The advertisement for the Groupon deal for the Las Vegas strip tour was misleading. The offer included limo pick up service, but after being dropped off at the first club and requesting pick up for another location, the promised service did not arrive, resulting in a significant delay. This experience was disappointing, especially since it was for my best friend's bachelor party. The lack of service and the subsequent reliance on Lyft left us feeling scammed and dissatisfied. This negative experience was further confirmed by the Lyft driver’s comments. I would like a refund for this purchase. Additionally, the excessive costs incurred for a table, tipping the driver, and purchasing drinks added to the overall unpleasant experience, making it the worst night during my week-long visit to Vegas.

I am writing regarding my recent "all about hair color" appointment booked through Groupon. I contacted the salon and scheduled an appointment for the following week. However, upon arrival, the stylist was working on someone else and rudely informed me that he would not be able to do my hair that day. As a busy individual juggling 60-hour work weeks and pursuing two Master's degrees, that was the only time available for me. To avoid such a situation, I even visited the salon the day before to confirm my appointment and ensure there was sufficient time allotted for both balayage color and a haircut. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling very disappointed as my much-anticipated hair appointment was unexpectedly canceled. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

During my recent trip to Northern Virginia, I visited Pizza Palace on Monday, July 23, [redacted]. Upon presenting my Groupon to the owner, Edis Nunez, I was informed that they do not accept Groupons. Despite his attempts to cancel the Groupon voucher with Groupon's support, I was told they couldn't cancel it. Two days later, after contacting Groupon, I was advised that Pizza Palace was willing to honor the Groupon. However, following a call from my husband today, Edis Nunez reiterated that Pizza Palace does not accept Groupons. I am seeking clarity and resolution on this matter.

Hi, my computer was acting up when I attempted to book a Niagara Falls Night Sight tour, resulting in me unintentionally purchasing two tours instead of one. The Groupon order number for the first purchase on August 8, [redacted] is 1[redacted]37-[redacted] with Reservation ID [redacted]88. The second order number is 1[redacted]37-[redacted] with Reservation ID [redacted]12. I've tried to resolve this but haven't had any success. I contacted tech support but the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this error as I only require one tour. If keeping the second booking is possible, that would be ideal; otherwise, please cancel both Sight Tour orders. I attempted to cancel a ticket order due to missing seating information on my Groupon receipt. As a person with limited mobility, I require specific seating arrangements. While discussing this issue with Groupon representative #[redacted]9 via chat, I was abruptly disconnected mid-conversation. Subsequently, I found myself blocked from initiating another chat. I am frustrated by this situation. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card company if this matter remains unresolved. Groupon did suggest reaching out to the vendor directly to seek a resolution.

Hello Groupon Customer Service, I regret to inform you that my initial experience with Groupon was quite disappointing. I used a credit to purchase 2 tickets for Just for Laughs at Casa Loma on August 8th. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no available seating inside, and we had to sit outside in the pouring rain. This crucial detail about limited capacity and seating arrangements was not made clear when I bought the tickets. Despite some tables having umbrellas, they obstructed our view of the performance screen. Ultimately, we left before the show even began, feeling drenched and let down. I have been experiencing an issue with my app for the past month. When I try to access one of my purchases, it keeps showing "retry or cancel." During my recent trip to Osaka, I couldn't redeem a voucher, and now I wish to cancel all my purchases. However, due to the technical glitch, I am unable to do so, and attempts to contact Groupon have been unsuccessful. I hope Groupon can address this promptly by either canceling the purchases themselves or reimbursing the merchants for my payments. If not resolved soon, I may have to escalate this matter to the BBB as a last resort since contacting Groupon directly hasn't yielded any solutions in time for cancellations.

My wife, H. S. Kanter, a loyal customer, was on the Groupon site browsing for a patio furniture set she was considering. She added it to her cart to review later with me and others. Unfortunately, she had to leave before making the purchase and exited the website without buying anything. About 5 days later, we unexpectedly received several large boxes of patio furniture that were not ordered. There are about 4 unopened, heavy boxes now in our foyer. This mistaken shipment needs to be rectified promptly, and the items should be returned to the sender due to this error.

I ordered two towel sets in early August which were supposed to have an additional $4 off each. However, the discount was not reflected in my bill. I contacted customer service before August 6th to adjust the bill, but they issued a credit instead due to the order status being in shipping. I requested the bill to be adjusted immediately instead of getting a credit for future use. The initial billing of $[redacted].40 was incorrect, leading to confusion with my bank. Eventually, my account was charged $56.70 twice, causing an overdraft. Despite the promised two-day delivery, the towels have not arrived as of August 9th. While attempting to create the photo books, I encountered difficulties understanding the process. The system lacks a feature to save progress, and instructions on how to retrieve photos are unclear. I purchased a 7-day Groupon for Park Plus. After calling to make a reservation, I believed everything was set. However, upon arriving on July 31st at 6:30 am, I was surprised to find out that Park Plus had no record of my reservation or any parking spots available. Despite providing my dates, car description, and license plate, there was a mix-up. I ended up parking at Jiffy using their 5-day Groupon. I was disappointed with Park Plus and noticed similar negative reviews, suggesting they may not prioritize Groupon reservations. On the contrary, I had a great experience with Jiffy. Their staff was friendly, helpful, and the facility was clean and well-managed.

I am requesting a refund for my unused seven-day Park Plus JFK parking reservation. On the day of my trip, I arrived to find out that there was no reservation under my name and no available space for my car. Despite booking the same day via Groupon, Park Plus staff were unhelpful and I had to find a last-minute alternative at Jiffy. Fortunately, I was satisfied with Jiffy's service and facilities. After this experience and subsequent negative reviews I've read about Park Plus, I believe they should be removed from your list of recommended parking services. I am seeking a full refund for my disappointing Park Plus purchase.

I am seeking assistance with a PrinterPix order I placed through Groupon for 3 photo books and a 50x60 photo blanket on May 14, [redacted], with an August 12 due date. Unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulty understanding the process of creating the booklets, as there is no option to save work or clear instructions on retrieving desired photos. I reached out to FedEx regarding updating the address on the label as instructed, but found out only the company can modify it. They have mentioned they can change it anytime. If they could kindly make the necessary changes, I would be grateful. Additionally, the package has not been collected yet. Hence, I would appreciate a prompt response. I bought a driving lesson for my daughter on July 6th. After several attempts to reach the company, they finally responded on July 23rd. We initially scheduled a lesson for 8/7/18 at 1:30, which was later changed to 3:30 on 8/4. Today, 8/9/18, the instructor informed us that she sprained her leg and can't teach for 3 days, offering slots on Saturday 8/11 at 12:45 or 4:45, which don't work for us. I prefer a refund at this point as my daughter's availability is limited before she returns to school in August.

My daughter got a Groupon for baby photos, but due to unexpected events like a premature birth and a custody battle, they couldn't schedule the shoot until now. When they called, they found out it was for 6-week-olds and an additional $80 for older babies. Money is tight due to the custody battle, and the photographer was rude. I attempted multiple times today to purchase the AMF Bowling deal, but encountered a status code [redacted] repeatedly. Unfortunately, this prevented me from completing the purchase on time. I hope the technical difficulties on your end will not hinder my ability to still obtain the deal at the same price. I have a Chat Ticket ID: [redacted][redacted]8. I bought a Groupon for five consecutive days of airport parking at Park and Jet (voucher # [redacted]9). However, the company changed its policy and would not allow reservations using a Groupon. They advised me to show up without a reservation, but they could not guarantee a parking spot. As I had an early flight at 5AM for a family vacation, I opted to pay for parking elsewhere. Despite waiting over a month for a response, I was only informed that the company does accept Groupons, which I already knew. My main concern is that I was unable to use the voucher, and I am requesting a refund due to the inconvenience. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating.

I recently visited a salon and had a negative experience. The salon was hard to locate and upon entering, I wasn't greeted. I was informed they couldn't accommodate my appointment, and there were issues with their mobile phone. The staff member mentioned a long wait time for the treatment as she was the only one working. The salon lacked proper certifications and insurance, and the facilities appeared disorganized. Due to these reasons, I am hesitant to proceed with my appointments and would like a refund promptly. I am seeking a refund for my purchase from Michelle’s salon to use as credit at another salon. I bought a Groupon as a birthday surprise for my daughter. Despite encountering rude behavior when trying to schedule, I went ahead with the appointment. Due to heavy traffic, we arrived 20 minutes late and were asked to reschedule, which I agreed to. The following day, they claimed we were a no-show and demanded a $50 deposit over the phone to keep the rescheduled appointment, a requirement not mentioned during our previous in-person visit.
