indiegogo. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from them yet. I suspect it may be due to the financial details of the campaign. Previously, a former coworker managed this aspect, but since their resignation, I have discovered errors in the information provided. They incorrectly listed me as a North American when I am actually Mexican. As a result, Indiegogo is now requesting my social security number, which I do not possess. I have been attempting to update my details without success. I am seeking assistance to rectify this situation in order to access the funds for my short film project, Parallels. I haven't received the Kaiser Chair chargeback refund as mentioned. I was told it was sent, but I have not received anything yet. I just received an email stating that the refund survey was not sent because my contribution was canceled due to a chargeback with PayPal that I never initiated. I can confirm I haven't received any payment or refund related to this matter.

Our records indicate that your funds were scheduled for disbursement on April 6th to the bank account specified on the form. Normally, it takes 3 - 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you do not notice the funds in your account, we suggest contacting your bank directly.
Regrettably, once the funds are sent to the account on file, retrieval is not possible.
If the funds do not arrive within a week after the disbursement date, it could be due to inaccurate bank information leading to the rejection of the disbursement. We will be informed within 5-12 days after the disbursement date if there is a rejection. You will be alerted in case of rejection.
Kindly verify that the account information provided for the disbursement was precise and current. If you have not received the funds or a rejection notification within 10 days after the disbursement date, please inform me.

I purchased four BlueSmart luggage pieces for a total of $[redacted] but encountered issues. Despite attempting to cancel the order due to airport restrictions and the company's lack of response, the luggage was still sent. Regrettably, only two pieces were received instead of four.
After reaching out multiple times without success, Bluesmart ceased operations without addressing the situation, leaving me with an incomplete order despite paying in full.
I am seeking a resolution in either returning the two pieces for a full refund or receiving compensation for the missing items. As attempts to resolve this with Bluesmart have been futile and they are no longer operational, assistance in obtaining a refund or return is appreciated. I made order 74 on Indiegogo Marketplace for the Freevision Vilta Mobile gimbal. The order was placed on August 5th. I have sent two emails, one immediately after the order and a follow-up on August 8th through the Indiegogo order page website.
This morning, I received an email response from Indiegogo customer support addressing my concerns. They mentioned that they had replied to my emails, however, I did not receive them even after checking my junk mailbox. The order hasn't been shipped and they are awaiting my confirmation. I provided my new shipping address in the original email on August 5th. I contacted AMEX, and they confirmed the payment was processed on August 5th.
After trying to reply to Indiegogo customer support, I received a suspicious personal email.
I am unsure what is happening and would appreciate a phone number or contact person to assist in changing my shipping address and resolving this issue promptly.

In August [redacted], I supported Armabrush. However, despite multiple emails and promised shipping dates, I have not received the product yet. I understand delays happen with startups, but this company is proving to be untrustworthy. The latest email on July 27 mentioned that shipping has started to Europe without a confirmed date for the US due to pending FDA approval. I was asked to fill out a survey on Crowdox to claim my "reward," but it seems more like a ploy to upsell additional items rather than focusing on delivering the original order. I just want them to honor my order from August [redacted] and ship the product when it's ready. I have all the necessary documentation. It's frustrating that other similar products have launched while I'm still waiting. It's disappointing how they handle their customers. Shame on Indidgogo for endorsing this behavior.

I and many others supported a product on Indiegogo called "N-Tech: World’s First All-In-One Portable Smart 4K." The campaign concluded with nearly $1 million raised, but there are significant issues with this campaign.
1. The campaign creator is unresponsive on the message board and to emails, and Indiegogo appears uninterested in addressing this.
2. The owner's name and address have inconsistently changed, raising red flags.
3. The logo used in the campaign appears to be from an unrelated website, suggesting possible logo theft.
4. The campaign has not met Indiegogo's requirement of monthly updates, and recent updates have been evasive.
5. Communication with the videographer indicated the owner's identity is uncertain.
These concerns strongly suggest fraudulent activity. Despite attempts to alert Indiegogo, they have taken no action. We urge Indiegogo to review the evidence and take the necessary measures to refund backers. They hold the key to contacting the campaign owner and resolving this issue.

I purchased the "Daplie: Connecting without the Cloud" product on January 27, [redacted] for $[redacted] because I believed in the product and wanted something secure. This product was expected to be released within a year with regular updates from the developer. However, the developer stopped providing updates, delaying the release multiple times without progress. I attempted to contact customer service via email for a refund, but received no response. After messaging the owner, Bryson C. Hill, about the changes to the product and lack of communication, he mentioned being unable to process a refund at that time. The website daplie.com is also inaccessible, raising concerns. I feel the situation may be a scam due to the limited communication and continuous delays. I seek a resolution either through a refund or cancelling the charge on my credit card.
