I realized I should have checked the reviews before placing 3 separate orders on Groupon. I ordered an essential oil diffuser set, a bedding set, and a blanket. Unfortunately, the blanket order failed, but I was still charged. Customer service stated they only received payment for the essential oil set. I emailed them bank statements and the bedding set confirmation, but they advised me to contact my bank. After speaking to the bank, it's clear I was charged for all 3 orders. I am prepared to provide payment proof if necessary but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Despite reaching out to a previous contact without success, I will continue to pursue a resolution for the €[redacted] discrepancy.

I had an appointment booked for 29/10, but they called me last minute to cancel and rescheduled it for today, 1/10 at 1 pm. At 12 pm, they informed me they no longer honor this offer with Groupon and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon directly. I had a cleaning appointment booked with Cozy Maids using a Groupon. I realized I needed two vouchers, but they only allow one per booking. They used the value of the second voucher as credit for my appointment. The cleaner was late and then didn't show up despite rescheduling. When I tried to reschedule again, I mistakenly canceled my appointment. Now, I have two unused Groupons and want a refund as I no longer need them.

I visited a certain merchant for my appointment yesterday. The procedure did not go as expected, so I decided not to proceed with it. Unfortunately, this merchant's policy requires voucher redemption before the appointment. I am requesting a prompt refund of my money. I received an email from Groupon regarding a purchase I did not make. The transaction was processed with an outdated payment method. The email mentioned the order would be reprocessed in 24 hours. I did not authorize this purchase and had already removed the outdated payment information from my account. To prevent future unauthorized purchases, I deleted all payment details from my account. The order was placed on 10-1-19 at 11 am EST and the confirmation was sent to my email at [redacted]

I bought a Groupon for a service, but the salon no longer accepts them. Customer service suggested trading it for another service. However, the second salon I tried also doesn't accept Groupons. They quoted me $[redacted] for a service that I found on their website for $50. When I pointed this out, they insisted on the higher price and were quite rude about it. In my experience working at a salon, we understood that unless the deal was removed, we had to honor it if still online.

I am having trouble with my Wine Insiders order that I placed on 9/10 through Groupon. $55 was deducted from my checking account on that day. Groupon directed me to contact Wine Insiders for help but they are saying I don't have the correct code. Hello, I am Fatima Al Masousi. I encountered an issue when trying to book a hotel in Kissimmee, Florida with my friend and three kids using Groupon. We arrived at the hotel but were unable to check in as we didn't have a confirmation number. Despite showing the Groupon app, we were still denied. Last Saturday, on 9/28/19, in the late afternoon, I bought a ticket on the Groupon app for the double decker bus. I updated my card information that day. After entering all the card details and clicking purchase, I received a message in red stating "invalid card." I tried multiple times but there was no confirmation that the card payment went through. When the bus arrived, I asked the driver for assistance, but he informed me it was the last trip and he couldn't help. To my dismay, my credit card was charged 4 times - $31 and $93 each. I request a refund to my credit card. If the card was deemed invalid, how did the company manage to charge $31 initially? However, I experienced several site interruptions due to my location. Each time I attempted to view an offer, it unknowingly added it to my shopping list. I mistakenly ended up with two Total Highlight Packages and one Haircut Package instead of the single package I wanted. I also unintentionally added a Martial Arts offer I didn't intend to purchase. I visited Skyzone Westlake intending to redeem 2 of the 4 passes from my voucher, but the staff member mentioned that all 4 had to be used at once. Since I only had 2 kids with me, I purchased individual passes instead. Now, I am unable to refund the 4-pack voucher due to it being scanned already. My recent orders have been disappointing. The purchase for Luray Caverns brought me to a different cavern in Shenandoah, not what I expected from Luray. I'd like a refund for this misleading purchase.
Additionally, I reserved a birthday experience at iFLY assuming there was a discount, only to find out there wasn't. This lack of information led to a less flexible arrangement. I'm disappointed and would appreciate clarification on this issue.

I am in need of customer support assistance. I have tried contacting via phone with no success and couldn't find a direct email link. Using this form raises some doubts. Over the past two days, I have canceled two Groupons and then discovered I only had 24 hours to use them. This feels rushed and stressful. As a loyal customer for about 15 years, I feel poorly treated. Additionally, I can't find any record of my Groupon bucks on the page, even though I should have some. I was supposed to have $55 in Groupon bucks, which would have covered the shipping for my Omaha Steaks Groupon, but the balance hasn't been deducted. There's also no trace of a $15 balance from those bucks on my account. Please consider reorganizing the website for clearer communication. This could greatly improve the user experience.
