Hello, my name is Danielle L. I bought a $50 voucher for "The Knife" restaurant on September 25th for my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience due to poor customer service. The cook seemed to be in a bad mood and ended up throwing food on my plate and dress. The language barrier with the manager and waiter made it hard to address the issue. Despite not getting to taste the food, we left because of the unacceptable service. I am contacting Groupon’s Human Resources to request a refund for the unused voucher. The experience at The Knife was disappointing, and I do not recommend it to others. Although I couldn't report this earlier due to work, I hope my feedback leads to a refund. Despite the setback, we found a different restaurant to salvage my boyfriend's birthday celebration. Good customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, The Knife fell short in this aspect.

I bought a Groupon deal on August 5, [redacted], for 5 days of parking near Philadelphia airport at Park and Jet. The purchase amount was $41. I never got the follow-up email with the details to use the offer despite receiving a confirmation message right after buying it. I made a booking at the Sands Harbor Resort and Marina for September 27th to September 28th. The images shown on Groupon's website were misleading as they did not accurately represent the hotel. The actual condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. It appeared run down with an abundance of supplies piled up in the parking lot, making parking a challenge. The lobby shown online was not reflective of the property. Inside, the room was dimly lit and shabby. There was a noticeable gap under the door, and the bathroom fixtures were rusty and broken. The outdated furniture and lack of comforters on the beds added to the overall poor experience. I checked in briefly and decided to leave immediately. I am seeking a refund and can provide photos if necessary.

This is my second time encountering an issue with ordering from your site this month. I had intended to purchase 1 laptop and 1 Bluetooth earphone but unexpectedly received 2 laptops instead. Despite being informed by your team that there was no duplicate order, I remember starting an order for a laptop, a plan, and an earphone but decided against it and only left the laptop in the cart after deleting an unspecified second item. Subsequently, I shopped for the Bluetooth earphones separately and upon reviewing my order before check out, I noticed 2 items and proceeded with payment authorization.
Upon checking my card balance, I discovered that 4 items totaling $[redacted].00 had been charged. I kindly request a return label for the extra laptop and a prompt refund. If possible, I would appreciate a resolution as speedy as the product delivery. Thank you.

My sister shared an email from Groupon claiming my birthday present was delivered, but it was not. When I contacted Groupon's non-responsive Customer Service, the representative refused to discuss it due to privacy policies, stating I did not place the order. Here is the email content:

I have been trying to contact your customer service team multiple times without success. I am confused about why I am being charged double on one account, but I am unable to explain it because no one has returned my calls or emails. I have a Groupon voucher for Castle's and Coasters in Phoenix, AZ that expired in May [redacted]. Today, September 29, [redacted], I tried to use the $58 I paid for the expired voucher towards a pass. The experience was frustrating as the staff seemed confused and brought multiple managers without properly understanding my request. Even though I was only asking to use the remaining value of my voucher, they refused to honor it. The manager even implied I might have already used it, which felt like an accusation of fraud. Despite my attempts to explain, they were not aware of the rule allowing me to apply the cash value of the expired voucher. I was pressured into selecting the "Buy button" by an employee at Costco as I entered. After realizing the mistake, I tried to correct it at the counter, but they couldn't help and instructed me to wait for an email. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to contact Groupon. Following their instructions to use the app, I attempted to redeem the deal. Unfortunately, I couldn't find assistance from Groupon, and Costco directed me back to resolve the issue there. Feeling compelled to proceed, I ended up purchasing items linked to the deal to mitigate the situation. At checkout, I was informed to return to customer service to activate with my credit card for auto-renewal, which frustrated me but circumstances left me no choice. I purchased a Groupon for Euromaids to clean my home. Unfortunately, during the cleaning, two of my limited edition John McClelland plates, which were precious belongings from my late mother, were broken. Following a conversation with the cleaning girl's boss, I sent pictures of the damaged plates along with their Certificates of Authenticity. I also included the prices, although these plates are irreplaceable due to their sentimental value. I purchased two (2) vouchers for a "Six-day Amsterdam Vacation" with Fleetway Travel on September 22nd. The next day, I tried to book my trip but couldn't reach them on the phone. I found out Fleetway Travel is linked to the bankrupt THOMAS COOK travel group. I called Groupon Getaway Customer Service to cancel my unredeemed vouchers. They assured me they would process my request and send an email confirmation, but I haven't received anything.
I made five (5) calls to Groupon Customer Service since then, receiving different responses each time. I never booked directly with a tour operator, so I need Groupon to cancel my vouchers and issue an immediate refund. As a loyal customer, I trust you will handle this promptly and appropriately.

I recently purchased a voucher for a Tandem Skydive at Skydive Center San Antonio in Castroville, TX. Following the purchase, I realized that the email address provided for sending the voucher was incorrect, resulting in me not receiving it. The correct email should be [redacted] Although I was able to print out a voucher, it does not contain a code or registration number required for scheduling the jump. The staff at the Castroville location explained they need this code to book the jump. The purchase was made under Enrique Diaz with the card ending in [redacted], for $[redacted] on 09/30/[redacted]. When buying through Groupon, there was no option to choose a jump date unlike other locations I checked. I bought the voucher first as instructed, but now I cannot schedule the jump without the missing code. I have already been charged for this. Please assist me in obtaining the code for the voucher. My name is Travis Weber, and I purchased a fishing charter trip through Groupon from Reel Deal Charters in Naples, Florida for my father-in-law's birthday last April. I've had difficulties scheduling the trip despite multiple attempts. The captain has been consistently rude, using inappropriate language and delaying our trips. I've been given several dates, only to be pushed back each time. Despite an upcoming appointment being set, I have been informed that it needs to be rescheduled again for November 8.
