On August 8, [redacted], I purchased 3 sets of 3 Novadab Halloween bracelets totaling $41.97. Unfortunately, I only received one set instead of the ordered 3 sets. I am requesting a refund for the missing 2 sets or to receive them. Additionally, I only received a voucher that was valid for 1 set, which I redeemed on August 29, [redacted]. The only record I have is the payment through PayPal with an invoice id# and transaction id#. Please contact me promptly to address this issue. Thank you, Lisa B.

I contacted the merchant to schedule an appointment, but encountered several issues:
- The merchant mentioned she does not offer weekend appointments, despite this detail not being mentioned in the initial description.
- Upon requesting a weekday appointment, she stated she only schedules appointments until 5pm, conflicting with my work schedule.
- As a solution, she suggested taking a day off, only to later mention that appointments could be subject to cancellation.
I felt frustrated by the situation; why recommend taking time off work if the merchant may cancel the appointment due to convenience issues? Furthermore, she mentioned not having time for adjustments, even though it was included in the purchase description.
Given these challenges, I am no longer interested in resolving the matter and believe a refund would be more appropriate. My time has already been wasted, and I am no longer inclined to visit this establishment.

I recently bought tickets for a Hornblower Cruises & Events sightseeing tour using a Groupon voucher. Unfortunately, when I tried to book a date and time on the official website, I received an error message stating that the coupon was either invalid or expired. My order number is #[redacted], and the deal was for a $13 one-hour New York City sightseeing boat tour for two. This issue has left me feeling disappointed with my first Groupon experience. I kindly request a refund or assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently placed an order for a dog bed, but accidentally ordered two instead of one. When I tried to correct this before the order was processed, it didn't reflect the change accurately, resulting in one charge for the correct amount and another charge for double the price. I managed to edit the order down to one bed, but I still see multiple charges on my account.
Additionally, I unknowingly signed up for a discount program that charges $4.99 a month, and I would like to cancel this subscription. Unfortunately, it seems my order might have already been shipped, so I am concerned about having to deal with returns. This situation has also caused some issues with my checking account balance. It appears there are now two orders: one for one bed and one for two. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had an appointment booked using my Groupon at Bodyworks Wellness Therapy. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the therapist was not present. After a 15-minute delay, she informed me she had no record of my reservation and could not accommodate me. Despite providing clear evidence of my scheduled appointment for Saturday, September 14th at 2 p.m., she was impolite. Considering her behavior, I no longer wish to support this establishment. I would like to request a refund as I was unable to utilize the Groupon due to the therapist's lack of attention. It appears she had no intention of honoring the Groupon offer.

I entered my credit card details on the Groupon app for the Oktoberfest event in Frederick, but later changed my mind and cancelled it after realizing I could use my friend's ticket. However, I discovered a charge of $14 for the unused ticket when I checked my bank balance the next day. I reached out yesterday morning seeking assistance, but received no response. I kindly request a refund of $14 for the unutilized ticket and would appreciate if this matter could be resolved at your earliest convenience. If feasible, I would like to speak with a live chat agent. Thank you.

I recently had a disappointing encounter with Mitch from Clean Away Services. I had scheduled an appointment for Friday, October 4th a few weeks ago using appointment number 1[redacted]50-[redacted]. Being 81 years old, I rely on my calendar for all my appointments. Since I needed to prepare for more services than the Groupon covered, I started clearing out my closets in advance. Yesterday, I called Mitch to confirm our appointment before proceeding with my preparations. He mentioned he didn't have his schedule and promised to call back, but never did. When I called him this morning, he informed me my appointment was today and his truck had broken down. I insisted he was mistaken, as I never schedule appointments without checking my calendar first. This contradiction led to an argument. As someone who recently had a positive experience with Groupon window washing, this level of unprofessionalism was unprecedented. Typically, companies confirm appointments in advance, so this experience was truly unpleasant. I now have to start the process all over again to get my work completed. I'm requesting a refund for this unsatisfactory situation. - Shirley Z.

I have not received my Detroit Hour Magazine subscription. I subscribed to Detroit Hour Magazine for one year on June 12, [redacted]. After finding the receipt of my purchase, I discovered that Detroit Hour Magazine never received the order from Groupon. If the subscription has expired, kindly refund the $10 to my Marriott Visa credit card account. Thank you. - D&G Wyner

Subject: Dissatisfaction with Anniversary Booking Experience at Baylis House
Dear Groupon,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the anniversary booking at Baylis House that was gifted to my wife and me by my sister. During our visit on September 28th, we were met by a polite waiter named Paul, but our dining experience quickly went downhill.
We were not presented with a menu for our starters or main course but were instead given a set "chef's special" for the evening. The quality of the food was extremely poor, and after a few bites, we both felt unwell and decided to leave most of the dishes untouched.
The lack of choice in our meal left us with cramping stomachaches and an ongoing feeling of nausea even two days later. What was meant to be a joyful celebration turned into a regrettable experience that we wish to forget.
We strongly believe that Groupon should reconsider partnering with Baylis House for future deals. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
K.H.

I received a confusing phone call from a person claiming I had booked my Groupon appointment at Facets of Hair for today, which clashed with my doctor's appointment. I tried to explain the mistake and requested to reschedule, but the caller's response was unclear. Due to the communication issues and difficulty understanding, I would appreciate a refund or credit for the Groupon. I prefer to have my hair done by someone I can communicate effectively with, even if a reschedule is possible.

I recently used a Groupon deal for a haircut, and unfortunately, it was the worst haircut I've ever received. I am considering requesting a refund since I believe it's necessary. I would like to leave negative feedback to warn others about my experience. I will now have to spend more money to fix the issue, and it's disappointing after spending six months growing out my hair. I feel the stylist may not have had proper training, as the haircut was very basic. Despite this being a first world problem, I still think a full refund is warranted. Can you please advise on the process for requesting a refund?

I made the mistake of assuming the Costco membership card would be sent by mail. After realizing the intricate process to actually obtain the card, which involves going to the store, waiting in line, and eventually receiving it, I find it too inconvenient. I request a refund to the credit card used for the charge and ask to be removed from your email list. I do not plan on doing business with your company in the future. The lack of a direct customer service number to call is frustrating. I am dissatisfied and upset with the current state of your customer service.

I am located in Arizona and will be traveling to my hometown near LA next week. I recently purchased cooking classes in Los Angeles for my two kids and as a gift for my best friend's two kids (4 in total) through Groupon. Unfortunately, I was not aware that these Groupons were only valid for this week when I tried to book the classes with the vendor. As we do not depart until Monday, I am unable to use them. I spent $96 on these 4 Groupons and would greatly appreciate a refund. As foster, adoptive, and biological parents, this money holds significant value for us. Thank you for your assistance.

I returned two items but only received credit for one of them (same item but different color). The refund email shows both items, so I am requesting a second refund of $12.99 for the missing item. Furthermore, on 9/ I placed an order through the mobile site and encountered a glitch that resulted in receiving two items/services instead of one. I only want one, so I am seeking a credit of $8.00, totaling $20.99. I have been attempting to contact Groupon via the site email, but after explaining the situation, attaching supporting documents, and submitting the email, I receive an error message. Live chat is either offline or not responsive, and my attempts to request a return call via email have been unsuccessful. Despite spending three hours trying various methods, I am becoming increasingly frustrated.

I recently bought 2 Groupons for carpet cleaning from Master Carpet. After using one in Murfreesboro, I was told I needed to pay $25 extra for the other location because it was outside the 25-mile radius. My home is just 17 minutes from Murfreesboro. When I purchased the second Groupon, I believed my house was within the service area. I am requesting a refund for the unused voucher. Please contact me to discuss this further.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a massage from a long-time provider. After scheduling an appointment and mentioning that I'd be redeeming a Groupon, she informed me I couldn't use it since I had utilized one a year prior. Even though the Groupon states it's for new customers only, I explained I never used her website and always texted for appointments. She declined to apply any of the voucher value to my session. I was under the impression that even if a Groupon is expired, the amount paid could be used towards the standard rate.

I think it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Another option would be to visit Costco in person or give them a call to inquire about the status of your order. I plan to do that tomorrow on Thursday, October 3. When you contact Costco, make sure to have your voucher number ready. However, I recommend not sharing any information until you confirm it in person. You can ask them about the process of receiving the free product you are supposed to get. They might provide it right away or you may need to wait for a few weeks. This was my understanding when I submitted my application.

Yesterday, I added items to my cart, but when I tried to remove some, the website unexpectedly closed. Upon returning, my basket was empty. I had to postpone my search to today. To my dismay, I received an email stating my order was already en route! Upon inspection, all items were charged to my credit card. I did not intend to purchase everything in my cart and need guidance on canceling some items. This purchase was unauthorized due to a website glitch. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
