I purchased two passes for John's Incredible Pizza for today, September 8th. Unfortunately, the location is experiencing numerous issues with the arcade games, hindering our enjoyment. I am disappointed with the experience and am requesting a refund as we are leaving before our time is up. The food provided with the tickets is limited and does not appear fresh. I have already informed the staff of these issues. I am requesting a refund for both ticket purchases at John's Incredible Pizza.

I was informed by my consultant at Le Rev that only one Groupon could be used for a service at their salon. They mentioned that Groupon would refund me for the service I was unable to use. I am disappointed by their practice of offering multiple deals to attract customers, only to restrict the usage later. It would be more transparent if they disclosed this policy upfront instead of surprising customers when they arrive. The Groupon I am seeking reimbursement for is the "ONE FULL FACE NONINVASIVE LIFT" with a charge of $73.50 on my credit card. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased two Groupon vouchers, one for myself and one as a gift for Concierge Car Wash Perth. I have attempted multiple times to book online without success, receiving error messages like "cancelled, does not exist." The phone number was always busy whenever I tried to call. I discovered from Water Town that there have been numerous complaints about the business. I just learned that they changed their phone number but I can't find the new one. I am frustrated by the difficulty in redeeming the voucher, especially as the expiration date approaches. I would appreciate a refund for both vouchers due to the inconvenience this has caused.

I have been attempting for more than a week to obtain a refund for an item I bought that did not meet my expectations. Despite receiving multiple emails assuring me of a response within 24 hours, I have yet to hear from the seller. Santiago R. (from Groupon) informed me on October 4, [redacted], at 4:46 AM GMT+5:30 that the matter is best addressed by the third-party Marketplace merchant responsible for the deal. I provided details including the order issue (product not as expected), my request (return/refund), and a support ID (GG-17MG-PJ7J-33W7-HTR2) to Groupon. They have forwarded this information to the merchant, who should be contacting me via email within one working day.

I need assistance with a recent purchase I made for my husband's medical marijuana card renewal. I bought it from Elevated Holistics on Friday, 9/30, from NY. Unfortunately, I wasn't logged into my account, so I believe the transaction was processed as a guest. The email I used for redemption was sent to [redacted], which belongs to my husband, Nick Katz. The payment went through my bank, but he hasn't received the redemption code email. Despite contacting customer service, we haven't had any luck resolving this issue. Elevated Holistics confirms seeing the order but requires the redemption code to proceed. I suspect I might have made a typo in the email, possibly adding an extra "t." My Groupon account was working perfectly yesterday as I ordered 3 Groupons: one for 60 units of Botox, one for an organic spray tan, and one for teeth whitening. I am Harvey Sherman from Bethesda, MD. I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning from Unique Carpet Cleaning in Upper Marlboro, MD. My appointment was scheduled for yesterday, Oct 28 between noon and 1 PM. Despite multiple assurances from the owner, Rod, they did not show up by 5 PM, leaving me frustrated. I had to move all my furniture, and now I need to find another company, which might take a week. I request a refund of the Groupon funds for this service. Hello, I recently received a Groupon purchase confirmation email in my husband's name. He also got a confirmation email with a code, but when we try to access the voucher, it doesn't show up in our orders. We can see previous purchases but not the most recent one. I find it confusing as the Groupon account was opened in my name, and previous vouchers have always come to my email and not my husband's. The order number is 1[redacted]25-[redacted]. I need help with my Groupon account. They closed it even though I still have valid Groupons that I paid for. My account is [redacted] The first four letters stand for Richard and Mandy, which are our names. My husband's name is Richard, and mine is Amanda (Mandy), with the same last name, Rochwerger. I've had an account with Groupon for years without any issues. I bought Groupons last week for Adventure Rock and other activities, but they didn't go through properly. I contacted Groupon using my email address and name. I want my account reactivated to see my history and use the Groupons I purchased. I'm willing to update my username to match my payment details, Amanda Rochwerger. My husband and I find "Richman" easier to use together. I can't reset my password too. I purchased a voucher for an oil change at Jiffy Lube for a Pennzoil Conventional Signature Service Oil Change. Upon arrival, I discovered my vehicle requires the synthetic blend signature service oil instead of the conventional one specified on the voucher. The voucher has not been used as the store couldn't accept it for the oil type issue. I ordered a Groupon ticket on Tuesday, November 22, [redacted], using my computer. I couldn't print a valid ticket because it said it was only redeemable via Groupon's G-Pass. When I checked my mobile Groupon app, the ticket wasn't there. I reached out to their online customer service chat, but after an hour, two reps, and being disconnected once, I still didn't have my G-Pass ticket. I recently purchased a Groupon for an event in NYC happening this weekend. However, upon trying to book the event, I found that there is no availability for the entire month except for one Friday. On November 9th, I made a purchase on canvasonsale.com. However, upon receipt, I discovered the canvas was blurry and off-center. I have been in contact with "Alex" from customer service via email for assistance. Initially, they requested a picture of the canvas and details of the issue. After multiple emails, they suggested placing a replacement order through PayPal without signing in, leading to a failed transaction. Despite my attempts and inquiries, the provided link and voucher for a free product did not work. Subsequent suggestions to clear browser data and switch search engines did not resolve the issue. Following further exchanges, they offered a 50% discount voucher, which seemed illogical. It appears they acknowledge the error but resolving it has been frustrating.
