I bought a 5-class package of yoga sessions from Flower Garden Yoga via Groupon. The deal assured me that there was no time limit on when to use the classes and they would never expire. I've only used one class and intended to use the remaining 4 when returning home from college, which is now. However, upon visiting the studio, I discovered it has closed down. I am now unable to redeem the 5 classes as the agreement stated. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain a refund considering these circumstances. My email is associated with the account, and I am open to receiving credits instead for future purchases on Groupon.

I bought a voucher for converting 10 VHS tapes to DVDs. The company received my tapes on June 16th, but I'm struggling to reach them. No response from the company or Groupon, and my emails are being blocked. They are offering a refund, but I just want my memories preserved. After reading numerous reviews about others losing their memories too, I feel devastated. I am considering contacting the attorney general and the news station for help. All I want is to get my tapes back safely.

I bought a coupon for cleaning services, but I can't get in touch with the company. I've left multiple messages, but no one has called me back. I only have 3 days left to request a refund, and the coupon can't be exchanged. I've spent over $[redacted] on services I can't even use. Another problem is with a window cleaning Groupon I bought. I am disappointed with the false advertising regarding the sofa I purchased through Groupon. Initially, I was informed that my sofa would be delivered, then received a contradictory email from Groupon's resolution team instructing me to contact the sofa company. The company assured me of a sofa delivery in 3 days, only for Groupon to issue a refund less than a day later. When I called Groupon for clarification, they admitted the company never had the sofas in stock but still took my money, provided an invoice, and scheduled a delivery date. Despite my frustration and the inconvenience of not having a sofa, Groupon showed no interest in resolving the issue beyond acknowledging my dissatisfaction. In my view, their actions indicate they are untrustworthy and operate by accepting payments without fulfilling orders. I will not be using their services again.

I encountered difficulty with my Canvas on Sale order. They will refund $10.69 out of the $29.99 I paid. I still need Groupon to refund $19.30. Details are in the email below. On Oct 2, [redacted], at 11:27 AM, I received an email from "[redacted]" <[redacted]> informing me that my order was unsuccessful. They are offering a refund of $10.69. Note that Canvas on Sale will only refund what was paid to them. For the remaining amount, $19.30, I must contact Groupon to arrange the refund of the voucher value.

I am experiencing an issue with an item I purchased through Groupon. I received instructions to acquire the item from the merchant, but upon visiting their website, the item is unavailable, preventing me from purchasing anything similar. The merchant's customer service line goes to voicemail each time I call. When contacting Groupon support, I spoke with a rude man named Peter who offered me a $[redacted] item for $95 and argued with me for 15 minutes. This interaction was unpleasant. I bought a voucher from Arbor Vitae Holistic Massage in August, but every time I try to schedule, the owner cancels on the same day. This has happened three times now, and rescheduling takes at least three weeks. Today, she canceled on me again, leaving me frustrated and annoyed. I recently purchased five tickets to a magic show in Las Vegas, hoping to attend on the same day. However, the show was unexpectedly canceled, and this information was not updated on groupon. My schedule does not allow for another visit to Vegas, so I am seeking a refund for my purchase. I bought a Groupon in August for mink eyelashes from Esthetics by Faith. When I went for my appointment on September 10th, Faith said my lashes were too short for the mink lashes. She informed Groupon, and I contacted them too. Groupon offered to let me trade the deal for something else within 24 hours, but I couldn't access it during my trip. I paid $59 and now I can't find anything else I want to trade for. I would like a refund or $59 in Groupon credit with no expiry to use later. Since Faith declined me service without me cancelling the Groupon, I don't think I should be penalized. I had no idea I couldn't use the deal until my appointment on September 10th, so I couldn't have requested a refund earlier. It seems unfair that I have to trade within 24 hours when I may not find something I want for a while.

Good afternoon, I am Michael J. Snyder. On October 1st, I bought a weekend stay at Hotel Dupont via Groupon for the 4th through the 6th. My confirmation number is [redacted], and the order number is 1[redacted]02-[redacted]. When I inquired about the reservation, the hotel had no record of it. Groupon mentioned it might take up to 48 hours to appear as a reservation. Upon checking today, the hotel still has no record of my booking. As my stay is supposed to be tomorrow night, I am concerned if the reservation was indeed made as the room has been paid for through your platform, with no option for a refund.

A few weeks ago, I bought a $20 Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation, thinking it was a good deal. However, when I went to Certi Tate repair shop with my truck, they asked me to come back the next morning at 7:30. The shop was disorganized, with junk cars and dust everywhere. After reading the 28 Google reviews for Certi Tate, I realized the five-star reviews seemed fake while the one-star reviews were genuine complaints about long waits, rude staff, dirty interiors, and even accidents caused by the owner. I regret not checking Google reviews before going. I don't feel safe going back there and would like a refund to go to a trustworthy mechanic. - C. B.

I previously used clutter service five years ago and loved it. However, upon trying it again recently, I found that it has changed drastically. There are many negative reviews both on the site and on Google. The service is just as expensive or more than public storage, which is more professional and courteous. I have decided to stay with public storage and would like a refund for the clutter service fee. Additionally, I never received the Fitbit watch that was supposed to be delivered. Hello, I ordered a Hydro Flask from Groupon, but received the wrong color with a straw that doesn't fit. It's defective. I contacted the seller, who responded with unclear sentences and mentioned sending something else instead of resolving the issue. This lack of proper communication is unacceptable. I purchased a Groupon for a tandem jump in Dallas, Texas, but the promotion code is not working despite following all redemption instructions. The promotion certificate states the code doesn't exist. I purchased the "Wood Look Aroma Diffuser or Top 6 Blend Oil Set" bundle assuming it included 6 diffusers and a set of 6 essential oils. However, upon receiving my package, I found only 1 diffuser included with the oils. I would appreciate the remaining 5 diffusers to fulfill the bundle as I understood it. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased 4 atrium vouchers some time ago and wanted to reserve for tomorrow. When I tried to book, I could only reserve for 2 vouchers due to unavailable dates. After reaching out to Groupon to cancel the 2 unused vouchers, they mistakenly cancelled my original booking. I called today regarding the accidental cancellation and they are investigating. My reference number is [redacted]7. Even though I managed to rebook on my own, I still need help incorporating the remaining 2 vouchers into my reservation. The atrium has space for additional guests, so I’m hoping they can accommodate all 4 vouchers tomorrow instead of refunding the unused ones.

I bought a cleaning service that refused to come to my house because they claimed I was outside their service area. I have a Nordic toaster from Swan with a 2-year warranty. Swan requires it to be returned to the retailer for any faults. I purchased it from Groupon Goods in January but began using it in April after finishing our new kitchen. One side of the toaster did not pop up, and I found out that Groupon Goods doesn't accept returns. Swan has a no-quibble replacement service during the warranty period, but it must be done through the retailer. I continued using the toaster by pressing the cancel button to pop the toast up. Unfortunately, it was left unattended and nearly caused a house fire last week, leaving a smoke smell in our new kitchen. With three young children, I'm scared to use it. I'm struggling to figure out how to get it repaired or replaced since Groupon Goods and Swan direct returns back to the retailer, and both companies only have automated messages and emails. It's a costly toaster, and I'm very let down by this experience.
