I am writing regarding a YouTuber who should not be on the platform due to past legal issues. She has manipulated subscribers into creating channels for cyberbullying, harassment, and threats. This person faces pending cases in three states and has a restraining order against her in one already. She has used online platforms to make threats, encouraged self-harm, and exposed private medical information. Many, including myself, have reported her to YouTube/Google without resolution. With rising suicide rates linked to cyberbullying, it's crucial to address these issues promptly. I have sought help from senators and started a petition to address this problem. I urge your company, affiliated with YouTube, to take action and address this situation. The YouTuber in question goes by several names, including Many V_S Conscious Cult. I will continue to escalate this until action is taken for the safety of all.

My Google account signed out of one of my devices, prompting me to set a new password. I successfully changed the password but now I can't sign back in on my phone. For years, I've seamlessly switched between these devices until 2 days ago when I encountered this issue. While I can still access my account on the other device, my phone keeps sending me in circles when I try to sign in. I need to resolve this urgently. I visited a Google support page which directed me to a paid support option. I'm disappointed as a loyal customer who has invested in Google products. Can anyone please assist me with resolving this without additional charges?

My account was hacked, and although I reset it a few days ago by performing a factory reset and adding a new Google account, I discovered today that the hackers got me again. After another reset, when my phone rebooted to set up, a message appeared about a recovery email that I did not add, asking for the password for an email address I don't even have. Then, my Gmail password didn't work either. I tried to receive a code via my mom's email address for verification multiple times, but it never arrived. Even answering security questions incorrectly led to the message that I needed to wait and try again later. This situation has left me unable to make calls or use any apps on my phone. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am currently locked out of my email account and struggling to remember my recently changed password. Unfortunately, I didn't set up any recovery options. The phone number associated with the account is outdated, and the recovery question is not effective. I have logged in from various devices previously but no longer have access to some of them. I have crucial information in the account, like precious photos of my son and important documents that I can't lose. Despite providing detailed information about the account's contents, Google is unable to verify me through the standard recovery process. It's distressing not being able to access my valued data. I am willing to seek legal action to recover my information if necessary. Creating a new email won't replace the irreplaceable photos and files I have stored. I am seeking assistance desperately and have set up a temporary email as a backup.

Dear Sir, Today, I used Google search to find the contact number for my bank. Despite Google listing a mobile number as the top result, it turned out to be fraudulent. The individual on the phone requested irrelevant information and abruptly hung up when I asked for verification of their position at the bank. This incident raised concerns about the ease with which Google allows users to edit information displayed in search results. By simply providing an email address, users can alter webpage details, potentially leading to fraudulent activities. I urge for measures to be taken to prevent misuse of this editing feature and to safeguard users from encountering such deceptive practices. Thank you.

I am unable to remember my password for [redacted] I reset it in March but have forgotten the new one. I can still access my account on my phone but need to print important documents from my computer. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, Google cannot confirm my identity. I have verified my details and clicked "yes, it's me" when prompted on my phone, but the process loops without resolution. Google asks for my phone number, but I do not receive a text message and am directed to provide another email for contact. I have offered to send a copy of my license or verify in any way necessary. I eagerly await assistance in regaining access to my account.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my primary email being hacked. Earlier today, I was prompted to change the password multiple times while in my inbox. Additionally, two-factor authentication was activated, which I hadn't set up previously. Following attempts to change my password, the email account got suspended due to suspicious activity. While I managed to change the password, the suspension remains. I have submitted a support form but have concerns due to it being an old account on a discontinued platform now managed by G-Suite. Support advised me to contact the G Suite administrator, but this is not feasible as the platform is rarely used. I have retained the account for sentimental reasons. My concern is that some gaming accounts are linked to this email, and I am anxious someone may exploit them. I am trying to customize the Google Apps menu on my Chrome browser. After spending a frustrating 52 minutes searching for information on how to do this, I came across a help page titled "Use the Google Bar." I want to add Sheets and Forms to the 9 dot menu while removing unused items. Although I managed to add Sheets, it keeps disappearing. When trying to add Forms, I could not find an option to do so. Additionally, I am unsure how to remove unwanted items from the menu. Any guidance on how to effectively customize this menu would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my HTC Desire [redacted] phone due to forgetting my Gmail credentials. My phone number is [redacted] on Telstra. I am unable to make calls or access any apps on the phone. It is requesting an activation code for Android setup from the administrator. HTC and Telstra were not able to assist, so I am reaching out for help here. The phone is operational, but I am stuck at the activation stage. It is frustrating that there is no direct customer support through Google for this issue. We purchased the phone and are now unable to use it due to this activation code request. I tried entering a dot code but forgot it, resulting in the loss of all my data.

I bought a $[redacted].00 Google Play card from Best Buy, but it was declined upon activation because the scratch-off code was already used. I attempted to contact Google, but as I purchased it from Best Buy and not directly from Google Play, I faced challenges resolving the issue. My bank is aware of the situation, and although I visited Best Buy again, they couldn't assist since they are a third-party gift card supplier. I urgently need a refund as the card is unusable, and I suspect someone else is benefiting from this situation at my expense.

Creating a new account isn't an option since only one account is allowed. I changed my Gmail address, [redacted], to [redacted] after I got married and created the ana.de.branea account on September 8, [redacted], when I sent my first test mail from ana.iliesiu to ana.de branea account at 4:27 PM. (Please verify this information.) I also activated an automatic response (Please verify this information) which states: "Hello, My new email address is [redacted] Please don't contact me anymore on [redacted] Dankeee" I hope you can help me reset my password for my ana.iliesiu Gmail account as both accounts are linked, and I need to access some precious photos saved there.
