I used to work part-time at Guruban company where I initially placed orders for lower-priced items. As the order amount increased to $[redacted] or $[redacted], I was willing to continue. However, the orders didn't reach that level, causing me to spend all my money. Now, I am unable to complete the tasks. They insist on paying me only if I finish the assignments, but I am financially strapped. I have asked them to complete the transactions and reimburse my funds.

Regrettably, I lack the funds to continue and am seeking a refund of the money I have invested thus far.

I purchased a Groupon for Dat's Italian in Colorado Springs, CO. I made a reservation for 5:45 PM on 8/24 following the instructions provided, but when I arrived, the restaurant was not open even though their door sign indicates they are open from 5-9 PM every day. This lack of consideration for their customers' time is frustrating. I spoke to neighboring stores that confirmed this is not an isolated incident. I am disappointed with the service.

Hello, I have an issue with a purchased deal. I would like to cancel the "Kur Royal Deal" because I won't be able to redeem it within the validity period. A colleague mentioned that a cooling off period has expired. Does this mean there is no way to cancel the deal now? Will the money be lost without ever receiving any service? That would be disappointing. Or is it possible to cancel the deal after the validity period ends, by August 31?

I bought two vouchers for Gong Restaurant in Belfast at £29.95 each. The first was purchased on 23/5/23 and the second on 11/8/23. I made a reservation through Groupon for 11th August at 6 pm, planning to redeem the first voucher, but when we arrived yesterday, we found out the restaurant has been closed for weeks. I tried calling them, but the mailbox was full. Both vouchers are now useless, and I need a refund promptly. It's disappointing that Groupon is still selling these vouchers while the restaurant is closed.

I am looking for assistance regarding my previous inquiry. I am disappointed with the lack of response to my emails, which is causing frustration. Despite asking politely, I have not received a resolution, leading to a cycle of unhelpful interactions. It is disheartening to not have the opportunity to communicate with a customer service representative. This unresolved matter concerns a nearly $60 expenditure on a Groupon, which I am unable to utilize. Until this issue is addressed and I am able to utilize my purchase, I am hesitant to make any future transactions with Groupon. It seems that once Groupon has received payment, they are indifferent to customer concerns.

I recently purchased two senior tickets for the Seattle Harbor Cruise. When placing the order, I encountered an issue where after inputting my phone number, the transaction appeared incomplete, so I resubmitted it. To my surprise, I received confirmation emails for two separate transactions, totaling $70.56 each. I did not intend to make a double purchase. Although I understand the policy states no cancellations, this situation was due to a technical error. I never received my orders. The status shows they were delivered on 8/24/[redacted] (order # [redacted]) and on 8/22/[redacted] (order #[redacted]). Upon checking my home cameras, I saw the mailman delivering mail on those dates, but not my orders. Given previous mail mix-ups with my neighbor due to similar addresses ([redacted] but different streets), it's likely my orders were delivered to the wrong house. I need to speak with a representative over the phone. The live chat didn't solve my issue. I am unable to redeem my voucher for vet approved bully sticks as the code is not being accepted. Both Groupon and vet approved only provide instructions on how to redeem without helping me fix the issue. I've been looking for a phone number to talk to a real person for assistance, but I cannot locate one. I need to understand why the code is not valid, so I require a phone number for either Groupon or vet approved.
