I have not ordered a large item from Groupon. Trying to cancel the order, I could not find the cancel button. Contacting them was difficult as all phone numbers were out of service. I managed to reach out via email, and they refunded some items and stopped the rest. However, I still received unwanted packages. I am unsure how to return them and need assistance canceling the order to prevent further deliveries.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for car detailing at HIGH BEAMS HEADLIGHT R&R in Smyrna, Georgia. I had trouble redeeming it before it expired and had difficulty getting a refund through Groupon customer service chat. I completed 10 tasks for the user Allen5896, but she only credited me for 9 tasks. After completing those, she gave me 3 more tasks to do. I paid [redacted] rupees and completed a total of 20 tasks. Despite this, she is not responding to my queries and has even blocked me on Telegram. This behavior is concerning. I am seeking assistance as I feel like I am being cheated. Please help me.

I bought a Groupon for 5 B12 shots from Hydro Lux, but they are out of business now. I only used 2 of the shots before they closed down. I can't reach them by phone, and their office is empty. When I tried to get a refund through Groupon, there wasn't an option available. Can you please credit my account instead? Also, I need to change the email on my Groupon account from [redacted] to [redacted]

I purchased a 2-night stay at Newholme Hotel in Blackpool through a deal on Groupon. When I tried to redeem the coupon, the hotel informed me they are no longer working with Groupon and cannot honor it. They suggested contacting Groupon for a refund as they are not receiving payments. I'm seeking a refund of £79 and hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I bought 4 tickets for 'The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Dinner in NYC on 9/23/23. I received the vouchers on 'my tuff' app. When we showed up on 9/23/23, we were told we needed to make a reservation online and choose menu items, which we were not aware of. Despite explaining our situation due to the long drive and birthday celebration, we were not accommodated by the owner, Ryane Beutler. We were advised to make reservations for another night, which is not feasible for us due to conflicting schedules and additional costs. A few days ago, I purchased tickets for Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson tribute show on September 26 at 7 pm. However, it seems there was a misunderstanding as the show is not held on Tuesdays. I went to the show on a Tuesday and there was no performance scheduled. The show only runs from Thursday to Sunday. Groupon changed my tickets to November 26 at 7 pm without explanation, but I reside in Miami and cannot return to Las Vegas for the show. I request a refund for the tickets due to this error and misinformation about the show dates.

I bought a Groupon voucher for £18.99 to use at Toby Carvery on the 16th of August, but I had to cancel due to health issues. The voucher was valid until 21/09/[redacted]. I purchased a Belleza Beauty Salon coupon for $75, but when I arrived, I was told that I would need to pay $[redacted] for the services. I noticed the total before checkout was listed as $[redacted] or $[redacted], yet Groupon tried to bill my card for $[redacted]. The payment failed, and after contacting support through chat, I was informed they would try again tomorrow. As the charged amount does not match the advertised price, I wish to cancel the purchase. The car spa I visited, Oasis Car Spa, proved to have false advertising. Despite paying for the ultimate car wash, my vehicle was left wet, and when I inquired about it, I was asked to pay for an additional dry. Moreover, extras like a towel or vacuum required extra fees, which was disappointing and unsatisfactory. This experience led me to have to seek out another car wash to properly clean and vacuum my car. When requesting a refund, I was directed to contact Groupon, adding to the inconvenience. This disappointing visit has made me decide never to return to this establishment.

I need to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for my upcoming stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine on October 5. We recently visited a restaurant, only to find out that it had changed locations and names. Despite ordering and attempting to use a Groupon, we were informed that they were not honoring it. We ended up paying full price for our meal. After a few visits to the new location, it was clear it was inconveniently far from us.
