Mi nombre es Mauricio Pérez Rojas y estoy solicitando un reembolso de [redacted],70 euros por un viaje a Marruecos que compré a través de GROUPON el 12 de octubre. Realicé la compra para mí y otras 2 personas desde mi correo electrónico [redacted] y pagué con mi tarjeta bancaria.
Necesito el reembolso porque después de pagar, no recibimos los billetes ni ningún comprobante por correo electrónico. Al llegar al puerto de salida (Tarifa) sin un documento de compra, tuve que volver a pagar por los billetes en la taquilla del puerto para poder hacer el viaje.

I would like to request an 8-week extension for my Groupon with Auto Tech Plaza. I bought the oil change deal urgently, but they had no availability when I called to schedule an appointment in mid-December. I had to pay full price elsewhere. Now, with my Groupon expiring soon, I won’t need another oil change for [redacted] miles. Auto Tech Plaza advised me to seek an extension through Groupon. I prefer a refund or Groupon credit, but if not feasible, I ask for a 2-month extension on the expiration date. Can anyone assist with this? Thank you.

I placed an order about 1 hour ago for Splash wine from Groupon. I am a frequent customer and know the process well. I printed off my two coupons but when I tried to use them at Splash Wine, they claimed I had the wrong username or password. I haven't changed my login details and I couldn't find my recent purchase from Groupon. Splash's phone line is closed until Monday, and I am supposed to pay for shipping on their website. I just want a refund as I am frustrated with this situation. Groupon's customer service hasn't been helpful, and I shouldn't be paying to resolve this issue. I used a code for a discount that expires tomorrow, so I want my money back. This experience has been disappointing, and I prefer not to support a company that treats its customers poorly. - Jane

I've been trying to contact Groupon via chat, but the conversation stopped twice, causing me to have to restart my story three times. After the chat abruptly ended twice without any explanation or attempts to reconnect, I had to spend a long time re-entering my information. They claimed my email wasn't working, but I've received emails from them before. I'm starting to suspect a Chinese company using Groupon's name. I bought two Groupons for the Bayview Spiritual Solution Centre on February 2nd. We scheduled an appointment for February 27th, but they canceled last minute due to a flooded basement. They were unresponsive to calls and messages. When I finally reached them from a different number, they promised to follow up but never did. This is my second disappointing experience with their customer service after having to get a refund for the first Groupon I purchased for a reading. I am extremely dissatisfied.

We purchased a hotel deal for The Ballyliffin Lodge for a stay from Sunday to Tuesday, March 5th to 7th. Unfortunately, one of our children is unwell, so we are unable to go on the trip. When we contacted the hotel to reschedule, they only offered us the 15th of March, which is when my wife and I are working. The hotel informed us that if we do not use the voucher by the 31st of March, it will no longer be valid. We are looking for advice on how to proceed in this situation.

I have reached out to GROUPON since last fall when I noticed that the voucher for a carriage ride in NYC Central Park was missing from MY STUFF. Although the ride was charged to my credit card, there was no corresponding voucher available. Despite my attempts to address this issue several times, I was informed that I couldn't receive a credit back to my credit card but could opt for Groupon Bucks instead. However, upon checking my Account, there were no Groupon Bucks available for use. I have contacted customer support and even provided a screenshot of the credit card transaction to GROUPON. I refuse to accept this loss of $[redacted] and I am hopeful for a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently placed an order for various items, including oral b brush heads, but realized that my address was incorrect for one item. After reaching out to Groupon and the seller, I was informed that the package was sent to the old address. Despite visiting the old address and leaving a note for the recipient, I had no luck retrieving the package. The person at the old address mentioned they returned it to the sender. I am now in contact with Groupon, who is requesting proof of the return from the individual at the old address. I am unsure if they have any documentation to provide. I hope Groupon can assist in resolving this issue promptly.

I purchased tickets for the water circus and tried to cancel them on the same day due to an issue with purchasing adult and kids tickets together. I was assured by Groupon customer service that the cancellation was processed, but it has not reflected. Additionally, another representative mentioned a $20 credit, which also hasn't appeared. Despite reaching out within 24 hours to cancel, I had to buy new tickets at the venue. I am confused as to why someone now claims they can't cancel when I have saved messages from Groupon confirming the cancellation.

I attempted to reschedule my afternoon tea booking at Poole Quay Hotel through a Groupon voucher for today at 12:30 due to being unwell with D&V. After contacting the hotel, they were helpful and willing to change the booking. However, I was advised to contact Groupon directly. Since December 22, I have been addressing this issue with no resolution. Today alone, I was disconnected four times while seeking assistance. The last representative assured me someone would email me to resolve the problem, but I never received any email. Unauthorized charges are appearing on my account for items I did not buy, leading me to change my credit card. I suspect someone misused my information when I purchased a pocketbook. I have shown patience and courtesy throughout this ordeal and expect the same treatment from Groupon. It's frustrating that there is no phone number available to speak with a live representative. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am now hearing more complaints about Groupon, and I see why.

Regarding Aquarius Beauty and Wellness:
I purchased two 45-minute massages on March 2 at the W4th Ave location, then bought another two on March 5. When I tried to redeem one on March 11, they said it was for two people at the same time, which was not indicated in the deal details. Even after finding someone to accompany me, there were location confusions between W4th and Victoria Dr. Despite rescheduling efforts, a power outage caused further issues on March 28. Although Ken agreed to rebook, it was inconvenient. As of March 30, I'm still waiting for a call back. This experience has been disappointing and I now seek a refund promptly.

I recently purchased a Groupon for an iPhone 8+ screen repair at "Houston Galleria Phone Repairs" that turned out to be fraudulent. The address listed did not match the actual store. Despite my initial reservations, I went ahead with the purchase assuming it was a new establishment not yet updated on Apple Maps. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a phonescreen repair at a location on [redacted] South Rice Avenue Ste C in Bellaire, TX [redacted], advertised as "Houston Galleria Phone Repairs". However, upon arrival, my husband was informed by the manager that the store was actually "uCrackiFix" and that someone was scamming people using their address.
