My main concern is accessing two resumes saved on Google Drive. The email account is crucial to me, with my birthday being July 7th, [redacted], and Batman as my favorite hero. I had a dog named Speedie. I can provide all security question answers but need help with the account creation month and year. The associated phone number is [redacted], but I no longer have access to that device. The frustration has led me to consider giving up technology entirely. I feel disappointed and may seek legal action as my important information is inaccessible. I hope to regain access to my email or retrieve my resumes.

I have been unable to download my Gmail to Outlook on my computer since August 31, [redacted]. When I try to connect, I see a window pop up with the pop.gmail.com server and my username [redacted], requesting my password. Even after entering the password again, it gets stuck on Receiving after Sending completes. Interestingly, my husband's account is not experiencing the same issue. I can access my Gmail account using Internet Explorer or Chrome on this computer, another tablet, and my tablet without any problem. Microsoft verified my password yesterday, but I noticed a message on the Gmail side from September 2, [redacted], stating "Google prevented a sign-on from a less secure app" at 4:41 PM. I suspect this might be affecting the Outlook download. I have spent over three hours on this already and am hoping for assistance.

The individual, identified as Austin, was a former employee who was terminated from our company. Despite our efforts, Google has not taken down this harmful post. I kindly ask for the removal of this misleading information, as Austin is using it to manipulate our company's reputation. The case number is correct, but the information provided is completely false. It is crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent any further harm to our employees and clients. I am having trouble accessing my older Google account because I have forgotten the password, and my recovery options like the phone number and alternate email are also outdated. I tried updating my contact email multiple times, providing the verification code to an email address associated with the US government. My phone number is [redacted], and I can still be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I would like to reset my password to regain access to my account. I contacted Google for a phone number to address a spam message about my account deletion. Despite initial skepticism, I attempted an order today but found my account inaccessible. Upon calling 18[redacted]3, a technical service representative claimed I was hacked from three states. To resolve this, I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card, offering the codes on the back for a refund. Subsequent issues allegedly surfaced with fake IP addresses. I was directed to buy another $[redacted] card for a promised FedEx refund of $[redacted] through an alleged partnership. Upon resolving this, they suggested a $[redacted] card was needed to receive an $[redacted] reimbursement via a $1,[redacted] check. This depleted funds intended for rent since I am disabled. I am unsure if the individuals were truly representing Google. I obtained this number from your website, although now it’s missing, raising suspicions of a scam. The reference number provided is Gog [redacted] 1 0. Please verify if this is a genuine number associated with your company or if I have been a victim of a scam. Hello, my name is Rhonda Reeves and I use an LG V8 phone. I have noticed some suspicious activity on my phone that could be related to hacking. I lack the expertise in technology to determine for certain. Two months ago, I experienced unauthorized transactions from my bank account to different companies. Even after changing my details, the same issue occurred the following month. I am requesting Google's assistance in investigating these matters. I have limited knowledge about phones and computers. Additionally, I have an old email address that Netflix still associates with my account. I have also come across a Microsoft account on my computer that I don't recall creating, but it appears on Chrome on my phone too. I have found unfamiliar computer files on my phone through Chrome. I would appreciate it if Google could review my accounts and explain the situation to me simply. Thank you for your help.

I need urgent assistance with my email access issue. My Gmail address is [redacted], and I usually used the mail app on my phone instead of the Gmail app. Recently, I accidentally signed out of Google while using the Google app, and I couldn't access my mail on the phone as I had never signed in before. The recovery email specified was [redacted], an email I rarely use and couldn't remember the password for. The recovery email for Yahoo was my Gmail account, which I couldn't access either. After contacting Yahoo for account recovery, I got disconnected from the chat service only to find my Yahoo account missing. I have an upcoming trip in 5 days, and all my essential information including hotel details and reservation numbers are in my Gmail account. I have attempted all recovery options but have been restricted due to many failed attempts. My health insurance information and other critical documents are in that account. I am reachable at [redacted] or through my new Gmail account. I am desperately seeking help to regain access to my account.

I tried accessing my Gmail account but couldn't remember my password. After attempting a reset multiple times and not receiving the code on my cell phone as promised, I realized I have no option to use my home landline for verification. I also struggled with the security questions I set up long ago. I've been logged into Gmail for a long time without logging out. I wish there was an option to input a different phone number for verification and that the verification code could be sent to my home phone instead. I initially created the Gmail account around [redacted] to shift from Earthlink webmail and used a production company email for setup, which I no longer have access to. Now I'm stuck waiting to be verified to regain access.

I am experiencing issues accessing my personal email on my work computer, although I can still access it on my phone. Meanwhile, I can access both my business email on my work computer and phone. When I attempt to open my personal email by clicking on the icon, it opens a blank screen with an old photo of me in the top right corner displaying an "Error" message. This photo was linked to my old ATT email account that was compromised a year ago, and I currently use a Gmail account. The account page loads fine, but the email content does not display. This problem started today. I need guidance on how to address this situation.

Last night, I attempted to download a movie and installed Flash Player. Shortly after, my computer abruptly shut off with a beep. Upon rebooting, I noticed that my default browser/search engine had been replaced by an unwanted site called "WeKnow.ac." This site keeps appearing whenever I open Chrome or a new tab, despite my efforts to remove it. I have tried changing settings in Chrome, deleting the site as the default browser, and restoring settings to their original defaults, but the issue persists. I find this site suspicious and would appreciate guidance on how to eliminate it.

I bought three gem packs—a $[redacted] gem box and a $40 gem box each, aiming for the angel and demon combo. Despite the pack showing 4 hours left, after I purchased the second pack, it vanished. I have not been able to find it since. I am seeking a refund for the money I spent on the gems. I also wish for my account to be closed after the refund is processed. It was too much money for it to just disappear like that. I contacted the customer service for the Google App game Legendary via email a week ago. It took about 14 hours to get a response, and after several more emails, the issue was resolved. However, by that time, all I wanted was the refund. The purchases mentioned in the email were made on September 4, [redacted]. So far, only the $39.99 purchase has been refunded. I would like the funds from the $99.99 purchases to be returned to their respective cards and the account closed. The email mentions $[redacted], but the actual price was $99.99 for the other two purchases.

Hello, I accidentally reset my phone while it was in my pocket at work. I sought help at the Sprint store the next day. The representative tried to recover my lost data using my Gmail account, but I couldn't recall the password due to lack of use. Thus, I had to create a new Gmail account. He managed to retrieve some photos and videos, but unfortunately, none of my contacts were recovered. I'm reaching out for support to regain access to my old Gmail account ([redacted]) to try and recover my contacts. Thank you!

After hard resetting my ZTE K92, I confirmed my Google account details upon reboot. However, an error occurred, preventing the tablet from turning on, instructing me to wait 24 hours. Despite repeated attempts over a week, the issue persists. When signing in, I receive a confirmation email for the ZTE K92 login but syncing from my computer only detects the phone, not the tablet. This device was purchased from ATT and tied to a $30 monthly payment plan that I wish to utilize. The problem initially surfaced when I tried accessing the Kindle app, receiving errors preventing both app and system access, leading to the hard reset.

I was billed by Google for a product I didn't order, and living paycheck to paycheck, the $70 they took from my account is a significant hit. I urgently need this refunded, as it's been four days since the charge was supposed to be removed. I incurred a $50 late fee due to this unauthorized charge, further straining my finances. It's crucial for me to have this resolved promptly as I'm already struggling to make ends meet. anxiously waiting for the pending charge to be removed and the funds to be returned.

Please, kindly cease the numerous daily phone calls to our business phone number, [redacted], with recorded messages regarding Google ad accounts. We do not possess, desire, or require a Google ad account. The persistent calls from over 10 different phone numbers each day are becoming exceedingly irritating. If this continues, we will be compelled to report this issue to the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. This situation has been ongoing for weeks and appears to be getting worse. I have a record of the phone numbers as well.

I contacted your office today regarding an issue with my password not working. The person I spoke with requested $[redacted] to reset my password, instructing me to purchase a credit card from a store and provide him the details. Despite my concerns, he insisted on the payment before changing my password, claiming I had changed it numerous times, which was untrue. Before asking for the money, he also requested personal details like my name, email, address, and current password. I am now anxious about the security of my other accounts, fearing he may gain unauthorized access. I do not believe this is the proper procedure and suspect he may be attempting to scam me for money. I request urgent assistance on this matter.
