Hi, I would like to inquire about the availability of the Gossig Golden Retriever 70cm soft toy, product number [redacted]8, priced at £12. I attempted to purchase it today, but it shows as out of stock for home delivery. I noticed there are 68 units available at the Exeter store, my closest location, which I am currently unable to reach due to a recent multi-trauma accident. Living in West Cornwall and being 2 1/2 hours away, I am hoping if there is a possibility for the Exeter store to ship one to my address at 2 Kilcreggan, St.Martin, HELSTON, Cornwall, TR12 6BS. I had planned to visit the Exeter store for Christmas shopping but am now unable to fulfill that due to my current situation. I urgently need this toy for my 3-year-old niece for Christmas. I am currently in the process of ordering a kitchen from IKEA BangNa Thailand along with the installation service. During the finalization of the order, the IKEA salesperson notified us that 5 items were out of stock. They recommended placing the order for the in-stock items first and dealing with the missing items and installation at a later stage. We have received 3 out of the 5 missing items and when I reached out to add them to the upcoming delivery, I was told it was not possible. I am concerned that this may result in multiple deliveries without linking back to the main order, potentially increasing delivery costs by 3[redacted] THB. I am finding the handling of the situation by IKEA to be quite challenging and not customer-friendly.

I am looking to replace a part, the bottom shelf that holds drink bottles in the door of my Fridge. We visited Ikea Ashton under Lyme where we purchased the appliance and a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the staff in the kitchen department were not very helpful. Could someone from Ikea customer service please provide better assistance? Hello, I am a 70-year-old individual living in sheltered accommodation due to my disabilities. A friend kindly gifted me a 'Billy Bookcase' with 6 shelves, but unfortunately, it came without the screws and bolts needed for assembly. Due to my severe disability, I am unable to visit the store to obtain these missing parts. Could you please assist me by providing the necessary items to put the bookcase together? I have a special fondness for Ikea and its stylish furniture, as my home is filled with your beautiful pieces. It would mean a lot to me to have the bookcase assembled in time for Christmas. I reached out to the friend who gave it to me, but he has since moved to Australia and mentioned that the bookcase never had all the parts since it was delivered years ago. I am truly grateful for any help you can offer.

I am dissatisfied with the service provided in Serbia, Europe. The call center staff are unhelpful and keep repeating the same sentence without offering any assistance. I filed a complaint about a bed I purchased from IKEA that is not functioning, and they requested a video as proof, but their website does not support mp4 files. They also refused to accept the video I sent via Facebook. It is frustrating that I am left with no option but to visit IKEA Serbia in person. The lack of coordination between the call center and Social Media team is evident, hindering customer support. Despite my discomfort of sleeping on the floor for several days, it seems my issue is not being addressed. I urge for improvements in the training programs in Serbia to enhance customer service. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered at your store regarding an item we purchased. After my husband assembled it for our son, we realized that the tag on the product did not match what we intended to buy. Even though the top part of the tag indicated Trofast 39.99, the bottom part showed Trofast 69.99, which is not what we wanted. This mistake has caused us to waste time and spend $20 more than planned. We kindly request a refund of $20 for the difference or a full refund along with a small compensation for the inconvenience we faced due to the mislabeled item. Given the circumstances with our special needs son, who has epilepsy and has been having seizures recently, the added stress of dealing with this issue during the holidays has been particularly challenging for our family.

I would like to share my experience at Ikea Dublin today while queuing for Santa's grotto. A staff member named Alessandra was enforcing strict and impolite rules, which made it difficult for my family to join the queue. Unfortunately, she prevented us, including my wife and two kids, from entering. My children were disappointed by this experience. I had the impression that Ikea was a family-friendly store, but this incident showed otherwise. I am looking to purchase a mattress with the dimensions of 200x140cm, commonly known as a "European double." I would like to explore the option of ordering online. It seems likely that IKEA offers mattresses in this size as my bed frame, along with the original mattress that fit, are from IKEA. However, I cannot find this specific size listed in the product directory for my country. I would appreciate it if IKEA could make arrangements to provide a mattress in this size.

I am disappointed with the experience me and my boyfriend had at IKEA recently. We drove over 40 miles to our nearest store, only to be evacuated with little information. On our previous visit, the item we wanted was sold out when we tried to purchase it. During our second visit on a Saturday, we were queued to check out when an evacuation was announced due to a bomb threat or technical difficulties - the reason was unclear. We spent over an hour and a half in traffic trying to leave the parking lot. Despite multiple calls to the store, there was no estimated time for reopening, and I missed out on using a $20 off coupon valid only for that weekend. I hope for a follow-up and some form of credit towards my next visit to IKEA.

I recently placed an order for cabinets at Ikea in Paramus, New Jersey last week. The delivery was supposed to arrive today, but it didn't. When I contacted Ikea, they claimed the cabinets were dropped off at my address and signed for, which couldn't have been me since I'm out of state overseeing a renovation. My contractor searched extensively, and we couldn't locate the cabinets. I had to pay extra for his time, and reschedule my countertop delivery for tomorrow at an additional cost. I spoke to the shipping company, and they confirmed the items were still on the truck and would be delivered later this week. This whole situation caused me a lot of stress and extra charges, and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience. This experience has made me reluctant to use Ikea in the future due to the miscommunication and added expenses incurred.

I tried to order the same product three times. Initially ordered on Dec 4th, received an email on the 6th instructing me to call, only to find out the order was canceled. After contacting customer service, the representative assured me it was fixed, but the sink never arrived. Another attempt was made, a verification call confirmed delivery on the 16th, but no sink arrived yet again - the order was canceled once more. Following a conversation where the representative could offer no help, I spoke with their supervisor, Shay T., who was unhelpful and refused to provide further assistance or contacts. This experience has left me frustrated, especially since this is a specialty sink.

Today, we bought a Hafslo mattress and as it was unfurling, we assembled a bunk bed. When we tried to place the mattress on the bed, we discovered a hole near the middle (photo attached). I bought a Hafslo mattress today. While unpacking and letting it adjust, we were assembling a bunk bed. When we went to place the mattress on the bed, we found a hole near the middle (see attached photo). Returning it now would be inconvenient due to its size. Despite checking at the store, my daughter had a severe reaction to the veggie hotdogs we purchased recently. I recently bought a children's desk chair, the Orfjall model, that was supposed to be on sale for £25 down from £40. Unfortunately, I noticed on my receipt that I was actually charged the full price. I need guidance on how to get a refund for the £15 overcharge or how to return the chair to receive a full refund. This situation has left me very dissatisfied, especially because I confirmed with a staff member that the item was indeed discounted to £25.

After researching for quality items at good prices during the current sale season, I found some great deals at various stores, including IKEA.
