I unintentionally purchased Groupons for products I did not intend to buy as I reviewed them. Despite not providing payment information or confirming the orders, I discovered the charges on my bank statement. The Groupons were for CanvasOnSale and Collage.com. CanvasOnSale's customer support was unhelpful in redeeming the Groupon for a gift that is now overdue. Collage.com's support was more responsive but the product is out of stock until after the Groupon expires. I am seeking a refund for both purchases but am unable to contact Groupon directly. I have extensive email correspondences documenting my efforts with the companies. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, K.

I bought two Groupon vouchers for 60-minute massages from the seller Excellent Hands but they are not accepting them. They informed me that Groupon will be issuing a refund, but a month has passed, and I have not received any communication or refund from Groupon. Excellent Hands confirmed that we did not use the voucher, which expires on February 5th. How can we proceed to receive the credit or refund for the unused vouchers?

In October, I bought a voucher for One Trick Pony Brewery through Groupon. I was unaware of how Groupon worked and accidentally marked it as redeemed. I spoke to a Groupon representative who assured me it was fine since I hadn't used it at the brewery yet. However, now the voucher shows as redeemed, and One Trick Pony Brewery says I need to provide something from Groupon. Feeling disheartened and unsure how to proceed.

I attempted to buy a family pass for the Greensborough waterpark, only to be informed that I had reached my purchase limit despite not having made any prior purchases. The pass should be valid until March! Following this, I managed to purchase a single voucher successfully. However, I was unable to make a subsequent purchase. While I understand the one voucher per person policy, I feel deceived. I originally sought a family voucher (which was declined), and now I am left with a single person voucher and will need to pay full price for three more. This situation feels unjust. Should this be Groupon's standard procedure, I am considering ending my affiliation with the platform. Deception is something I strongly dislike.

Hello, I made a reservation using this email for a massage at a location near my home in NYC. It was recommended to me, so I assumed it was the same place. However, it turns out it is in a different state. This is my first time using Groupon, and I am quite disappointed. I visited the NYC location and paid the full price (I can provide the receipt) but my Groupon was not accepted as it was for a different place. Please cancel this reservation as it is within the 3-day cancellation period and should be fully refundable. Thank you.

I received the wrong product. I ordered an Instant Pot pressure cooker but received a different brand. The two pressure cookers I bought were both incorrect. I am dissatisfied with this. The models I ordered are DUO30, DUO60, and DUO80 as shown in the advertisement. This mix-up occurred with two separate orders, making me doubt if this is a scam. I want to return both pressure cookers and get the correct ones. Both purchases were made with the same credit card, one under Tyler and one under Sheila Boehm. Yesterday, I discovered that the tickets I purchased on December 1 for four people at Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada are no longer valid. I was not given a reason for this sudden change and I'm reaching out to resolve this issue. I was planning to gift these tickets to celebrate Christmas, a birthday, and enjoy the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Additionally, I am interested in purchasing two tickets for a ship tour near Niagara Falls. I am unsure if I need to pick up the tickets in the U.S. or if I can obtain them on the Canadian side. I am extremely frustrated! I purchased two 9D action movie tickets for my friend's son to enjoy with a friend. The website said no booking was necessary, but when they arrived after 12:00, the door was closed. They asked nearby shops, but no one knew what was happening. Another group encountered the same issue. We tried calling with no luck, and there was no option to leave a message. My friend is upset with me as they travelled a long way and even invited a friend. The tickets expire on the 12th of January, and she no longer wishes to go. This experience has shattered our trust. I request an immediate refund. I purchased a Groupon deal for eyelash extensions and a refill for $79.99. Unfortunately, I fell ill and missed my second appointment. I called to reschedule but did not get a response. After reviewing the Groupon details, I noticed they were changed to justify not giving me another appointment. I reached out to Groupon, but have not had a response. I am concerned about the lack of communication and wondering why I am being treated unfairly after paying for the service and providing a doctor's note. I have been having a difficult time getting a refund from Groupon for a faulty water feature. Recently, during a chat, they promised to send return details once my chronically ill daughter, J., added me to her account after leaving the hospital. However, instead of receiving the instructions, I got another email requesting more pictures. After I sent the pictures, I received an email stating that the email address provided was no longer in use. I have been attempting to locate the live chat feature again, but have been unsuccessful.

I placed an order for a ring in December with an expected delivery date of the 30th of December. However, the item has yet to arrive, causing me concern. Despite my attempts to reach out to customer support, I have been unable to make contact. I bought the Tecchom 4K Ultra Action Camera, which was delivered on December 23. However, we have been unable to pair the camera using the app code provided in the manual as it is not available in the US. Despite trying other action camera apps, we have not been successful in connecting it to the camera using three different devices. We would like to take advantage of the free returns option listed in the details, but we are unable to find the link to print the return slip. We have been attempting to initiate the return process since December 26, as we wish to return the camera and receive a refund.

I am having a recurring issue with two separate Groupon deals. Initially, I received notification that Mama Mia Restaurant had closed down, requesting a refund to be issued to my account. I recently received two fire opal rings that I ordered online, and unfortunately, they look nothing like the ones displayed on the website. Instead of vibrant fire opals, they are just white stones that don't resemble the picture at all. The shipping labels for these items are LZJ[redacted]2D and LZJ[redacted]2E. I believe I deserve a refund for the items and shipping charges since they are not what I ordered. I think Groupon should investigate this matter with the seller, as these products do not meet the quality standards of Groupon goods. I recently went to SVS in Oak Park, MI seeking to purchase glasses. However, I am disappointed as the total cost quoted exceeded $[redacted], which is beyond my budget. Despite the frame being reasonably priced at less than $[redacted], the lenses were expensive due to my high strength prescription. I inquired about only purchasing the frames, but I was informed that the coupon required the purchase of a complete pair of glasses. Even with the coupon, I would still need to pay over $[redacted] out of pocket as it cannot be used with insurance. Unfortunately, this promotion does not suit my needs, and I am requesting a refund. I've attempted multiple times to reach Sahara Auto Spa in Niagara Falls, Canada via phone to schedule a car detailing appointment using my Groupon. However, I never got a response.
