My name is Daryl and I believe someone pretending to be from Google scammed me. He advised me to install a program that would act as a lock system, syncing all my devices with one password. I installed it, but now my phone is locked, claiming the password I noted is wrong. I'm a senior citizen and a disabled veteran, urgently needing my phone for essential tasks. Please assist, I truly rely on my phone. Thank you, Daryl.

All the information from my "Contacts" has suddenly disappeared. When typing an address in an email, it used to automatically fill out the contact, but now the contacts are missing from the app. I received an email from Google about switching Google Chrome on or off, hinting at possible data loss, but it didn't specify Contacts. Initially, I ignored the email as I wasn't using Chrome. After receiving a few more, I clicked. Following that, my Desktop changed to an older version, but I discovered a folder containing most of the missing information, except for the contacts.

I am Christopher Fitzgerald Rice, a 40-year-old who enjoys watching various content on my Cricket phone. Not having family or friends to guide me, I seek knowledge through platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Xvideo, and YouTube. I pay $50 monthly for my phone but fear internet blocks on Hollywood films may hinder my learning process. I'm curious about what happens when a man experiences sudden arousal and the potential consequences of internet limitations on self-care. Having identified with a gay man's perspective, I hope to avoid unwanted outcomes due to restrictions on accessing stimulating content. Please consider my request to restore internet access on my Cricket phone, with contact numbers as follows: state phone [redacted], Cricket phone [redacted].

I have been unable to access my email account for about six months since it was hacked. I cannot afford the cost of removing the trojan virus. I am struggling to change my password as the system does not recognize me. Additionally, the phone number linked to the account is no longer in service, and I have a new one. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I had my Google account linked to my work email. Unfortunately, I lost my job, and my work account was removed, leaving me with only my personal phone numbers. The first number, [redacted], is no longer in use. The second number, [redacted], is still active. I tried to recover my account, but I have been facing difficulties. I'm willing to provide a picture of my driver's license to verify my identity. My email associated with the account is [redacted], and my name is Daniel Luke Duracher, also known as L dduracher. Your assistance in helping me regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

When I was younger, I was playing around on Google and mistakenly set up a Google account as my primary account. Now, whenever I try to log in to my main account, it keeps prompting me to sign in to the account I created when I was younger. Unfortunately, I can't access this account because I set a random password with a mix of words and numbers, and my backup email is unable to verify my ownership. Can someone assist me in gaining access to this account? The account email address is [redacted]

I am having difficulty setting up my Google Voice account on my work computer. Even after connecting my cell phone, all my outgoing calls display as private numbers. I am looking to obtain a separate number for work that won't disrupt me at home. Ideally, I want calls to come through on my desktop with a headset and not receive notifications on my phone. Any guidance on achieving this would be greatly appreciated.

I created a Google My Business account yesterday, and unfortunately, some of the pictures I uploaded were not in the correct format or were cropped strangely. I managed to download them again correctly, but the ones I attempted to delete are still visible to the public. While I can't see them on my account page to try deleting them again, they are still showing on Google Search and Maps. I need to retain the Google Earth image but would appreciate it if all pictures except the two most recent ones could be deleted to resolve this issue.

I recently tried to access my old email on Gmail.com but couldn't remember the password. I requested an email recovery passcode, but it was sent to an old email I no longer use. I had to reactivate that email account just to receive the code, which never arrived. Now, my Google account is frozen due to these complications. I used to rely on Google Plus for such issues, but it's no longer available. It's frustrating to wait so long for assistance. Additionally, my old recovery email was hacked from Russia six months ago, but I still need to keep it linked to my device in hopes of receiving a new code. Dealing with Google's current customer service processes feels like a step back in time to a slower and inefficient era.

I am currently being blackmailed by a person who goes by John Smith using the email [redacted] and communicating through Hangouts instant messenger. The latest message I received from him includes threats and demands for money or he will expose my personal information. I am seeking assistance from Gmail/Hangouts to suspend John's account for his involvement in this fraudulent activity. He claims to be a senior pastor in Corpus Christi, TX, at a church. I am asking for help to remove any content he may have on me and take action against him for his scam and blackmail.

I'm having trouble accessing my Google account as I believe my password has been changed by someone else. I've tried all the verification methods without success, and it keeps saying I cannot prove ownership. Since I work during the day, contacting Google has been difficult due to their business hours. I mainly need to access my Google account for photos, and it's currently logged in on my recently fixed Note 5. Once I can access my account, I'll be able to unlock the phone, as it's where I initially set up the Google account. The device should still be linked to the account. Can someone help me recover my Google account? Thank you, Erica. Please reach out to me on my alternative account.

Last night my email unexpectedly stopped working. To my surprise, I discovered my email address in the Trash folder, which I thought might be the issue. Clicking on the address did not restore my inbox, and my attempts to move it out of Trash were unsuccessful. After struggling with it, I eventually went to bed.
Today, I noticed new messages in my inbox despite my email address still being in the Trash folder. The number of new messages has increased significantly, making me doubt if the email failure was caused by the address in Trash.
I wonder if keeping my email address in the Trash folder could be affecting its performance. If so, I would appreciate guidance on how to rectify this issue. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with Google's review system. I have been targeted by someone who keeps posting fake negative reviews of my business, using various names to do so. Despite providing evidence that these reviews are malicious and untrue, Google's process to remove them takes an excessive amount of time. I believe the removal process should be quicker, similar to Yelp. The individual posting these reviews began doing so after I declined to provide services, which I had every right to do. I am considering legal action due to defamation and have substantial evidence to support my case. I urge Google to address this issue promptly by removing the false reviews. I suggest that once reviews are posted, they should only be editable by removal, not alteration, to prevent ongoing conflicts. Dealing with this situation is draining, and I am focused on protecting my business and reputation.

I am urgently seeking assistance with my Pixel 3 XL phone. I bought it 5 months ago and recently had to do a factory reset. However, after the reset, the phone is not connecting to the mobile network or detecting any wireless networks with the SIM card. I tried setting it up using wifi and manually adding the network, but it didn't work. Now, I am locked out of my device and unable to use it. I am currently outside Canada and need my phone to work. I would appreciate any help or solution you can provide. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I signed up for the email account [redacted] on April 30, [redacted] but have forgotten the password. Despite several attempts to reset it and a promise of a password reset email to be sent to [redacted], I have not received any emails. I had provided my phone number, [redacted], for recovery, but the process does not mention it now. Initially, I was asked for the creation date, but that question no longer appears. Since I am sharing the initial email response with you on this matter, it's clear that I am the rightful owner of this account. Please send the password reset link to [redacted] and update the recovery phone number to [redacted].
Thank you, J. P.

I am 85 years old and not very familiar with computers. Recently, I tried to access my Gmail account, as I do regularly, only to find myself locked out and asked for a password I couldn't remember. Following the recovery steps, I managed to reset my password successfully. However, I now face a new challenge of providing additional information that I find difficult to comprehend. I urgently need to access my inbox as I have important messages waiting. I have proven my legitimacy as the account owner and simply want a straightforward way to access my emails. I am currently preoccupied with organizing an Airforce Reunion in Spain and need to make travel arrangements promptly. Please assist me with clear and concise guidance to access my Gmail account without further complications. Kindly refrain from sending emails as I can't access them, and my contact details need updating. Unfortunately, the recovery process doesn't allow me to provide this information. You can reach me at [redacted].

My Gmail and phone have been hacked. Everything is gone, and I can't reach anyone on the phone for help. The automated system mentions privacy, but if you care, answer the phone. All my business contacts are lost due to the hacking ongoing right now. The recovery webpage is not helpful, looping back without verifying my phone. I've changed passwords multiple times, but it keeps getting hacked. Solve this now or face media and official complaints. Being hacked while writing this is frustrating. Contact me at a safe email. Remove your program from my phone. – N.W.

I bought a new Pixel 3 and accessories totaling over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone developed a defect in less than two months. Thankfully, the phone is still under warranty, and I also have an extra $7 per month warranty. My dilemma arose when I reached out to Google Fi for a solution. They informed me that I would need to pay an additional $[redacted] for a replacement phone. Once I make this purchase, they will send me a refurbished phone to replace my two-month-old Pixel 3. The process includes sending back the original phone for them to process and then reimburse me. They mentioned this is the only available option aside from waiting for a potentially two-week delay for a different phone.

The most recent password I recall is AndyBiersack. This account is not directly linked to, but is associated with, [redacted], which I can access.
