Hello, my name is Jeannette Caress. Some time ago, my computer was compromised by a Microsoft scam. During an attempt to fix it online, the scammers created an email account in my name. I had to close that account and didn't use it for 60 days. Now, I cannot access my account since I changed my phone. The old phone numbers associated were [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] (cell). I received emails from Google stating my account was closed and then reopened. Even after buying a new computer, my new HP has also been compromised. I am 78 years old on a fixed income and cannot afford more new devices. The hacker has tried to use the phone numbers associated with my Motorola as well. I am requesting to have all emails in my Google account closed completely. I have encountered a similar issue with my Microsoft account. Please contact me at [redacted] or by phone to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

After a recent update, Google's new format is causing issues accessing Gmail. Attempting to reset the password has proved challenging due to an outdated phone number and work email associated with the account. Changing the phone number and updating the email address seem impossible within the new system. The frustration mounts as getting essential information like bills becomes cumbersome. The desire to check emails and settle bills simplistically feels unattainable with the current obstacles. Fatigue sets in after dedicating a substantial amount of time to resolving this issue to no avail. The inconvenience of the new format is undeniable, making the usability of the account questionable.

A couple of months ago, I updated my password but didn't save it on my laptop. Although I thought I could remember it, I haven't been able to. The password I noted down doesn't seem to be correct. The recovery email linked to my account is no longer accessible to me. Consequently, I am now locked out of my account and unable to make any changes. Is there a method to reset my password without using the recovery email, or a way to locate my current password?

Dear Google Customer Service Team, I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I am facing with the Google Pixel 3 XL mobile phone that I purchased through Amazon. Ever since I started using it, I have been encountering problems with coverage, signal, and network connectivity. These issues have made it impossible for me to complete phone calls as the voice quality is poor and the calls keep dropping. Despite trying various resets and online troubleshooting steps, the problems persist in different locations.
I am left with no choice but to resort to using my other iPhones for reliable communication. I believe there might be a hardware issue with the device itself. Therefore, I kindly request either a replacement for a new device if this is an isolated case, or a refund if this is a common problem with this model.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have identified errors in various smart phones and scientific calculators that lead to incorrect results. As an experienced math teacher, I aim to rectify these flaws and suggest enhancements for scientific calculators on mobile devices to cater to students' needs. The inaccuracies in calculations can impact students' academic work, emphasizing the importance of addressing these issues promptly.
Additionally, I have developed a Millennium Equation that can determine the day of the week for any given date swiftly and accurately. Unlike conventional calendar applications on smartphones that have limitations, my equation offers a seamless way to find the day of the week without extensive scrolling. This innovation has been copyrighted and registered to ensure its authenticity.
I believe this unique feature can revolutionize how calendars function on smart phones, providing a more efficient tool for students and users alike. With your support, I am eager to take this concept further for the benefit of Google, mobile manufacturers, and the end-users, particularly students.
Best Regards,
Nael Ibrahim Q.

Hello, my name is Gehad Magdy and I have been using Gmail for many years. I am originally from Egypt, but recently was on vacation in the United States. I have two Google accounts that I heavily rely on. The first one, "[redacted]," is provided by my university and contains all my important information, job offers, and is where everyone contacts me. The second account, "[redacted]," is linked to my iCloud account on my iPhone. Both of these accounts have been "disabled" while I was in the United States, and despite my attempts to restore them, I have not received any help or responses from Google. I am very frustrated and confused as I have not violated any policies and desperately need access to my accounts. I urge someone from Google to contact me promptly to explain the situation and help me recover my accounts. I hope to receive assistance soon as this has been a very unfair and distressing experience. I will provide an alternative email for communication. Thank you, Gehad Magdy.

I found that "Mylife" posted my personal information when I searched my name online. In November, I contacted these companies to remove it, and they complied except for "Mylife." I'm job hunting, but being labeled as 68 is hindering my chances. Despite requesting "Mylife" to remove the link, it still appears in search results. I contacted them again today to take it down but they haven't done it. Please remove this information as it's affecting my job search. When you search my name, it shows:

I am disappointed with your company. I have had a Google account for over 15 months to play Avakin, and when I checked recently, my account with the username "diamond 24kt" was replaced with "first lady DIA" which is using a different phone number. I have spent a lot of money on this game and can prove it with receipts. Please investigate and restore my original account. Thank you. - R.M.

I am Cheryl H. from the USA. My email is [redacted], created after my [redacted] marriage. Lately, someone in Europe with the same name is mistakenly using my email. They have ordered phones, "Sky," and now have a Netflix account. The contact numbers provided are European, and I do not have accounts with these companies. Despite changing my password, this person cannot access or recover the account. I hope Google can intervene. The pictures saved on the backup are from my US phone dating back to [redacted], including images of my child. I cannot lose these precious photos. I am unsure how else to verify ownership, but I seek assistance in reaching out to individuals with a similar email name in the UK to cease using my account.

Today, I received two emails stating my Google account was disabled, and my YouTube access was suspended. I immediately checked my Gmail and Google Drive, which are crucial for my schoolwork, and they are operational. However, YouTube remains inaccessible.
My YouTube account has been suspended, and I am perplexed as to why. This is a new experience for me, and I cannot identify any reason for this action. Despite submitting an appeal, the suspension has not been lifted.
YouTube is essential for my work, school, and educational purposes for my child. The lack of information surrounding this suspension is frustrating. I am at a loss as to why this is happening and seek assistance in resolving this issue.

My wife set up a family group for sharing a Google Play Music family plan. I want to become the manager. I left the current group to start a new one, but now I can't change family groups for 12 months. My wife, J. Broder, was the family manager, but I handle all tech and subscriptions, so I should have manager controls. Her email is [redacted]
I want to create a new family group as the manager. I plan to invite my wife and my mom, S. Market, at [redacted], and upgrade my Google Play Music subscription to the family plan. It's frustrating that I can't do this now due to restrictions. I hope for a resolution from your end soon. All I want is to manage the family group without login into my wife's account.
Thank you.

I recently became a Sprint customer and purchased an LG GT Pro 8.0 tablet on one of the lines under my name. I allowed a friend to use that line, which I paid for, but he never reimbursed me. When I reported the tablet as stolen, I've now retrieved it, but it is Google locked and requires the original Google account to unlock it. Sprint says I need to pay a $[redacted] deductible to replace it, but I want to use my own device. How can I resolve this issue? My phone number is [redacted].

Recently, my son's father lost custody rights due to abuse, resulting in him hacking into our son's Gmail account, changing the password and recovery options. Our son, Rosporski D., had his account violated with the password "Slayer1970." Though we changed it to "saraA1985," his father re-hacked it, setting his email and phone as recovery options, preventing us from fixing it. We need assistance removing his father's information from the account and restoring it. The new email created is ashtondylan98@gmail, hoping it can be linked to the old one. Removing the phone number [redacted] and any trace of Dana R. is essential to my son's well-being. Thank you for any help.
